The hotel boasts excellent scenery and dining options, offering stunning views and high-quality meals. Unfortunately, the hygiene issue in the room was disappointing. I found blood stains left by previous guests under the sheets, which still made me feel psychologically uncomfortable. Although I am grateful to the front desk staff for moving me to a new room, but going to a new rooms in the early morning is indeed very exhausting. When I checked out, I found out that the front desk manager was not aware of the hygiene incident that occurred last night, which shocked me. Perhaps this kind of problem should be taken seriously in an international brand hotel. I also hope that hotels can pay attention to such issues. I hope the hotel's senior management can pay attention to such issues and provide guests with an even better experience

Everything is good, nice food, nice room and helpful staffs. Only 1-2 staffs understand english. Reski at the front is particularly helpful. Thank you. The hotel is very crowded.

The dood was great..and the room is clean.but i think the toilet need a toilet deodorizer.
