Everything was perfect except one TV. TV is very old and does not support smart tech like OTT apps. Also the channels are not HD subscribed and hence sports channel like Star Sports were blurred. My whole point if booking the stay was to enjot t20 world cup final but the overall experience of enjoying the match was degraded because of TV not supporting OTT as well as not having HD channels. I checked with hotel staff but as explained by him none of the above things was possible. I strongly recommend being a 5 Star hotel to upgrade televisions sets to have smart features like other renowned hotel chains.

I was not happy as travelling with my family for the first time and bringing them here as a gift 🎁 vacation for them. Firstly the point where we reached the hotel after travelling 6 hours and room not ready and specially my father and mother senior citizens,it was very tiring and uncomfortable and disappointed start. Then in swimming pool,we had requested to play indian songs or hindi music 🎵 but they continued playing english which none of family members could even understand. Also the dining area where we had booked breakfast and dinner had some party on both the days of stay and there was lot of noise and loud people hardly the time we could feel peaceful to have meals in quite environment. Overall after paying such a huge premium package cost from my heard earned money,I feel disappointed ☹️ and made it feel not welcoming for my parents who had come first time.
