Très bien accueillis pour notre lune de miel, nous avons eu le droit à une attention très particulières à notre arrivée. Le personnel à l’accueil, à la piscine (avec des cocktails inoubliable) et le personnel dans les chambre étaient très attentionnés et sympathiques. Nous séjour a été grandement rendu agréable avec tous les petits détails. Plusieurs bouteilles à plusieurs localisation différentes, une carte avec la météo du lendemain, nos préférences prisent en compte etc … Merci encore pour, merci au personnel, merci Mohammed Nabil.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié être dérangé constamment dans notre chambre par le service. Même une fois j’étais dans mon bain, je n’ai pas ouvert la porte et la personne est entrée.

Je recommande très vivement le LE FAIRMONT NIL ! C’est un bel Hôtel digne de ce Nom ! Vous y avez à la fois le modernisme pour la décoration et le rappelles du passé égyptien ! Très bien situé face au NIL. Dès votre arrivée à l’hôtel vous allez ressentir le Grand Luxe dans toute sa splendeur et son élégance ! Le personnel extrêmement aimable, souriant et très professionnelles, et ce depuis notre arrivée jusqu’au départ ! Je tiens par la présente à les remercier Tous pour leurs sourires, professionnalismes, et leurs bienveillances ! Sans oublier l’Agent Aéroport qui nous à faciliter toute les procédures d’immigrations, et nous a emmenés jusqu’à la voiture qui nous attendais à l’extérieure. Un agent exceptionnel, mille mercis à lui, Souriant, et très Professionnel ! Le chauffeur du Fairmont, qui nous à accueilli avec une très belle Rose, merci à lui pour sa conduite expérimenté et son sourire ! Mille mercis à tout le personnel du Salon Exécutif qui a confectionné un SUPERBE GATEAU en forme de CŒUR, accompagné de la chanson Joyeux Anniversaire !!! Un immense MERCI à TOUS !!! Je recommande à Tous, pour votre Séjour au Caire, le Fairmont Nil, sans aucune hésitation ! I highly recommend LE FAIRMONT NIL! It’s a beautiful hotel worthy of its name! You have both modernism for the decoration and reminders of the Egyptian past! Very well located facing the NIL. As soon as you arrive at the hotel you will feel Grand Luxury in all its splendor and elegance! The extremely friendly, smiling and very professional staff, from our arrival until departure! I would like to hereby thank them all for their smiles, professionalism, and kindness! Without forgetting the Airport Agent who facilitated all the immigration procedures, and took us to the car which was waiting for us outside. An exceptional agent, a thousand thanks to him, Smiling, and very Professional ! The Fairmont driver, who welcomed us with a very nice Rose, thank you to him for his experienced driving and his smile!
