Smooth Check in and Check out , Breakfast & Dinner spread was decent , taste could have been better. Staff need to be more focused and should not only pay attention to the walk in parties/Lounge guest.

This is possibly my 10th stay in Novotel but you really need to upgrade yourselves. As a 5 star, towels are HORRIBLE. Bedsheets and pillows feel like they haven't been changed in years. Room is breaking down slowly. Carpet is sticky (would advise to remove carpet entirely). Rest it is a really good hotel, just needs timely MAINTENANCE otherwise soon it will be degraded to a 4 star.
