First of all , we drove from Tokyo to there and arrive at night but hotel no restuarant only buffet. We booked room with Japanese traditional but room air condition not well cool and we need to do bed self service ( I went to many places this type of room will prepare after dinner by hotel. Staff cannot speak well English always need translation make everything communication longer time than usual.

・チェックイン・到着時フロントに受付待ちの方が3名程いる中、チェックイン担当は1人、裏からちょこちょこ人は出てくるが対応はしない、しばらくしてから他の方が出てきます、時間に余裕を持ってチェックインに並ぶべきです。・客室、施設・客室はエグゼクティブルームにしましたが部屋はそれなりには綺麗ですが、水周りの掃除が適当、トイレ床はオシッコをこぼした様な跡が無数にあり拭けば取れるレベル、トイレットペーパーホルダーも手垢まみれ、洗面台に関しても、歯ブラシ入れておきましたって感じの投げおいた置き方、客室のティッシュは1枚使ったら切れました、1枚程度で残しておくなら初めから交換して欲しい、施設に関してはリノベーションして少し綺麗になりましたよって感じです、夜間閉まるエリア等ありますがポールすら立ててないので電気消えてるが入る事は可能(子供が1人で行ったらどうするんでしょうね) ・ラウンジ・こちらは2ヶ所のラウンジ利用しましたが、一般ラウンジとエグゼクティブラウンジの違いがほとんど見受けられない、飲み物の種類はあまり変わらないし、エグゼクティブの方に関しては大人子供含め客層が荒い感じ、ビールの提供もある様ですが15:00〜18:00まで1番飲みそうな21:00〜23:00の時間に提供なし笑エグゼクティブラウンジはカードキー必要としてるが、横からすり抜けて入る方チラホラいました、何の為に分けてるんですかね笑・食事・大浴場・利用してないので不明・売店・飲み物はあるけどあんまり期待しない方がいいレベル、お菓子とかも売ってはいるけど、お土産程度、ファミリー向けなのに簡単に食べれそうなチョコやお菓子は無い(何を目指してるんでしょうか) ・館内にトイレや自販機はありますがほとんどないと思った方がいいです、無駄に1階広いんだからコンビニとか入れたら売店広くしたら？って感じです。・騒音・壁が薄いのかすごく廊下の声や館内BGMが部屋にいても聞こえてきます。結論ファミリー向け、夫婦やカップル単身旅行には絶対にお勧めしません
