I really enjoyed staying at the Grand Mercure Awaji island resort, I really liked the onsen and lounge facilities for snacking, my experience was more unforgettable thanks to Mr. Rezki Muhammad, he was very informative and helpful, from explaining transportation and tourist attractions, even helping to book restaurants and taxis, even when I forgot to book breakfast at the hotel, it turned out that my room had been noted as a reservation so I could avoid long queues, thank you so much Mr. Rezki for making our holiday very memorable

This was a one-night stopover on our drive from Osaka to Kurashiki, and was well-suited to our needs of a good night's rest after exploring Awaji Island for the day, as well as an easy drive to the Naruto whirlpools cruise terminal the next morning. The junior suite was spacious for my family of 5, but note that it is quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. The taps also work counter-intuitively for some reason, by pushing the lever down instead of up, which took some getting used to.

チェックインもスムーズで部屋も広くて何より大家族の私らには安くてとても有り難かったです。 部屋は山の方だったのに海も見え景色も良かったです。温泉もとても良かったです。受付にいらっしゃった方も愛想が良くご飯も美味しかったです。残念だったのは展望台が封鎖されてたことくらいです。 家族にとって初旅行でしたので大変満足しました。また来たいです。

大変素晴らしい体験でした。 ブラッシュアップに期待を込めますと、 ドーミーインの様に、ドリンクを一杯だけ部屋へ持ち帰れる様になりますと、より嬉しく思いますのと、 食事の調味料が、流用できるものが他のコーナー（一例としましては、ハンバーガーには他コーナーのアボガドディップ）にあり、わざわざとりにいく手間があるものが2～3種程ございましたので、種類の豊富さには本当に大変満足できるものでしたので、あのクオリティが出来てるならと、わがままを言わせて頂けますと、という感じです。また、利用させて頂きます！
