Hi. We had a comfortable stay. Yet, there were a few places it could have been better. 1. The bathroom door was made of glass - led to a lot of bathrooms sounds escaping into the room. 2. The entire shower made a lot of noise into the bedroom when turned on. Anyone sleeping was definitely woken up by the shower sound. 3. We had dinner A La Carte at the restaurant but didnt enjoy it much. My mother had dinner again, and didnt enjoy it again. But the staff did go out of their way to cater to her needs and see if she wanted anything. They didn't charge us as well. The buffet breakfast on both days was very nice. Overall, the Staff was polite, the hotel was spacious, rooms were nice. Dont take this feedback as criticism, but just constructive feedback. Thanks.

Firstly being an accor member and staying always in accor property the experience was not that good. 1) The room given had dirty smell in the washroom of sewer which was spreading in the room and the solution provided was humidfier that controlled a bit but did they did not change the room. 2) Had breakfast and Dinner booked and honestly the food was not at all up to the mark. Very very very oily main course that I would get a road side dhaba. Booked it because it has a pool but will prefer Mercure over this.

As a Platinum Member I got the room upgraded at no additional cost. I also had complementary breakfast included. The experience was great and the staff accommodated me for a super early check-in as well.
