Hotel termasuk OK, ada washing machine jd ga perlu bawa baju banyak, lift cuma 2, kl malam agak berisik karna di jalan alor. Kamar bersih dan kamar mandi juga handuk cukup OK. Cuma kl bawa org tua tidak rekomen karna kl sudah lewat jam 5 ga bisa sudah pas titik di depan hotel hrs jalan lagi. Klo ke MRT bukit bintang bisa jalan kurang lebih 300m jadi masi OK

Saya selalu menginap di hotel ini setiap kali untuk keperluan medical ( sebelumnya bernama travelodge). Mulai dari front desk dan housekeeping selalu ramah dan helpful. Kamar selalu rapi dan bersih. Hanya satu yang agak menggangu dan ini sangat penting yaitu jet shower toilet. Letaknya di sebelah kiri toilet dan tidak ada kepalanya. Jadi harus diputar pengaturan airnya. Karena saya right handed, ini sangat mengganggu sekali. Semoga ke depan di ganti letaknya ya. terima kasih

Saya sangat senang menginap di Ibis Style Bukit Bintang ini, karena banyak hal yang sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya sangat luas dan ada balkon yang bisa langsung menyaksikan keramaian di Jalan Alor. Pastinya karena letaknya di Bukit Bintang, untuk kuliner dan shopping sangat mudah hanya berjalan kaki ke banyak mall di dekat hotel, juga pusat kuliner depan dan sekitar hotel.

Tempat beraih, lokasi strategis, petugas dan security ramah, cuma minus di breakfast kurang banyak variasi makanan, kalai di bandingan sama ibis di Indonesia. Next stayaction disana lagi.

Waktu checkin dibantu oleh Pa Renato, baik, friendly, get upgrade room. Dan saat malam ada Receptionis yg rada tua, nyolot banget. Nginep di hotel berasa nginep di kost2an.. Komplen mengenai TV gbs conect, mala nyolot bgt memberi infonya.. setelah dicek sendiri barulah dia sadar emang tv nya problem. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan kembali, kamar dgn reqeust sprei dan sarung bantal diganti pada malam ke 2, malah diganti sprei saja , sarung bantal tidak. Breakfast standart , banyak menu kosong ga di refill.
