On commence par les points forts : l’hôtel est très bien situé; près du métro, du centre commercial et surtout du parc KLCC. En plus, le personel est sympa. Par contre, le petit-déjeuner est juste correct : manque de variété et de goût. La qualité n’est pas au rdv. Par rapport à d’autres Novotel, ici le petit-déjeuner est le pire. Au niveau de chambre, c’est juste ok : les lits jumaux sont confortables mais la dimension est très petite. La douce aussi, elle est petite et la porte de la douche n’a pas de bonne qualité.
