It is really far from Nagoya station. I paid texi for about $40. And there were no shuttle buses after I checked it out . There are good holes near the station. I regret I used the accor hotel as I'm a member . Then next trip I didn't use it accor the hotel.

Good breakfast but too long que of Check-in. Also system to reserve breakfast at 21.00 pm is quite too late. They should allow to reserve from 20.00 pm.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and precise in their knowledge and ability. Housekeeping are clearly working very hard. Onsen was a lovely facility very nicely maintained. Shame the rest of the hotel desperately needs an update. In many guest areas the carpets are threadbare, equipment is old and weary (mini bar fridges), guest bathrooms are extremely out of date. Furnishings are very tired. Unfortunate as the staff are excellent. Shuttle from the station was great.
