Pathetic room service No clean drinking water in the tap

Nice Hotel in Little India

Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is a very nice hotel with nice staff and nice location. Being Diamond member my room was upgraded to Suite which is very spacious and nice with in room check in service. I was arriving late at night and this in room service really make me feel good. Staff are very friendly and location is right in Little India where you can find food easily, just walking distance to Mustafa, 24 hours store where you can buy almost everything you need. This is highly recommended hotel in Little India area.

Starting from checking every thing went smooth, special thanks to Ms RACHAL. helping us for hassle free check in Room ambiance is good ,Restaurant facility is good but no buffet Check it process was lil cumbersome Though I paid in advance was charged again and pre paid amount was cancelled, but no idea when it will be refunded Well I am a satisfied customer

Superb Room, superb sevice espacially the employee who checked us in she assisted us all through out :). Its very helpful that we can leave our luggage while we roam around the city. One thing that i didnot maximize was the late check out option in my silver membership which is the reason why i got the membership
