My stay at Novotel Lucknow was very pleasant.i stayed with my parents and was very well served. The staff there is very good and always ready to help and attentive. The rooms were spacious, well lit and has many amenities. The food at the square was delicious and has variety of range. The menu changes at both the times. Overall it was a very good experience for me and for my family.

I had a really nice stay, very polite staff and really tasty food with quick room service. The rooms were really clean and nice , comfy beds and This place really lived upto the Novotel' s name. Will definitely recommend others to check out this hotel .

Wash basin drain faucet was having problem but no engineer person didn’t came to resolve this . But apart from that stay was decent and good . Being a prayagi i am proud that accor properties are opened in our state .

Excellent service , 24*7 service available at the hotel My rooms AC was not working at 1.00 am night i called at reception and they send an electrician regarding my issue and get it resolved in few mins I also met Mr. Ayush , he is also very friendly and got great speaking skill Manan Pasricha 7007953849
