10/10. Location, service, amenities all top notch. Would recommended this is your prime location to stay. First trip to KL and the hotel was for sure a high light. Book one of the club level rooms if you are able! Fantastic service and access to the lounge which provides check in and out, food and beverage. Teven and the team were outstanding!

PROS: Great location - easy access to mall, amenities Spacious room - we took the suite Friendly staff CONS: Weird internal communication - we booked via AMEX voucher and the lounge asked me to email them the confirmation - why can’t communicate internally? No oat milk - which is surprising given many people are opting for plant based. Breakfast was a let down, alot of items run out, slow refill, no standard items like dumpling or Siew Mai, salty Nasi lemak Will not return if I have to pay full price on my own. There are way better hotels in KL.

The staff are amazing in all areas of the hotel. Special mentions to the staff at the restaurant on Level 8 (Nia, Anita and Nurul (dinner) and chef Faiz and Manager Edward, plus many others) who were so helpful and attentive to my dietary needs. The food was excellent and I appreciate your care and attention. The rooms were nicely appointed with great linen/bed. The hotel is conveniently located in the Pavillion Shopping Mall.

First time visiting and it did not disappoint. Comfy room with great services from the staffs. We had the lounge access and thoroughly enjoyed the spreads and ambience. Special shout out to Edward who’s friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back soon!
