A really nice hotel, excellent breakfast aand a good value restaurant where allergies are catered for. Our room was spacious yet strangely very little room for cases due to the layout of the furniture. The beds are very comfortable. Hotel location is good, there is a shopping mall very nearby but the road outside is very busy and difficult to cross but I hear this a way across from within the hotel although we did not look for it. There is a very nice swimming pool there.

Centrally Located, Overall Great but with a Room for Improvement

Visited in November 2023, my stay at Pullman KLCC had its highs but also some lows. On the positive side, the hotel boasts a fantastic central location, and the staff's cheerful nature added a pleasant touch to the overall experience. However, several aspects left room for improvement. Firstly, no welcome drinks were provided upon arrival, a standard expectation for a 5-star hotel. In the 1-room apartment, while the overall setup was great, minor flaws were observed. The quilt had some spots on the first day. I had my quilt replaced. However there were irregularities in the material of the quilt which left certain sections flat. Also, the beds were a bit hard as compared to all other hotels Ive visited in various countries. Additionally, finding an empty shampoo bottle above the tub was disappointing. The breakfast buffet for apartments fell short in variety compared to regular room options, and there's room for improvement in increasing vegetarian choices. Inconsistency in offerings, like missing potato wedges on some days, was noted. The most significant letdown was the checkout experience. Despite requesting a 1:00 PM checkout, my entry cards were unexpectedly disabled which I found out while trying to enter the room around 12:45 PM. Repeated attempts to reactivate them were futile, causing a nearly 30-minute delay in checking out and ultimately reaching the airport. The biggest issue for me on this was a total lack of communication about informing us regarding the system's automatic deactivation of card when I had called up requesting for a late checkout. The communication would have saved us valuable time and prevented frustration. In conclusion, while Pullman KLCC has notable positives, addressing these service and communication issues would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Location and superb service

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from shops, tourist attractions and subway. There is an overpass next door to Pavillon shopping mall and some 15 minutes walk around the park to Petronas towers. The service in the hotel is exceptional. We booked a room with access to the executive club and found it to be a good value for money. The room itself was spacious and clean. I like the dispenser with soap and body lotion and found the products inside to be of a good quality. We had to ask for mattress topup as the bed was quite hard. It has been provided in no time. We have been provided with bottled water twice a day. The lounge was peaceful and well styled. It offered range of food options depending on the time of the day. Breakfast offered plenty of different types of food and hot dishes from a la carte menu. The staff were just amazing. They even organised oat milk for me. We also ate majority of dinners in the hotel restaurant. It offered buffet options or a la carte menu. The food was great, service very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for the exceptional hospitality provided to us.

This is my playground away from home in Kuala Lumpur. The standard is maintained, as is the quality of service and friendliness of staff. The food is generally good, the staff in the club lounge are great, feel totally pampered. All guests were treated equally and they took care of everyone. Kudos to Sophia the Club Manager she really manage the team well. Thank you Sue, Ida & Alvin from the club lounge and abang Wan from Sedap restaurant.

The location is great with Pavilion just opposite it. The staff are very helpful from check-in to check-out. Happy with the room and room service. Welcome fruits and cleaned again in the evening. Great Service!
