I stayed at the Novotel city Centre in Kuala Lumpur on a stopover to Australia. After I checked out I had a few hours to kill before going to the airport so I sat in the lounge and relaxed for a few hours. Mutu was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and a big serving. Prices very reasonable.

We loved the Novotel! From the concierge to receptionists to the lounge team, they were all very welcoming and friendly! Location-wise is perfect! Pavilion is a stone’s throw away and the connecting walkway to KLCC is nearby. The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang but traffic getting to is minimal. Would definitely come back next time we’re in KL!

Stayed at Novotel KLCC for 5 nights. Was in KL for a business event at KLCC. Nice room on a high floor. Access to their Premier Lounge. Enjoyed the leisurely breakfast each morning, esp the blueberries and smoked salmon. Also appreciate the daily cocktail hour with nice wine and snacks. Must mention Mr Maran, Jack, Feroz and Azreen in the lounge for their excellent service. Earned some ALL Points for this stay too. Hope to be here again soon!
