this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and showers hot. What sets it above others is level of service. It was very special. Friendly and efficient and of a very high standard. Always willing to assist. Always with a smile. I have stayed in many of the Accor hotels at many different price points but this is the best service I have had.

I have stayed in around 60 hotels in Asia, of all star ratings,and have to say this was my best hotel experience! I stayed in a "privilege room" on the 16th floor that had magnificent views. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and, a large television with at least 8 entertainment channels in English. Very good if you are English speaking and want some 'down time' in your room. And, vary rare in most Asian hotels since Covid All staff, reception, house-keeping, security and F&B, were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is awesome. Big variety of food thar was changed daily. The pool area is also spotless but due to bad weather didn't get to enjoy a swim during my four night stay. Finally, hotel is surrounded by local shops and restaurants and a short walk to two different monorail stations and Times Square.

Cek in sudah tengah malam dan diterima dengan baik oleh petugasnya. Paginya kamar saya diketok oleh 2 petugas yg saya ngak tau itu siapa dan tidak memperkenalkan diri dan bertanya hari ini cek out? Saya baru mengalami hal seperti ini dan bingung kenapa harus mengetuk pintu dan bertanya? Pasahal bisa diluhat di status pesanan saya. Mohon agar jangan terulang kembali. Setelah hampir 10 th menjadi member accor baru kali ini saya mengalaminya. Agak kaget jg. Apakah karena cek in malam hari atau adakah kecurigaan dengan kedatangan saya dan suami. Kamar baik dan dikasih upgrade. Kebersihan baik. Sarapan pagi saya rasa kurang suka.

We have a beautiful and excellent stay. All the staff are friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The GM, Ms Cindy welcome us. The front office team provide us with fast check in and check out. F&B team at breakfast and poolside were very friendly and helpful.
