We had a great stay at the Novotel on Kitchener Street prior to Cruise which was departing Singapore for Penang and Phuket. The staff were kind and courteous at all times greeting us each time we entered the lobby. The hotel is very nice and the buffet breakfast was covered many dietary selections and needs. thank you so much for a comfortable stay and we look forward to staying with you at the end of our cruise.

Stay was excellent. But people like Bobby at the reception can make it as bad as you can think. Such a useless and helpless person. I mentioned to him that i am here to celebrate my anniversary on 22nd Nov, and requested if i can be upgraded to Family room as my son is 11 yrs so will be more convinient and i requested if that can be done complimentary. He said blunt NO. Then i said that Alvin replied to me via email that they will see if a room is available at the time of check in then Bobby said no one has authority to do this and hence cannot be done. Later at the actual time of check in, i asked the same thing to Natasha who was giving me the keys and considering the anniversary stuff, she was able to atleast provide me a bed complimentary. So in all, if you are willing to help the customers then rules can be broken but being smileless, blunt does not help. I am not writing this feedback just because Bobby did not help me but becuase he could have helped but he never wanted to do so. So a change is needed in his attitude, he needs to be humble and he should smile as no one is asking him his kidneys to donate. Apart from this, my stay has been amazing awesome and fantabulous. Everything was perfect.
