We loved the lounge which had facilities like drink bar, snacks, bean bags sitting on tatami and also some card games like UNO

A much needed restplace after cycling, it exceeded our expectations. The inclusive deal was well worth having with a dinner and drinks buffet as extensive as I've seen.

I had a lot of expectations going into this stay only to be utterly disappointed. The room size was decent but the rooms are extremely dated. The lights, wallpaper, fittings ... everything is dull and feels depressing. The staff at the reception too were very rude and made my friends actually segregate their thrash at the reception. The point was not about segregation, but the manner in which they were spoken to. Definitely not expected of an Accor property. We literally cut our stay from 2 nights to one night and left for a Marriott property an hour away which was literally bliss.

Amenities were excellent! The onsen was great and the lounge had free flow drinks and snacks at certain times of the day! The bed was comfortable! There were free shuttle services almost hourly to and from nagano station (can check the website for more details!) One of the few downsides is really the location because it is pretty dark and remote. There were times where we had to take the public bus to a bus stop near the hotel and walk for a while in the dark, which was kind of scary (the shuttle service does not run till after 5.30pm)! The other is that the room does really look old, but it was not a big issue for me since I was not in the room most of the time. The room was really big though. Otherwise, I really loved my stay and will be back!

While some parts of the building and guest rooms may show their age, we continuously strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.
