Highly recommend this hotel! Check-in and check-out were seamless, and our Platinum member benefits were fully honored. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the wonderful welcome set—the apple jam is a must-try! Despite the high occupancy, everything was well-organized, including reserved tables for members. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. We also want to thank the staff for their kindness in helping us handle an unwanted sledge free of charge. Excellent service all around!

My check-in wasn't smooth because I booked a room with breakfast, but the staff said it wasn't available. I tried to explain that breakfast was included, but he insisted. I decided to end the conversation and go up to my room to rest, as I was tired from the journey. I came down again and after speaking with two more staff members, I was still told that breakfast was not included. And they told me to contact ALL Customer Care - Accor. This doesn't even include my Platinum status, which should have entitled me to free breakfast, but they didn't give it to me. Around 10 PM, they finally called my room and said I would get breakfast.

Spent 4 nights in room 1140. Was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was every time I used the elevator button or opening my room door, I’d get zapped by static electricity lol. Not sure why.
