Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. The location is simply unbeatable, it sits right on the most beautiful beach and bay in Syvota, with stunning views everywhere you look. We stayed in a spacious family room with two balconies overlooking the sea, which made every morning and evening special. What made the biggest difference, though, was the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Milica at the reception welcomed us so warmly that it honestly felt like we were visiting a family member rather than checking into a hotel. Throughout our stay, she was always there to help with anything we needed, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. She truly made our experience even more enjoyable. In fact, every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You could really feel that they cared about their guests. We would happily return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful spots in Syvota.

What can I say, 10/10 experience here. We had the room with a private pool which was cleaned in the mornings, which was so worth it. The room was so clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast was great, offering everything you could possibly want! The staff were also attentive and polite, and special mention to Lucas who was always helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Mövenpick Resort Agios Nikolaos Sivota, and we would definitely consider coming back, perhaps for a weekend in the future. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a lovely setting by the sea. However, there are a few areas where we feel the hotel could improve. Regarding housekeeping, our room was not cleaned at all on the first day, and we had to contact reception to arrange for housekeeping to come. On the following days, the room was cleaned regularly, but the beds were not always made to a high standard and the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The outdoor areas, on the other hand, were kept very clean. However, the sun loungers and beach mattresses were quite old and had visible signs of mould, which was disappointing. For families with young children, we felt that the facilities could be improved. There was no kids’ club and not even a small playground for children to enjoy. We also missed having a shallow children’s pool where young children could safely play and enjoy themselves while their parents could relax nearby. Having these facilities would make the resort much more family-friendly. The breakfast buffet was also somewhat disappointing, with limited variety and quality compared to what we would expect from a resort of this category. The à la carte restaurant was another area that could be improved. The menu was quite limited, while the service was not well organized. On one occasion, our salad, starter and main course were all served at the same time, which affected the overall dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful location and the natural surroundings, and we were satisfied with our stay. With some improvements in housekeeping, beach facilities, children’s amenities and restaurant service, we believe the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
