The view from the Deluxe room was exceptionally beautiful, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, particularly Manish, who provided excellent assistance with luggage transfer. The location was conveniently situated near shopping areas. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It couldn’t have been worse: - guests were asked to leave their rooms on the first day due to changes in the booking rather than calling me who made the booking - guests were denied breakfast although it was already booked - Sunil, the front line manager wasn’t aware of points burning rules and made me wait for about 2.5 hrs while he figured. wouldn’t share the general manager’s contact either - had to email Rahul Nama, general manager when nothing fell in place on day 1, didn’t help make the experience better - on day 2, the guests weren’t allowed early check in though we had aligned everything at 5 AM and the app showed availability of rooms - the invoice was never sent and I am still requesting to receive it - Syed at the front desk shared I would get night added for day 2’s stay but I didn’t Overall, the attitude of folks at Novotel Lucknow was carefree and callous. I have stayed at multiple accor properties globally and this was by far the worst. There were 8 accor status holding members staying at the property within our group — 7 accor silver and one gold.
