Great stay with family (3 couples). Personnel was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities well kept, clean, and stylish. Especially happy about the sea access, pools, and gym. Breakfast buffet with good selection and quality. Me and my partner were lucky with the room and had a fabulous balcony. Only downside was the evening food offer. Due to low season, only one of the restaurants were open at night - and only buffet (tried it once, was mediocre). Would've been nice with a good option for dinner at the hotel (especially on rainy nights).

This was our second visit, we returned because we had such a lovely time last year. Well, lightening struck twice(literally!!) and we again had a wonderful stay. From the first welcome to the last goodbye nothing was too much for the fantastic team, always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. The room was great, immaculately cleaned and cared for and the view breathtaking. Breakfast was a sumptuous affair, so many choices we were spoilt. The beach and pontoon, likewise, were immaculate even to the point of the sand being raked. The swimming pools were great, one adult only infinity pool, and spotless. The grounds were a delight, very well maintained. All I can really say is thank you, you excelled yourselves and gave us another holiday to savour in our memories.

What was disappointing was the feeling that the hotel was closed. Covers over the Loungers by the pool and removed from the beach. This was in place due to rain but were never uncovered.it’s of workers were packing things away so always drilling around the beach and pool As the dismantled things. If the hotel is closing just close it. The staff are all very dead pan and not very friendly at all so makes it all feel stark and unwelcoming.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location, nice rooms and good housekeeping, but if you expect a 5-star level of service, you will be disappointed.

The highlight was the infinity pool without kids.

It’s a lovely hotel in every way and staff are great. Only negative is that food service is very rigid. You can’t order a plate of fries or just a bowl of hummus foe example even if they are on the menu in other dishes - you can only order set dishes without variation. For a 5 star hotel, food service should be more flexible. The quality of the food was excellent :

The stairs at the beach are not comfortable, it is missing the stair railing. The quality and variety of breakfast was not at the due level considering the daily price that we paid. The Accor membership discount was not applied for us. There was a shortage of umbrellas and sun loungers and they were with defects & not clean.

Dear Sir or Madam, We have known your hotel for more than 20 years and have stayed there on several occasions in the past. We have always greatly appreciated both its location and the property itself. However, our previous stay was eight years ago, as at that time we were dissatisfied with the quality of service and several operational aspects of the hotel. After learning that the hotel had been taken over by Mövenpick/Accor and that extensive renovation and expansion work had been carried out, we decided to return after many years. We expected that, in addition to the improvements to the property itself, there would also have been a corresponding improvement in the overall standard of service. During our stay from 7 September to 12 September, we found this to be the case in some areas, but unfortunately not in others. Positive Impressions We would first like to emphasize that the renovation and expansion of the hotel have been very successful. The rooms, as well as the lobby and reception areas, are attractively designed and create a high-quality overall impression. We would particularly like to highlight the breakfast buffet. Both the quality and the selection of food were very good and met our expectations for a hotel of this category. We would also like to mention that the majority of the staff were friendly, courteous and willing to assist guests, which we appreciated. Alongside these positive experiences, however, we noticed several areas where we believe there is room for improvement. Payment by American Express The hotel website lists American Express as an accepted method of payment. During our telephone reservation, we specifically asked about this and were also informed that payment by American Express was possible. At check-in, however, it was not possible to pay directly with American Express. Instead, a payment link had to be sent to us, through which we were then able to make the payment. As this payment method was both advertised online and confirmed to us by telephone prior to our arrival, we would have expected it to be available directly at check-in without the need for an additional procedure. Laundry Service The hotel website lists a laundry service among the services available to guests. However, there were no laundry bags, laundry lists, price lists or instructions in our room explaining how to use this service. It was therefore not clear to us how the advertised laundry service could be accessed. For a hotel of this category, we would expect an advertised service to be clearly communicated, properly organized and easily accessible to guests. Housekeeping and Bed Linen During our stay from 7 September to 12 September, our bed linen was not changed. For a five-night stay, and considering the category and price level of the hotel, we would have expected the bed linen to be changed during our stay. We therefore believe that this aspect of the housekeeping service should be reviewed in relation to the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Adults-Only Pool The hotel has a family pool as well as a pool specifically designated as adults-only. We very much appreciate this concept. During our stay, however, we repeatedly observed young children using the adults-only pool. Based on our observations, action was only taken after guests brought the matter to the attention of the staff. If an area is specifically designated as adults-only, we would expect this policy to be monitored and consistently enforced by the hotel without guests having to request staff intervention. Cleanliness of the Pool and Beach Areas We see considerable room for improvement regarding the cleanliness and morning preparation of the pool and beach areas. Some of the mattresses and cushions on the sun loungers around the pools and on the beach were noticeably dirty. In addition, items and waste from the previous day were still present the following morning. At approximately 10:00 a.m., we still observed used beach towels, bottles and glasses from the previous day, as well as cigarette butts and other litter. In some cases, items that had been left behind the previous day were still in the same place the following morning. For a resort of this category, we would expect the pool and beach areas to be fully cleaned and prepared before guests begin using these facilities each morning. We therefore believe that the cleaning procedures and their supervision should be reviewed. Staff and Service Standards As mentioned above, the majority of the staff were friendly and made a genuine effort to assist guests. We would like to acknowledge this positively. At the same time, in a number of situations we had the impression that the level of professionalism and consistency in service procedures did not always meet the standards we would expect from a five-star hotel in this price category. We do not see this primarily as a criticism of individual employees. Rather, we consider it a matter of management, training and organization. Clear procedures, consistent service standards, appropriate staff training and effective supervision are essential if employees are to deliver the level of service expected from a hotel of this category. The friendly and positive attitude demonstrated by many members of staff provides a good foundation on which to build. Overall Impression After eight years, we made a conscious decision to return to the hotel because we expected the change in ownership, the new management and the extensive renovation to have resulted in a positive development of the property. From a physical and design perspective, this has certainly been achieved. The location remains excellent, the renovation and expansion have been very successful, the rooms and public areas are attractively designed, and the breakfast buffet offers very good quality and variety. We also appreciated the friendliness of many members of staff. With regard to day-to-day operations and service, however, our experience was less consistent. The points outlined above concerning housekeeping, cleanliness, advertised services, enforcement of pool policies and general service procedures indicate areas where we believe further improvement is required. Given the hotel’s five-star positioning and high price level, we expect the standard of day-to-day service to be consistent with the quality of the renovated property. As guests who have known the hotel for more than 20 years, it was important to us to provide you with this detailed feedback. Our intention is not to criticize individual members of staff, but to draw attention to specific areas where, from the perspective of long-standing guests, we see opportunities for improvement. In our view, the hotel has excellent foundations: an exceptional location, a high-quality renovated property, attractive rooms, a very good breakfast and predominantly friendly staff. The key is to ensure that the operational procedures and service standards consistently reflect the same level of quality. We would appreciate it if you could review the points raised, particularly with regard to housekeeping, cleanliness, staff training, service organization and quality control. It was great overall. The one issue was the adult pool had rude guests on FaceTime very loudly. It should be banned from the public spaces. The same rude people had a child at the pool. I also spent my time informing the front desk that my family spent 1.5 hours at the pool and were subjected to the bad behavior. The front desk should have done something for our family.

Thanks to all the team for making our second visit of the year so enjoyable- as usual the room was outstanding, the breakfast superb and the staff both friendly and efficient. Everyone from cleaners and ground staff, bellboys, waiting staff and front desk team, all go out of the way to make a fantastic customer experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit in 2027!

We had an amazing time while here. We were greeted nicely and with bubbly. Staff 'drove' us to our room in the golf cart and a welcome gift including wine, fruit and chocolate was provided. The staff at the restaurant were largely amazing (but for the odd one) and so fun! The infinity pool is spectacular and our room was amazing as well - so spacious and clean. Just a couple of things that we would have liked to have improved really, but that did affect the experience. For one, the main pool - unfortunately there was a smell of bile, that clearly stemmed from a broken/unsealed part of pipes off the side of the pool. We couldn't sit down in that area due to the smell, and felt sorry for the family members. Also, in the description of the room, it said that there were 3 tv's. There were only 2, which wasn't a problem, but no television in the main bedroom was one of the reasons my husband was booking this room. There was a mix up one night with reception and the dropping off of a gift, which I won't get into here. The staff were very apologetic, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. And finally, the food offered at dinner time, wasn't great. We tended to go into town each night to eat, and clearly others did too, so the atmosphere in the evening at the hotel could do with some picking up in entertainment and atmosphere. We also thought that not being able to order a salad from the 'pool menu' in the seat at the restaurant (5 feet from where our sunbeds were) was a bit silly. The food for kids wasn't overly great, but we made due by ordering bowls of the fabulous potatoes and very plain burgers. Overall, our room, time in the infinity pool, and experience with some wonderful staff members meant that we would definitely go back, but there are some things the hotel might want to consider rectifying - mainly the smell at the main pool and the food in the evening. We came as a family of 6 and had a great week.

The beach can be better maintained. For instance, the sunbeds were not very clean, the umbrellas were too small and not providing enough shade, the service at the beach was poor. There was no entertainment for kids. You can organize at least yoga calsses.

Your hotel is undoubtedly blessed with an exceptional location. The natural setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery, crystal-clear waters and wonderful views that immediately create a sense of escape and relaxation. Our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable and with a truly spectacular view. In terms of location, surroundings and accommodation, the hotel has all the ingredients to offer an outstanding five-star experience. However, throughout our stay, we couldn't escape the feeling that something was missing. The main issue was the level of service and overall hospitality. While the staff were generally pleasant, the professionalism, attentiveness and consistency were not always at the level one would expect from a high-end five-star resort. At this level, it is the small details, anticipation of guests' needs and polished service that make the difference, and unfortunately these elements were often lacking. The biggest disappointment was the food and beverage experience. The restaurants did not match the quality of the property itself. Both the quality and presentation of several dishes were below what we would expect from a five-star hotel, and the restaurant concepts and spaces could be much better organized. In such a beautiful and romantic location, we expected to be able to enjoy an elegant, quiet dinner with the right ambience, lighting, service and atmosphere. Instead, the dining areas did not really create that sophisticated or intimate feeling. This was particularly disappointing because the surroundings offer enormous potential for memorable sunset dinners and romantic evenings. Overall, this is a beautiful property in an amazing location, with excellent rooms and breathtaking views. But a five-star hotel is about much more than its physical surroundings. Service, gastronomy, atmosphere and attention to detail need to be at the same level. With stronger staff training, a significant upgrade to the restaurant experience and more attention to atmosphere and guest service, this hotel could become something truly exceptional. At the moment, however, the scenery and accommodation feel five-star, while the overall hospitality experience does not quite reach the same standard.

Most comfortable bed I every tried, large rooms, very clean, beautiful view, quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.
