Ini pertama kalinya saya menginap di sini, memesan 1 unit apartemen yang sesuai dengan expektasi saya, perkakas dapurnya lengkap & bersih, kulkasnya beroperasional secara maximal, kamarnya bersih & rapi. Terletak sekitar 500 meteran dari stasiun monorel Raja Chulan & stasiun MRT Conlay, gampang banget diakses dari mana saja maupun mau pergi ke mana saja. Mau ke Pavilion Bukit Bintang tinggal nyebrang jalan, mau ke Menara Kembar Petronas di Suria KLCC tinggal nyusuri trotoar layang dari samping Novotel.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for Ms.devi i choose this hotel because the strategic location and perfect places for my birthday (10 oct) lil bit upset because the staff didnt realize my birthday, i give him my passport and also i requested simple decoration..but when i entered the room, nothing!!and also i called the operation and he said will call me back but he didnt!!next morning i told to the FO staff and i met ms Devi, she heard me..THANK YOU Ms. devi and mr. Soo bin.you made my day!!best birthday because of you!!btw i left my short in my room 2312, hope you stil keep it until ky next visit!!love

During our 4-night stay at Pullman KL City Center, we had a fantastic experience. The room was great, and to celebrate my son’s birthday on 13 October, they surprised us with room decorations, balloons, a cake, and fruit. My son really loved it! The staff who assisted us were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Mr. Jackson, the Front Office Manager, and Ms. Devi from Guest Experience, who arranged the beautiful decorations on the bed. We truly appreciate their effort. Every time I visit KL, which is about three times a year, Pullman is always my first choice. The hotel is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and it’s close to the Pavillon shopping center.

My friend and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The reservation process was smooth, thanks to May, who promptly answered my inquiries and settled our booking. The front desk gentleman who checked us in (I forgot his name) was detailed and professional. The gentleman who checked us out was quick and briefly explained our bills, as we were in a hurry for our flight to Singapore. The luggage staff efficiently assisted us with taxi hailing, ending our trip on a high note. An engineering staff member also promptly fixed our ceiling lamp, which couldn’t be turned off at night. Overall, well done to the Pullman KLCC team. Professional service made our short trip to Kuala Lumpur truly relaxing.
