I will always stay at pavilion hotel whenever I am in KL for work and every visit here is just super amazing! Upon check in I was served by Shahmi at front desk. I will always request for a room that is close to the lift and when he was checking me in, he remembered who I am from my previous visits. He tried his best to accommodate to my request and it felt great to know he remembered me and preferences all from my previous visits! It made me feel welcomed and valued. But the star at pavilion hotel is definitely Jeffrey and Yus from concierge team. I had a shipment that was to be delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival but it got delayed. But these 2 did so many extra miles by following up endlessly with the courier for me and even stayed beyond their shift. Every time I arrive at the lobby, they will greet me well and even provide me with updates on my shipment when it’s not even their job to do so. I truly appreciate these 2 gents and I can never thank them enough! Yus and Jeffrey totally deserve an award for their exceptional service!

We as a family been staying at Pavilion Hotel KL for many years and it’s always been our first choice of family staycation while traveling to KL from Australia. The most recent stay was definitely the highlight of our stay, where we’ve seen how much the management team actually take their times to make sure that we are happy with our stay. The overall customer service had been amazing with well kept rooms and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast offers wide variety of selections including super child friendly options. If you’re looking for the best and convenient access to Pavilion KL, you won’t find another hotel better than Pavilion Hotel KL. Finally a big thank you to Brian the Duty Manager for taking the extra efforts in ensuring the comfort and the feeling of being welcomed back as a loyal guest.

Exception service smack in the middle of city

As always, service rendered by the team at the lounge (Natasha, Jing Yee, Tevan and Sobri) was exceptional. They exuded high service excellence. Location was very very good, away from the traffic of Bukit Bintang, yet just a walking distance away from the bustle of the city. Will definitely return again.

A very disappointing high-tea at The Courtyard by Banyan Tree

I took my mother for high tea at Courtyard by Banyan Tree, and it was by far the most disappointing culinary experience I’ve had — especially given the price point of RM98 per person. The savoury items were extremely underwhelming, with portions that were overly small and lacked substance. The roti jala was dry and unappealing, and the seafood curry noodle was particularly poor in both flavour and execution. Overall, the food felt rushed and careless, with little evidence of thought or effort from the kitchen. Coming from the Banyan Tree brand, this was extremely disappointing. A high tea should feel indulgent and well-crafted, not sparse and forgettable. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. I would not recommend this high tea, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Location is great. Interior decor of the hotel is really classy with soothing color palette- there are plentiful of smart looking and comfortable sofas and tub seats everywhere. Compliments to all the crew- from front desk/reception to housekeeping and breakfast buffet crew (endearing and friendly roti canai and eggs stations chefs, thank you) to the club lounge staff, Teven and all others, are so professional and friendly and helpful.
