All is good, except about the aircond don't work at spring time

We stayed one night at Pullman Xiyue Chongqing, and it turned out to be an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and professional service truly set the tone for a memorable stay. The front desk team, led by Theresa, along with Ruby and Aimee, were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. Their friendly smiles, patience, and genuine sense of care immediately made us feel at home. A big shoutout also goes to the cleaning, baggage, and porter crew, who were attentive and enthusiastic throughout our short stay - helping us with room cleaning, directions, luggage, and local suggestions with impressive courtesy. What made our visit even more delightful was the surprise upgrade to a Suite. The room was beautifully furnished, modern, and impeccably maintained. Every detail - from the layout and lighting to the thoughtful amenities - reflected Pullman’s signature blend of comfort and elegance. It was clear that a lot of attention had been put into both design and upkeep, making the space an absolute pleasure to unwind in after a day of exploring Chongqing. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. It’s conveniently close to Chongqing North Railway Station, making it easy for travelers to connect from the high-speed rail network. We also found it very convenient to get around - car-hailing services were readily available, and reaching Yuzhong District and other key attractions took only a short ride. Whether you’re in Chongqing for business or leisure, the location strikes a great balance between accessibility and tranquility. Overall, our stay at Pullman Xiyue Chongqing exceeded expectations. The combination of modern comfort, outstanding service, and a prime location made our brief stopover feel truly special. We sincerely thank Theresa, Ruby, Aimee, and the entire team for their warm hospitality - they made it an experience we would gladly return for. the whole hotel air cond was shut down due to winter, only heater is on however, during my stay, weather around 15-20 so quite hot without wind going inside room hotel provides air cooler but doesnt help, i couldn’t sleep during my 4 night stay hope a 5 star hotel doesn’t give a restrictions like that in the future as people have their own setting temperature to sleep

Hotel is New. Room is nice. But the ac did not work well. The room became too warm. When I asked to checked the ac, the staff only put a standing fan. Finally I had to move to another room.

All staff were very polite and friendly. From the first impression, the bell boy offered us a helping hand once he saw us from the far. The room was clean, new and spacious. There are variety in breakfast together with some local dishes. The lounge was also relaxing with alcohol offering(beer, red wine & white wine). The gym was rather simple but well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
