Pengalaman Menginap sangat memuaskan, Lokasi Strategis dan Everything is perfect. cuma Breakfast yang waktu hari terakhir saya take away (karena saya flight pagi) agak mengecewakan karena isinya menurut saya sangat kurang untuk Hotel selevel Pullman. but so far everything is okay. gonna be back again soon.

tv ada kerosakan separuh gelap dibahagian atas, air-cond ruang tamu tidak boleh di adjust, semua tong sampah tidak berpenutup, tiada tilam lebih dan bantal lebih disediakan, air bertakung dilantai didalam bilik air, sabun mandi tak cukup wangi, sepatutnya wangi seperti bunga-bungaan atau bau buah-buahan, bantal tak cukup selesa kerana apabila tidur kepala tenggelam dan kepala jd rendah drpd badan, lampu tak cukup terang, sepatutnya ada dimmer pada lampu di meja solek, perlu ada juga harga makanan yang murah bukan semuanya mahal sahaja, untuk scramble egg perlu sediakan satu tray besar utk customer, tidak perlu tunggu seperti telur lain, buah-buahan kurang banyak, perlu lebihkan buah-buahan, channel tv sukan tidak lengkap, ada channel tv yg sama, bykkan channel tv sukan seperti permotoran, channel karton kanak-kanak juga perlu dibykkan,
