l hôtel est très spacieux, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir bouger au sein de l hôtel restaurants piscine jacuzzi… car les promenades extérieures autour de l hôtel sont malheureusement impossible

Ma femme et moi avons trouvé que le personnel était à la fois très efficace et très professionnel. La localisation de cet hôtel est magnifique, sur les rives du Nil, avec trois restaurants dans l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est mémorable. Si nous revenons un jour au Caire, c’est certain, nous choisirons de nouveau le Sofitel du Caire.

Environnement belle mais chambre / ameublement vieux, tapis et meuble sale, bruit +++ extérieur sur le Nil, demandons de changer de chambre passons du 4 au 10 étage toujours bruyant. Devons retourner a cette même hôtel pour finaliser notre voyage malgré nos efforts avec l'agence Egypte et du Canada pour changer d'hôtel impossible nous assure que nous allons être satisfait lors de notre retour. Hélas toujours le même problème avec le bruit extérieur Grand buffet varié et bon service

Très bel hôtel, personnel très compétent. Service impeccable, surtout service du 20e étage et club millésime. Belle vue depuis la chambre sur le Nil et même les pyramides au loin.
