The service at the reception was awesome.And the state was very comfortable, and all the hoteliers were very kind.

The experience was extremely great starting from the very front door, to the reception, the room service, every single day until I check out.

We were well taken care of during our recent stay in Chongqing. All the staff, without exception, tried to give us the feeling being at home. The hotel is new and everything is in working condition. Minor defects were rectified instantly. The rooms are huge and comfortable with nice bathroom staff. Breakfast was outstanding offering western as well as Chinese variants. Highlight is the juice, not out of a can but freshly made. Same holds for the Paninis

The best Pullman I've ever visited. The hotel is nicely located, with spacious and nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast is wonderful. Service is amazing.

I like how Pullman treat all their customers. But, one thing I hope pullman can improve further is strictly non smoking hotel. On and off I can smell people smoking which as a five stars hotel should strictly follow this.

Everything was 10 stars, especially the kind lady who did my check in and upgraded me to the corner suite. Things to improve would be just 3 things: a better selection of drinks in the executive lounge, an universal power outlet in the rooms that supports also other countries's plugs, like found in every other hotel I stayed in China so far and the standard Accor way of logging into the Wi-Fi by supplying your email and password instead of a mobile number which many international visitors don't have

was totally dissapointed with the bath shower experence... 1). the water pressure was REALLY LOW.. 2). water from the shower head WAS INTERMITENTLY SPEWING SCALDING HOT WATER .. probably almost 50 degree hot water and cold cold water... it was pulsating regularly alternating between scalding WATER and COLD WATER..

If you're looking for a hotel in Chongqing that boasts a great location, high comfort, and excellent value for money, look no further. Priced at around 500 RMB, this Pullman Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Chongqing North Railway Station. What surprised me even more was having two metro lines right downstairs. On top of that, if you want to visit the trendy The Ring Shopping Mall, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride. Heading to Chaotianmen or Guanyinqiao takes under 20 minutes by cab and costs around 15 RMB. The only downside is that Chongqing MixC is a bit far from here. The hotel’s design is stunning and perfect for taking endless photos. Even the lobby bar is so inviting that it makes you want to just sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. What amazed me the most, though, was the staff—everyone was so energetic and full of life, which made for a deeply satisfying stay. I know that great experiences can sometimes be a one-time thing, and things can change overnight with a shift in management. But more than the gorgeous hardware, the staff here are undoubtedly this hotel's most valuable asset. Right downstairs, you get a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, where you can take a nice stroll next to a small grove of trees. Even the Chongqing Peas and Minced Pork Noodles (Wanza Noodles) served at breakfast were incredibly authentic—saving me a trip (and money) to find them downtown. The Executive Lounge also rotates its menu daily, and I absolutely loved their meatballs.

Fantastic hotel next to Chongqing north train station for a pleasant stay. Modern rooms with great size. Minor things to improve. More choices of power sockets, they only supported the flat Chinese style now and not the round ones any longer. Most difficult was to switch of lights, too many choices.

Appreciate the complimentary upgrade by reception. Room is clean and spacious. Cleaning staff is very friendly and cleaned the room well. However, young concierge guy who was helping with my Taobao parcels made snarky comments about my requests for my parcels.

Overall, high praises for the entire Pullman Chongqing Xiyue team. Housekeeping department was meticulous in their work, ensuring place is in order for check-in. I was lucky to check in early, and encountered the housekeeping team lead doing her quality checks. She noticed the minor problems (e.g., no replenishment of coffee capsules and tea sachets), and immediately addressed them. Front desk was also competent in work; although they were unfortunately overwhelmed by a huge group of corporate check-ins which cut my queue. Staff team took a while to recognise the issue before rectifying this. They were however, the only hotel in my trip, amongst all Accor chain hotels I stayed at to provide me with a drink coupon at check in and upgraded my stay to offer free breakfast. They were also prompt in replying my email requesting for directions (with step by step photos) from train station to hotel. Concierge and welcome team were also attentive to details. They help me with my luggage up the flight of stairs when I arrived at hotel, and received packages on my behalf. The only suggestion for the team is perhaps to consider providing coffee drip bags instead of Nespresso compatible capsules in the room. Alternatively, consider providing a note on the rationale (e.g., feature local produce) to use compatible instead of original Nespresso capsules. This may help improve perception of hotel’s branding as luxurious hotel.

The facilities of the hotel were excellent; our room was excellent with separate lounge room from the bedroom. The food selection at the breakfast buffet were excellent and one of the best from the Accor group in Asia. The pool and gym facilities were great. The location is slightly away from the main city centre but that was oK as Didi was cheap and convenient. There was a park next to the hotel which was good for our daily walk/run.
