I was solo but with a tour group. I think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in!! Every thing was perfect. Loved the size of the room and the bathroom was larger as well. Great breakfasts and maid service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent Xmas experience

Staff super helpful and the environment was great for kids particularly over the festive period! The food buffet over Xmas day was a highlight and worth seeing our children's faces with the selection available. Having that link to the Mall also helped. Quality experience!

Disappointing Pool Policy and Poor Management Response

I’ve stayed at many hotels across various countries, and this is the only hotel where I’ve experienced a ban on swimming during light rain. Given that Kuala Lumpur experiences rain on 60% of the days annually, this policy effectively means the pool is closed for over 210 days each year. If this is a recurring issue, the hotel should implement practical solutions rather than compromising the experience of paying guests who expect access to its facilities. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistent enforcement of this rule. On one occasion, I was asked to leave the pool during very light rain, yet on another day, I saw other guests enjoying the pool during much heavier rain. This lack of consistency is baffling and unfair. To top it off, the manager on duty showed no initiative or willingness to address my concerns, which only added to my disappointment. For a hotel of this calibre, I expected better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes to improve the guest experience.

The room very nice and clean , the GSA name yuen&lyod very kindly and nice service And also with HOUSEKEEPING and BELLMAN , but the security very stupid A.K.A bodoh , tak boleh cakap melayu & english , i saw him drinking carlsberg behind the wall , and i talking with him like talking with wall , but all its okay, only the nepal or bangla need to improve or replace him . i very enjoy the hotel , only the is security is problem

I went to this Hotel in November 2024. The staff members' attitude were nice, they have daily cleaning room, safe area with high speed wifi. The breakfast options are too much and many delicious options are there with Malaysian foods at a big restaurant. The pool was calm on the roof with the city view, just it has time limitation till night. You can go to gym at anytime. It’s near to shop centers and city centers like Petronas Twin Tower by walk. I can say I’ll go there again next time I go to Kuala Lumpur;)
