Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. We regret to hear that you found the dinner buffet to be overpriced in relation to the quality and variety of food, and that the room amenities, including the beds, did not offer the comfort you expected. We also apologize for the lack of prior information regarding our room cleaning policy. We understand how important these details are for a pleasant stay and will work to better communicate such policies in advance. We are also sorry for the long queues you experienced during the afternoon sweets and drink service. Regarding your early arrival, we apologize that our facilities were not yet open and that there were no food or rest areas available before our official check-in time. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Additionally, we regret the extended wait during room key distribution at 4 p.m. and are currently reviewing our check-in process to streamline this experience for our guests. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to using it to improve our services.
