Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Only a couple of small downsides during our stay but we still enjoy the stay: 1) Executive lounge is quite meh 2) In our suite the phone is only beside the bed, we ordered quite a lot of food and the staff tends to call us to inform that they are sending up the food as courtesy but we thought was the report and ran to the door but nothing was there. Then by the time we go back to the bedroom, the call was hanged up. Will be good to have a connecting phone in the living room area. 3) The hotel is centrally heated and unable to turn on cooling mode on aircon so it was quite warm and stuffy even with the windows opened. But the staff provided a fan for us which helped a lot.

Overall it's very luxurious hotel with great service. They even allowed me to use executive lounge after checking out at 5pm. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back. Thank you very much

Well located, modern, and very convenient stay. The service and facilities really blew my mind. Just a short walk away from the MRT and main train station for the HSR.
