Excellent staff very supportive. Liza was super helpful. Hotel is clean and newly designed. Me and my son loved it. We will surely be staying here again since it is an international chain and available in alot of other countries too. Do give it a try !

Great experience and the staff is very friendly especially at the reception counter. Liza there was very helpful. She arranged for our early checkin and also helped us with other benefits. The view is very amazing from the 31st floor, especially the patronas tower.

The horrible experience began when we arrived, when the staff provided us with a room where previous guests were sleeping. On behalf of Accor Gold Members that no one recognised us anywhere that dissatified. 1 of the housekeeping team members had a nasty attitude, standing with his arms crossed and enquiring when we will check out. However, the room was very clean and had a lovely viewpoint. I'd want to appreciate the front desk staff for providing late departure as an apology.Remark: The bar attendant should know more about the level of member benefits and how to greet customers than this time.
