Overall experience, right from check in to check out was very good. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.Unfortunately, can not single out any body. While staying, recommended to a few ,who were to visit Lucknow, to consider Novotel as the lodging place. Unfortunately you have limited restaurants, hence food choice is restricted.

Guest services were good, however couple of things which I was not happy with- 1) overall the hotel was costly specially food. 2) the spread was very limited. In breakfast for 3 days we had similar thing except for 1 change in a day 3) I had taken a package where bar charges were covered, however we just had very very limited options to choose from. If the charges have been taken then one should have options

The experience during the stay was not that good as it was on earlier occasions. The facilities and and front desk handling, parking issues, were some of the concerns this time. Overall, it's good.

The property is located at the main location of Lucknow City and overall the stay was good. The hotel management has to see to restrict the mosquito flyers inside the lobby. The front desk person has to more attentive as while check in and check out experience was not good. The front desk person was asked me to wait though he was free but doing some other activities. He has to see the customer first then doing the routine work. The morning breakfast was lavish and having all meals. The staff was polite and friendly approach. Overall property is good condition considering Covid scenario. Thanks..

My booking voucher was with inclusive of breakfast but still I have been asked to pay and dispite of showing my voucher hotel not agreed and I have paid then.this is unethical practices and not acceptable.

Well located , good rooms , poor service

Check -in : unaware of the contract , room mates and payment received Lunch : during the conference , it took us 1 hr 45 mins on each day to complete the lunch due to huge delay in serving the orders Conference room AC : no temperature control , we need to call someone to put it off / ON every 15-20 mins Conference room projector : a wire hanging in exact middle for connection, which was restricting our view and making us uneasy . Also, someone could topple while doing the training Room service : person doing room service , forgot to replenish hand towels Keys : almost all the keys were de-activated on day 2 and need to get the same fixed Looks, staff need lot of training . Service was nowhere near the service of brand Novotel .

We have sale meet for 2 days we stayed total 12 peoples in hotel as well as attended the Sales Meet in Celebration Hall. All Processes of Hotel is too slow. (From Day 1, for booking Hotel i have taken follow up around 5-10 times then personnel responded. Food Takes time about 20-30 Minutes, Checkin & Checkout also takes time around 10-15 minutes, Also in double occupancy rooms, we got only 1 key, In Celebration Hall, we faced lot problems like there is no switches for Lighting & AC Control we need to ask hotel personnel to do the needful.) We are fade up and decided not to book our next meeting in Hotel Novotel.

I have been a regular to this property and I have mostly been satisfied by the service but this time was an exception 1- I had already done the check-in still i had to wait amd the key was not ready at the reception 2- Being the Silver Member, no priority checkin was offered to me as it should have been 3- Cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark, the linen as well as the washroom. It was the first time in all the visits at Novotel Lucknow that I experienced this.

It was a pathetic experience that we had at the property. Not sure for what reasons but we had to wait for about half hour to receive our luggage’s at the time check in. And interestingly there was no apologies for that which was kind of shocking. Anyways seems like this is a normal day behaviour for them.
