Kami menginap di hotel ini dengan tujuan Bengkel Program selama 3 Hari 2 Malam. Secara Keseluruhannya, kami sangat berpuas hati. Bilik hotel sangat selesa, besar, kemas dan keseluruhan untuk kemudah bilik kami sangat berpuas hati. Dewan bengkel luas, suhu dalam dewan sejuk, selesa, bersih, gula2 disediakan mentos yg pjg, air mencukupi (botol refill), dewan sgt sesuai utk kegunaan program kami, minum pagi/ makan petang- menu sgt eksklusif.. sgt mewah, sgt sedap, ready ikut masa ditetapkan, makan tengah hari/ makan malam- sangat sedap, ruang makan sgt selesa, makanan pelbagai. Staff Novotel keseluruhannya, amat dedikasi, amat membantu, tepati masa, sangat mesra, sangat memberi kepuasan kepada program kami terutamanya, puan elena, manager banquet, staff minum pagi/ petang, staff cafe, staff hotel amat memberi kerjasama yang baik...

Meskipun hanya menginap 1 malam disini, tapi kami mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat berkesan, melebihi ekspektasi kami sebelumnya. Mulai dari sambutan yg ramah, cek in cepat, kamar yang bersih dan lokasi yang sangat mengesankan. Kran air bersih yang dapat diminum sangat membantu kami yang membawa 2 anak dalam perjalanan kami. Lokasi strategis di pusat keramaian dan pelayan hotel cleaning room dan hotel boy okay tapi sayang receptionist female nya ada satu yg kurang bersahabat waktu Check inn. Terlalu banyak pertanyaan seolah- olah kita akan merusakkan fasilitas dalam kamar hotel (harap di cek dengan siapa saya check inn krn sy tdk mengingat nama nya ). Thanks

Berdasar pengalaman saya sebelum ini menginap di beberapa hotel dalam Kuala Lumpur. Untuk Novotel, Bilik saya sangat berpuashati. Namun ada beberapa cadangan yang boleh dipertimbangkan iaitu, dapat sediakan mineral water di setiap bilik. Ada sesetengah tetamu tidak minum air tapisan dan saya mengalami sakit tekak selepas minum air tapisan yang disediakan dari dalam bilik air. Yang kedua penyediaan dan kepelbagaian makan di kafe hotel boleh dipertingkatkan lagi. Walaubagaimanapun rasa makan sangat baik.

I’ve stayed at Novotel KLCC l before and, as an Accor Live Limitless loyal member, I return because I trust the brand. Unfortunately, this recent stay has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in Kuala Lumpur. I arrived on time for standard check-in, but the front desk delayed giving me my room key with multiple inconsistent explanations that felt more like excuses than genuine reasons. Even more frustrating, my simple requests for a higher floor and the usual membership benefits were flatly rejected without clear communication. I wasn’t asking for something extraordinary—just the basics of loyalty recognition and professional service. Once in the room, I also noticed basic amenities were missing (slippers, bathrobe, laundry bag, even body lotion). Housekeeping eventually sent them after I asked, but it should not have been overlooked in the first place. These small lapses added to the overall impression that care and attention to detail were lacking. What stayed with me most was not the missing amenities, but how I was made to feel at check-in: unvalued, dismissed, and misled. Hospitality isn’t about fixing problems afterward, it’s about welcoming guests warmly from the start. I hope Novotel KLCC management and Accor take this feedback seriously. I want to see the service improved, because loyal guests like myself choose Novotel with expectations of trust, professionalism, and hospitality. Sadly, this time the hotel did not meet that standard.
