J’ai passé un séjour magnifique au Banyan Tree. L’hôtel est très confortable, propre, et offre tous les services de qualité. J’y ai aussi trouvé un environnement parfait pour travailler au calme. Wifi et nombreuses prises. Des salles exceptionnelles pour recevoir des invités. Les différents restaurants sont tous excellents — mention spéciale au Horizon Grill, absolument incroyable ! Un grand merci à Erwan pour son accueil chaleureux et ses attentions. Le petit-déjeuner du matin est un vrai moment de plaisir : mention spéciale à Arif,Hazid et Idayu pour leur bonne humeur communicative et leurs anecdotes toujours partagées avec le sourire. Le personnel est adorable, dans tous les services, toujours attentionné et professionnel, même en cette période de l’ASEAN Summit où la présence policière était très importante. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur sens du service. Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter !

Un personnel au petit soin, des chambres extraordinaire, un emplacement topissime !! Bref allez y les yeux fermés car cet hôtel vaut le détour. Nous avions pris les chambres plus hautes au 56eme étage et alors prendre son bain en ayant vu sur la ville c est vraiment quelque chose ! Et je vous le dis la conciergerie , toujours la pour vous aider , tout le personnel a été d une gentillesse sans pareil !! Et je me répète mais l hôtel est somptueux !! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!
