All good. Very good and courteous staff

I went to make my birthday better but staff was not customer centric.

The location of the property is connected to airport by open road and arrivable by car/uber in 30 min. There is ample parking. The room was clean and looked hygienic. When you enter the elevator you are required to tap your room card on the control panel. That allows the guest only to the floor they are checked. Thus is a good security. All in all professional hospitality with good warmth.

Very well located near phoenix mall. Rooms are neat and clean and food was good.

Wonderful experience, loved the hospitality of Hotel staff.

There was some event which was very noisy and I was asked to accept it. Food is also basic . Super oil croissants.

Safe and comfortable for families, useful to business travelers, located just adjacent to a famous mall, includes all amenities like a gym, bar, restaurant, conference & banquet hall. kids play area etc, with hospitable staff.

I would say over all it was good. My suggestion ...Can there be a safer option or zone for non alcoholic ppl...it's a little uncomfortable for ppl seeing loads of empty alcohol bottles outside in the corridor specially late hrs.

Most of the staff behavior was good. Location is good. But quality of breakfast and dinner is bad.

At the reception the girl don't know how to get the food bill, I had dinner at my room they charged me 400/- something for one day dinner but they are not able to provide me the food bill I requested several times for the bill but they said sorry we don't have a copy of bill I am on official tour I am not able to claim my food bill due to non sense things of that peoples.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience at Mercure Lucknow (22nd - 24th September) Dear Mercure Lucknow Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at Mercure Lucknow from 22nd September to 24th September. As an Accor Member and a frequent guest of Mercure properties, I expected a professional and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was marked by repeated service failures, poor coordination, and a lack of attention to guest requests, making it one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. My concerns started even before I entered my room. Upon arrival, I requested an early check-in and clearly communicated that I was willing to pay the applicable charges. However, instead of receiving a clear update, I had to repeatedly follow up with the front desk regarding room availability. Despite multiple discussions and unnecessary waiting, the process was delayed significantly before I was finally allowed to check in after paying the additional charges. The next issue was regarding breakfast. Breakfast was included as part of my booking package. Due to exhaustion from travel, I woke up later than expected and contacted reception at approximately 10:39 AM regarding breakfast. I was informed that breakfast service had ended at 10:00 AM and that no accommodation or alternative arrangement could be provided. While I understand hotel policies, the complete lack of flexibility and guest consideration was disappointing, especially when breakfast was already included in my package. As a result, I ordered breakfast separately from the restaurant. Unfortunately, this became one of the most frustrating parts of my stay. After placing my order for a bread basket, tea, and coffee, I had to wait nearly an hour despite several reminders and follow-ups. When the order finally arrived, multiple items were missing. The tea was already cold and served without sugar. Bread, butter, and coffee were not provided. After requesting the missing items again, bread and butter arrived approximately 15-20 minutes later, while coffee was still forgotten and had to be requested once more. By the time everything arrived, the breakfast was no longer enjoyable, and the entire experience was ruined. To make matters worse, the body wash and conditioner dispensers in my bathroom were empty. I contacted room service and later followed up with reception requesting room cleaning and replenishment of amenities. Despite multiple reminders, my requests appeared to be continuously forgotten. I had to contact reception more than once to seek assistance, yet there was still no sense of urgency or ownership from the staff. Unfortunately, the problems continued on the second day as well. I once again ordered breakfast separately and experienced similar service issues. The special Danish bread I ordered was not provided, and regular bread was sent instead. Butter was missing, the tea was again not served at an appropriate temperature, and further follow-ups were required to complete the order. Experiencing the same mistakes repeatedly on consecutive days suggests a larger service and operational issue rather than a one-time oversight. Additionally, I noticed what appears to be a discrepancy in the restaurant billing. The prices charged in the final bill that I paid at the hotel differed from the prices displayed in the menu at the time of ordering. Given the numerous service issues I had already experienced, this pricing inconsistency raised further concerns regarding transparency and customer trust. I would appreciate clarification and a review of the billed charges. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we usually choose Mercure for our stays and typically visit a Mercure property at least once every quarter. Our continued preference for the brand has always been based on the service standards and trust associated with Accor. However, after facing repeated delays, incomplete orders, poor housekeeping response, unattended requests, missing amenities, and billing concerns throughout this stay, I am genuinely disappointed. To be completely honest, after this experience, I do not believe I can continue to place the same trust in Mercure that I once did. As a loyal Accor member, I never expected to spend so much of my stay following up on basic services that should have been delivered proactively and professionally. The overall experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the Mercure brand, and at this stage, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will choose Mercure for my future stays. I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that I receive a formal response addressing: • The repeated delays and missed guest requests. • The poor handling of breakfast and room service orders. • The lack of housekeeping responsiveness. • The issue of empty bathroom amenities. • The pricing discrepancy between the restaurant menu and the final bill. • The corrective actions being taken to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and escalated to the appropriate management team. I look forward to receiving your response and an appropriate resolution to the concerns raised above.
