I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and the check‑in/check‑out process was smooth and efficient. A special thanks to Ashish Rana, Laxmi, Nisha, Komal, and Gayatri for making my stay so comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at Mercure Lucknow was overall very pleasant. The hotel is in a very good location, with excellent ambience, clean and well-maintained rooms, and a professional atmosphere throughout. The staff members were polite, courteous, and welcoming, which added positively to the overall experience. However, I did face one disappointing incident during the dinner buffet. One of the chicken dishes served appeared old and unusually chewy. I immediately informed one of the wait staff, who mentioned that she had contacted the chef and asked me to wait. I waited for around 10 minutes, but unfortunately no one came to address the concern, so I eventually left the buffet without dinner and had to sleep hungry that night. Apart from that unfortunate experience, everything else was handled very well. The morning buffet was elegant, fresh, and enjoyable, and the service during breakfast was much better. Overall, the property has a very refined feel, and except for the dinner incident, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at the property and truly enjoyed my time there. My room was upgraded, which made the experience even more special. The food was delicious and well prepared. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to visit again which will be my third time.
