Room had cobwebs around doors, carpets were smelly and stained. Bed was making noise…curtain were smelly. Told the guy to clean but no relief. Breakfast ordering directly from window to chef was noisy and rude by the on ground staff - defeats the purpose of open kitchen. The guys taking order for hot items was slow and didn’t bother I was standing for couple of minutes. The juice counter tap was not working and no one cared even when I raised multiple times. Reception was not welcoming too and checkin experience wasn’t great again. The guy Mr. Hridhaan could at least smile a bit!! The staff outside didn’t care to help initially with my luggage…and after I got down from stairs only then the guy came expecting a tip. On 9th afternoon the guy carrying some one eles’s luggage wanted me to take stairs as he had occupied lifts - strange! I suppose all this would also be on camera so would request management to at least review the same

Great stay at Novotel! Excellent location, super clean and very comfortable rooms. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing. Truly enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely recommend it.
