Proposals for Improving Hotel and Restaurant Reservation Systems

Our group of 11, including 3 children and 8 adults, had a wonderful stay at your facility. The children’s play area, "Mori no 8," was a huge hit with the kids, who were perfectly engaged with the equipment's just-right difficulty level. Thanks to parents' attentiveness, there were few serious rule violations. The food was delicious, and our elderly guests enjoyed spending time with their grandchildren. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements. First, regarding the reservation system, the concept of an all-inclusive stay seems inconsistent with the option to choose separate breakfast and dinner plans. Upon arrival, we were informed that our dinner reservation had not been made and would incur an additional fee. When we mentioned this, we were disappointed to hear that the company's non-Japanese ownership prevented them from implementing our suggestions. I would appreciate it if the reservation system could be made more user-friendly, perhaps by consolidating all meals into a single, inclusive plan. Additionally, I would like to request a reservation system for meals. The current wait to enter the dining area is discouraging, as guests are uncertain whether they should join the line. A system that allocates specific time slots and party sizes upon booking or check-i. would allow guests to enjoy their meals without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by crowds. Thank you for considering these suggestions.

A very good maintained hotel with excellent F &B services The kids are very happy and they enjoyed so much with the facilities. However, there are too many people a so we need to wait for an hour to get seated in the restaurant. The choice of food is comprehensive and the drinks are with a wide variety. The queue up time is really a bit disappointed The room is a bit small but still acceptable It is a lit bit worn out .maybe need some maintainence I was also disappointed I booked through your app and at the time I checked in They couldn’t find my booking So embarrassed with many people were waiting at the back I remembered I paid when I booked But staff said the credit card system is not working and it didn’t charge I m fro. Hong Kong and I could not check at that time Feeling a bit mysterious as I m making the advanced booking with prepayment But they said I didn’t pay

It advertises as 4 star hotel but I felt like staying cheap motels for family use. Many dissapointemnts. * Long lines for check-in, I think its because so many people in lounge WAITING for free drinks and snack, that is actually limited selection that was almost insulting. when you check in a nice hotel as it was advertised, the last thing you want is to line up for some cheap drinks. I did not even go and look what is available because its so crowded. * Not enough staff, and most of staff are NOT trained well for customer service. They do not talk properly, they do not know how to even deal with customers. * GIft shop is closed and shutterd when check in time, which makes a front lobby dark and I felt like we are in the abandoned shopping market. I do not understand why this hotel cannot even have ONE person at the gift shop so that at leaset customer can shop when THEY want to shop. * Please do not call this hotel ' ALL INCLUSIVE' that is totally mislead. Just because they serve some drinks free in limited time and serve little snack like gummy and candy they are just for small children, nothing for adult custmer. And looking at kids and people lining up for those cheap treats made me feel like we are all poor people, almost insulting. * THere is no cafe or real lounge that is unreal for hotel. * Restaurant is set in 2 rooms and hard to find food. Also having custmer wait so long for the buffet meal was also humiliating. At the end it was almost amusing experinece, I have stayed MANY hotels before but this was one of the worst in terms of image/expectation/value. There are lots of things to improve for your brand name.
