Very strategic place, less than 10 minutes walking to Berjaya Times Square and culinary center. Room is clean and spacious, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Friendly and soft spoken staff, the guy I spoke by phone to make a reservation provide me complete information, super smooth check in upon my arrival. Justin the bar tender never lack of smile, breakfast have a of of choices and all staff I met will make sure everything is good. Definitely will come back with family to stay here next time.

Whenever my family and I come to Kuala Lumpur for short getaways over the last few years, the Mercure Shaw Parade has always been the top choice of our hotel stays. The location is perfect. On the fringe of the famous Golden Triangle. Walkable within minutes to public transportation. This hotel is value for money. Very clean premises. Excellent staff. I also highly compliment Mr Azzarul who is usually the night manager. He has consistently impressed us with his high work rate, sound calm decisions in stressful situations and friendly endeavour. You will not regret staying at the Mercure Shaw Parade.

I stayed at the Mercure Hotel for five nights starting last Tuesday, and it was an amazing experience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, with the front desk always greeting us warmly when we came and went. The security personnel were also polite and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and neat, and the restaurant was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay. However, I did observe some troubling behavior from other guests. Me and my husband waiting in the lobby on Tuesday, I saw an Indian staff member at the counter who was incredibly humble and patient in assisting guests. Unfortunately, she was treated poorly and insulted by guests. This is not acceptable, and I believe the hotel should address this issue. All your staff, from reception to housekeeping, are doing a great job, and it’s important to ensure they are treated with respect. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning.

Comfortable stay and strategic location. This is last minute business trip and I've called 2 other hotels to book but the operator was not welcoming and dried intonation. Till I called to Mercure and Rizal really have a warm welcoming voice and helpful by provide us clear info for booking and room. Will bring my family in future. Jazz

Really value for money and the staff are one of the best I have encountered during my frequent travels , lots of tasty local food nearby, hardworking housekeeping who do a great job, would definite come back I have have two issues 1) gym only opens at 6 am, should move on with the times and make it 24 hrs, one treadmill was inoperative throughout my 4 day stay 2) behaviour of some guests of certain nationalities, this is not the hotel’s fault, some of these guests are really obnoxious, treat the staff badly, lack any kind of courtesy and hog the few seats in the lobby Other than that this hotel to me is 5 stars overall
