One of the best hotel I've stayed. Service is 10/10. Everything is immaculately prepared. We were late for our breakfast and Yahya the attending staff accommodate us by bringjng us porridge and cakes. Very well served. Would not stay in another hotel in KL beside this hotel. Location is excellent, close to shopping

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at **Pavilion Hotel Bukit Bintang**. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the experience truly exceeded my expectations. Special appreciation goes to **Amirul at the reception**, who was very friendly, professional, and efficient in handling the check-in process with a sincere smile. I would also like to commend **Deena, the waiter**, for her outstanding service at the restaurant — she was attentive, polite, and always ensured that guests were well taken care of.
