Dinner variety was too less. Guest service didn’t pickuped call at once. Most of the item like shaving kit, slipper was not available in the room. Tried to order through guest service but they pickuped call very late

The reseption staff was she was lady lill healthy and not very tall and dark lipstick . I don’t remember her name .. she is not good at her behaviour was very poor n unprofessional

1. The food selection was poor and highly unsatisfactory for buffet dinner as well as breakfast spread. 2. In the bathroom the washbasin was not draining as it should it draining very slowly which gave a very unhygienic feeling.
