I recently stayed at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is convenient — good connectivity and easy access to nearby shopping and amenities. The room was clean and cosy, and I appreciated the staff’s warm hospitality and prompt service. The food was good and the dining ambience added to the stay. Drainage not proper in washroom, after bath the water used to spill all over and even in the room. Rooms not quiet and noise from corridor and next room was disturbing in mornings
