Warm, friendly, attention-to-details staff members. Great spacious room (Signature Banyan Retreat) with beautiful toilet/basin/dressing table/walk-in wardrobe/bathtub combi. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

My best hotel experience

My most pamper experience ever in a hotel where I can choose the type of linen and essential oils. Lovely experience and friendly staff everywhere. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Spend hours in the shower with bath tub. Definitely will come back here again.

Great Rooms but Poor Service

Room was great but had a terrible check in experience. There was a power maintenance going on at the time of check in. We were not told about this during the 15min check in process. After checking in we had to wait for almost 2 hours to even use basic facilities like toilets and lifts. Felt stranded especially since we had directly come from a long journey.

This Banyan Tree has all the bells and whistles. We have stayed at a few in other countries and this one is way more advanced. From choosing your own turndown service scented oils at check in to breakfast in the open air on the 58th floor, this place is special. Rooms have all the new amenities including electronic toilets! (Note, if you have a fear of heights this is not for you, the hotel starts from level 53 including swimming pool etc with showers on the edge of the glass in your room - amazing view for those not struggling with vertigo). Food is spectacular (albeit pricey!) and great access via covered bridges to the malls and KLCC. The only negative about this hotel is the only bar available for a drink is Vertigo/Vertigo Too. It is marketed as a place for ‘laid back drinks’ (similarly to the one in Bangkok) but this is far from the case. The music is like a techno nightclub at decibels you can’t hear yourself think, with people crowded taking photos and smoking. Sadly this didn’t work for us at all, but the staff did try to help as much as possible.

Pro - Great exprience stay in Banyan. Amazing hospitality and above average food in most of their affliated eatery. My wife and me enjoyed our stay there. Con - No netflix/prime (we were hoping to cacth up some due shows and couldnt), the lifts are confusing (2+1 lift) NOTE : best to get the view facing the twin tower. the other view faces a construction building
