Good Point - Playground at B1 was well deserved. My kid was looked fun. - Outside bath was good. Bad Point - It takes long time to check-in. - We booked "all inclusive plan". So I visited lounge at night. However, there was very crowded and noisy. I couldn't relax. - Pillow was not match my preference. - That was noisy from corridor at night. - After used toilet in our room, we hear small sounds of water drop. It was annoying and disturbed sleeping. Suggestion - Almost all guests were Japanese. If you want to improve your service and collect feedback from them, this form should be suit for Japanese.

オールインクルーシブということで、少し高めであっても、その分色々なサービスが受けられるのでは、という期待でこちらに宿泊しました。ビジネスホテルなどに比較すると、確かにサービスは良かったと思います。ただ、値段ほどか？となると、同じ価格帯の別のホテルの方がゆっくりステイできたのではないか、と思ってしまいました。こども向けの遊び場があるのはとても魅力的で、かなり活用できたものの、0〜2歳の施設が少なかったのが残念でした。もっとボールプールとか、0〜2歳でも遊べるクッション性のスロープとかもっとあったら良かった。ビュッフェ形式の食事は、だいたい他のホテルで食べても、朝は1:30、夜は2時間くらいで落ち着いて食べられるなという感じです。乳幼児を連れた私たちに、ビュッフェ形式で1時間で出なければいけないのは、とても忙しなく、十分に楽しめませんでした。和室でしたが、布団なども自分で敷かなければいけない点も、もう少し安い価格帯の旅館でも敷いてくれるのになー、と思ってしまいました。また、インクルーシブという話でしたが、子供の遊び場以外、他に何ができるのかわからず、かつ、上記のようにビュッフェも普通のホテルよりも制限があり、ラウンジのスナックも少なくビジネスホテルで提供されている程度だったのと提供時間も短く朝はやっていないなどで、全体的に、オールインクルーシブとは？？という印象で割高な印象を受けてしまいました。ただ、従業員の方のホスピタリティや、お食事のクオリティは高く、その点は満足感がとても高かったです。

Visited with the family for a two night stay. We are a Platinum Accor member. The good: - food - lots of it! The choices and the quality are amazing. The price is 10,000 yen (cheap for a person not living in Japan) but fair value for a Japanese person. Very very cheap if you're a big drinker of alcohol - as there is wine, Japanese drinks (like lemon sour, shochu, etc), beer and sparkling. - entertainment for the kids up to primary school age - the playground area was like nothing I have seen before. There is enough there for hours of fun for the kids. - clean and good maintenance on the property Needs improvement: - staff communication and training I am a Platinum Accor member. At check in there was a bit of line up so I asked my Japanese wife to ask if they had a priority check in. The staff member said there isn't - young lady. That said, the hotel recovered really well as another staff member came out and asked if we were Platinum - then checked us in straight away. This staff member (an older lady with glasses) was so nice and very professional. Thank you to her! At check in they offered us a free dinner instead of the Platinum free gift and to help us celebrate our anniversary. At the restaurant, they hadn't been told from the front desk. They eventually were able to confirm but it was embarrassing to have to explain in front of multiple people. Overall, if you're looking for a good family friendly hotel in Japan - this is worth consideration! The area is also really nice if you have a car to visit surrounding small cafes.

The dinner buffet is very expensive for the food provided. The room was ok. The beds are not that confortable and we were not informed about the fact that they do not clean the room daily. The lines for the sweets and drinks at 3 pm are extremely long. The hotel could provide additional machines or divide the sweets in different tables. We arrived early but were told check in is at 1 pm, and there is nothing opened before that. Not even a place to eat. The room keys are handed out at 4 pm and the line to get it si very long.

We regret to hear that you found the dinner buffet to be overpriced in relation to the quality and variety of food, and that the room amenities, including the beds, did not offer the comfort you expected. We also apologize for the lack of prior information regarding our room cleaning policy. We understand how important these details are for a pleasant stay and will work to better communicate such policies in advance. We are also sorry for the long queues you experienced during the afternoon sweets and drink service. Regarding your early arrival, we apologize that our facilities were not yet open and that there were no food or rest areas available before our official check-in time. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Additionally, we regret the extended wait during room key distribution at 4 p.m. and are currently reviewing our check-in process to streamline this experience for our guests. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to using it to improve our services.
