Ominous beginning to a stay there next week - have emailed cenral desk in KL ref room make up and restaurant reservation and chased it up - simply ignored. From experience when the Concierge/reservations cannot be bothered to answer an advance email it does not bode well....

Hotel met all expectations and luxury stands. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Stephanie who went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious , clean and inclusions that made it feel 5 stars. Good breakfast with a view & conveniently connected to the Pavillion shopping centre.

The restaurant in the hotel was brilliant.🤩 All meals 🍽️ were fantastic. If you don’t know what you want to have, I recommend you to get the Argentinian steak.🥩 It melts in your mouth 👄 like butter .🧈 Finally, I would like to thank Sharon and Myna for the great 😊 service.
