Very poor food quality. Although the room was clean and well sanitized, the common areas such as lobby and gallery were extremely unkept. There were soiled plates lying. I stayed for a night but it was not an Accor experience. Extremely disappointed

There is total lack of coordination among staffs, we have been harassed. We had cocktail hours and we have been denied to provide after one drink, the staff told that it is welcome drink only, we have been seen that the receptionist made the mistake she provided the welcome drink coupon instead of happy hour, also on the third day we have been asked to pay for one drink as the butler didn't seen the coupon of happy hour. Also we have 30% discount on all services but while we went for the SPA the receptionist didn't able to provide the discount and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the manager to come and confirm. Very bad experience. Also the room service was very slow we have to call twice for any service. We didn't expect a service from a brand like Novotel.
