The staff at breakfast were always helpful to cater to our needs. They gladly refill my daughter's waterbottle with warm water daily as their water was with fruits in it. Shazreen in particular helped

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in our first time in Malaysia. All the staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was good with continental and Asian options. The only thing I was looking for was dairy free milk options to go with coffee. Perhaps it was just not out and I should've asked for it. Not a problem as I used the soybean milk instead for my coffee. Room was spacious with a good view. We love that it's connected to the Pavilion mall, you basically just go down the lift.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my party and I received during our recent visit to your restaurant The court Yard From the moment we stepped in, the staff Ms Hazreen demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly made our dining experience memorable. The personalized service we received, from menu recommendations to accommodating special requests, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. I would also like to commend Ms Hazreen, Ms Esca the 2 gentleman at the BBQ station & Mr Edward for outstanding personalised service at The courtyard and your team for ensuring a hassle-free check-in process. Their efficiency and friendliness contributed to a seamless experience, allowing us to focus on enjoying our meal without any unnecessary stress. Please extend our gratitude to the entire staff for their dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Failed in your responsibility to your hotel guests

I have stayed at this hotel many times and every time I’m very pleased and happy with my stay and the services proceed and even recommend my friends coming from overseas to stay at this hotel. But my recent stay, I’m bitterly disappointed and upset with the hotel in the way they handle the issues I reported and how the hotel failed in their responsibility to their hotel guests. They have an event at the hotel where you can see all this sports cars are parked in front of the hotel entrance. At around 11pm I started to hear these cars revving their engine creating this loud noise. You can hear that the driver keep stepping on the gas pedal to make the sound louder each time and the cars is like taking turns doing it. Then it stopped and after 12am the sound started again and this time it is non stop hearing the loud engine and exhaust sound. I called the guest service and told the lady I’m hearing non stop car revving their engine and she told me there is an event at the hotel and that they are leaving. I told her it is already past 12am and other guest at the hotel need to sleep and ask her to get them to please stop revving their engine and create the loud noises. She said she did not hear anything but will check it out. I think people staying few blocks away would have heard the noise and I’m puzzled how come she cannot hear anything. As expected there was nothing done and the cars continue to do what they are doing creating this noise pollution at the wee hours of the night and they did it until almost 1am. I even took a video from my room on the 14th floor and the video itself is showing this car in front on the hotel entrance revving his engine and I can even see sparks coming from the car exhaust while the driver is doing it. What upset me most is how the hotel handle this issue. The cars are park in front of your hotel entrance doing what they like creating all this loud noises disturbing the hotel guest who is trying to sleep as well as people staying in the nearby hotels as well but nothing is done by the hotel. The hotel have a responsibility to their hotel guest to ensure they have a pleasant and comfortable stay but they failed to do that. You should have inform these people the rules what they can and cannot do. Why is the hotel allowing these people to create a nuisance with the loud sound pollution and do nothing. Absolutely nothing is done by the hotel staff. I was so close to calling the police to come and get these people to stop the revving of their engines because the hotel failed to do what they should be doing which is to look after the welfare of their hotel guests.
