Discovering such a lapse under the sheets is entirely unacceptable, and we fully understand the psychological discomfort and exhaustion this caused, especially during your room move in the early morning.It is equally regrettable that our front desk manager was not informed of this incident by the time you checked out. As an international brand hotel, seamless communication and impeccable cleanliness are our core responsibilities.
