My experience at novotel was amazing from the time we checked in at the hotel staff seems really friendly Their breakfast buffet is an experience in itself such great variety of food option is available kudos to chef and their entire kitchen team I would also like to appreciate the staff who served us everything on table with a wide smile Mr Rajat Pandey and his team at restaurant is really hardworking and humble. Novotel lucknow has amazing staff

Check in, rooms and staff are great. Warm hospitality and excellent service. Terrace Bar was well stocked and comfy. Breakfast was open for all and there was complete chaos at the live counter. Most of the dishes were empty and not refilled. Waiting for table was approx 5 min. Cook and waiter were clueless. There was a group of cricketers (maybe more than 30) accommodated in the same area. It is requested that group bookings must be handled separately to prevent inconvenience to other guests
