Had a drink at the lobby bar and a was serve by a friendly bartender Ismail. He is from Bangladesh and we had a good chat. Good friendly vibes. Now I am having issues with TripAdvisor as I don’t understand why a simple review requires 200 words! Get real!

Amazing service by the staff at the breakfast buffet. Junad, in particular, was extremely helpful. I am impressed with his proactive attitude in wanting to serve my family well. No regrets in choosing Novotel for my stay in KL. Will definitely come back here :)

I chose this hotel for its location as an alternative spot to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. My room was situated on the lowest floor, Level 6, with a view of an open car park. When I requested an alternative room, I was met with the usual response that the hotel was fully booked and told to check back the next day—very disappointing. The nights were far from peaceful, with various noises from the room and loud car activity between 2 AM and 3 AM, likely due to nearby nightlife. To top it off, the hotel provided a small slice of cake with a birthday card that felt generic and impersonal, as though it had been pre-prepared with just the room number added. Overall, the stay lacked any personal touch, and I definitely won’t be returning even for a short holiday. Better to pay more and stay at a 5 star hotel nearby.

This hotel is fabulously located in the city center. Near Pavilion dan KLCC Suria shopping mall. Excellent service. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is family friendly with so many activities for the whole family. We will stay here again the next time we visit KL.
