I am writing to formally share my experience during my recent stay at Novotel Lucknow, which unfortunately fell far below the standards I associate with the Novotel brand and Accor hospitality. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bathroom appeared old and inadequately cleaned. Several areas were visibly dirty, and despite this being something that should have been addressed prior to check-in, I had to specifically call room service and physically point out the areas that required cleaning. This was disappointing, especially after a long journey. More concerning was a serious lapse in guest safety and privacy during check-in. While we were already inside our assigned room, another guest was issued the same room key and entered our room by mistake. This situation was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, particularly from an international hotel chain where basic security protocols are expected to be strictly followed. Additionally, as an Accor Silver member, I understand that late checkout is one of the listed privileges, subject to availability. However, when I politely requested a checkout at 14:00, the reception staff declined immediately without explanation, stating that checkout was not possible beyond 12:30. To add to this, we received a call exactly at 12:00 asking when we would vacate the room, which felt unnecessarily pressuring and unwelcoming. Having traveled all the way from Munich, this experience was quite disheartening and not reflective of the comfort and professionalism I normally expect from Novotel properties worldwide. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately. I trust that Novotel values guest satisfaction and loyalty, and I would appreciate your consideration of a suitable gesture to restore my confidence in the brand. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I look forward to your response.

This hotel is very good option for comfortable stay. Front office staff was too good. And give their best services to the guest. Specially check in procedure is very good & fast . Allot me the room according to my preferences. And give very good room with a nice view. I stayed with my family. Food was also good. But service they have to improve a little bit. I will make sure I will visit this hotel again.
