I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable especially a staff called Miyad in premium lounge. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Saya sangat kecewa saya check im sangat terlamta jam 23.00 malam dan saya minta upgrade room dan tidak diberikan padahal saya member accor dan saya tidak akan menginap di novotel kuala lumpur lagi dan tidak akan merekomendasikan kepada siapapun utk tinggal dinovotel

Had a drink at the lobby bar and a was serve by a friendly bartender Ismail. He is from Bangladesh and we had a good chat. Good friendly vibes. Now I am having issues with TripAdvisor as I don’t understand why a simple review requires 200 words! Get real!

Amazing service by the staff at the breakfast buffet. Junad, in particular, was extremely helpful. I am impressed with his proactive attitude in wanting to serve my family well. No regrets in choosing Novotel for my stay in KL. Will definitely come back here :)
