We truly appreciate your loyalty and are grateful that you have chosen to stay with us on multiple occasions. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay. We regret that you had to repeatedly request tea, coffee, and hand towels each day. These amenities should be replenished during room servicing, and we are sorry that this was overlooked. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team to reinforce our room replenishment procedures and ensure greater consistency. We also apologise for the weak water pressure in your room and the issue with the bed not being properly balanced. These maintenance concerns are certainly not the standard we strive to provide, and your feedback has been forwarded to our engineering team for immediate inspection and corrective action.
