Unbelievably unpleasant experience. Check in was late for THREE hours. After a long flight with small kids we waited for our room. Reluctant receptionist (in a lounge zone) said it was busy time of the year. Christmas is something predictable on the calendar and if you are understaffed - at least have more people to do the proper job in peak season - when you make money by 100% occupancy. We asked for a manager to come and see us. She/he did not appear - showing indifference to the matter. If they treat privilege Accor members like this. I am afraid to imagine what other people receive here. The food at breakfast is absolutely not delicious. Coffee machines have milk stains and having intolerance, you have to skip it. Though breakfast staff was pleasant and tried to help. I will never choose again this hotel and it casts shadow on the hotels of this chain. Kids were treated by young staff always with reproaches (do not touch, do not sit, do not talk loud) Point only for location

Stay di 1-Bedroom Apartemen (Room 2232) selama 5-malam, anak-anak saya sangat senang. Proses check-in/out sangat express. Staff sangat welcome dan ramah, Ruangan apartemen sangat luas dan bersih. Pencahayaan sangat terang, Ada sofa besar dan mini kitchen. Istri yang hobby cooking bisa berekspresi sendiri mau masak-masak. View our Room 2232 juga elok persis kebelakang sisi Pavilion Mall. Hotel Pullman Letaknya juga sangat strategis. Ke Pavilion Mall sangat dekat melalui link bridge di lantai 2 di Hotel Banyan Signature Persis di sebelah Hotel Pullman. Jalan kaki ke KLCC juga dekat sekitar 15-20 menit (1.2 Km). Ke TRX mall juga sekitar 15 menit (1.1 Km). Ke Berjaya Times Square sekitar 20 menit (1.4 Km). Ke Sungei Wang Plaza 1-Km ataupun Alor Night Street/Pusat Bukit Bintang sekitar 1.2 Km. Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dan berkesan menginap selama 5-malam. Dan the next our visit to Kuala Lumpur. Anak-anak ingin stay lagi di Hotel Pullman Klcc. Terima kasih Hotel Pullman Klcc atas the best service nya.

Di kamar banyak serpihan kaca.. ulang2 suru bersihkan masih juga ada.. sampai berdarah.. solusinya cuma dikasi sendal lebih. Anak2 mana bs pakai. Anakku pun kena.. bukannya pindahin kamar.. ga profesional.. ulang2 telpon juga solusi ga jelas. Yg pecahin kaca bukan kami. Tapi bekas tamu sebelumnya mungkin.. gede2 lg.. sampai kukasi sampelnya ke recepcionis juga ga di gubris

My stay at the Pullman Hotel was absolutely amazing! What stood out the most was the exceptional service I received from the resident apartment breakfast buffet manager. She was outstanding and truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should be. Additionally, the pool bar staff was fantastic – they crafted the best mojitos I've ever had. The overall experience was unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return!
