I have booked room for business work in Lucknow. Room and service is good but food quality is cheap, very limited options were there in breakfast which seems bad for renowned hotel chain. Also, the food taste sucks specially alu bhaji, only water no taste. Hope they will note and add some variety and improve taste otherwise future seems dark.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several concerning issues that left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, mosquitoes infested my room, and the body wash container was empty. I reported these problems to the reception, but they remained unresolved. The most disturbing issue was the unhygienic blood-stained bed sheets. To my annoyance I discovered this only after sleeping on them after a late-night outing. These problems highlight a complete lack of attention from the hotel and housekeeping team in maintaining the brand’s standards. To make matters worse, I also experienced the disturbing sound of someone using a hammer in the hotel at 5 am for at least 30 minutes. This noise completely ruined my sleep. When I shared all these issues during check out, the hotel tried to make it up to me by offering free breakfast. While I found the food to be edible, I would never pay for the disappointing spread. It seemed like the chefs were putting it together because they had to, not because they wanted to. Based on these experiences, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall stay was good, location was excellent just in front of the mall, ours rooms were also upgraded, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were good. Some bad experience: Water clogging in the room, too much time taken for the in room dining ordered, breakfast don't have much options.

I recently stayed at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is convenient — good connectivity and easy access to nearby shopping and amenities. The room was clean and cosy, and I appreciated the staff’s warm hospitality and prompt service. The food was good and the dining ambience added to the stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Lucknow with good value for money, I’d recommend Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar.
