Everything is good, nice food, nice room and helpful staffs. Only 1-2 staffs understand english. Reski at the front is particularly helpful. Thank you. The hotel is very crowded.

The dood was great..and the room is clean.but i think the toilet need a toilet deodorizer.

Everything was good until we checked out. The female staff wearing glasses was cold, unhelpful & unhospitable. She spoilt the good impression we had with your hotel. We felt that she was a robot or even a refrigerator. Talking to her was like talking to a wall or refrigerator. She was of zero mark.

The hotel service is very great. The dinner and breakfast are buffet and very delicious. There are so varieties for food choice. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite and professional. The onsen is big and lovely outdoor onsen.
