Allow me first to sincerely thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your recent experience at the hotel. It is indeed a concern that you feel the services offered was not up to the expected fine standards; we will of course take this very seriously and rectify any unusual shortfalls that may have occurred during your recent stay. It goes without saying that being in the hospitality industry, we expect and demand that our team are at all times courteous and friendly and at no point can we condone hostility, arrogance, and rudeness. Excellente offre hôtelière avec un rapport qualité prix un peu élevé mais aux regards des prestations, cela est acceptable. En effet, bénéficiant d’une chambre luxury avec accès au club Millesime, cela permet d’avoir accès au lounge servant boissons fraîches, chaudes et en-cas au cours de la journée. L’accueil a toujours été très professionnel. La chambre parfaitement agencée et entretenue. Belle vue sur le Nil depuis le balcon. A noter un léger couac au moment de Check out avec une facture indue dans l’un des restaurants : cela a été rectifiée rapidement.

Mon séjour a été dans l'ensemble très bien . Mais j’ai été encore déçue par la ville elle-même trop bruyante trop polluée impossible à circuler.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans votre très bel hôtel. Nous avons adoré: La situation privilégiée sur la Corniche, la vue fabuleuse sur le Nil et la ville, le confort de la chambre, de la literie et les oreillers ultras confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le service parfois un peu désorganisé, mais toujours agréable. Si nous devions revenir au Caire, nous choisirions certainement à nouveau cet hôtel comme hébergement. Pour des raisons de facilité, j’avais réservé par Booking, je prendrais directement contact avec vous la prochaine fois. Merci pour tout.
