Really had a fun time with my wife at Mercure Nagano. We initially arrived there without expecting much but from the get go, the staffs were very accomodating. The rooms were also decently sized compared to others we had in other places and even though they are not super modern looking, they are indeed very clean. And the onsen, they have natural hot spring water coming into their onsen area which is a huge plus. Really enjoyed that. And finally, after having a relaxing onsen bath, you’ll be pampered with a comfortable stay at their 3rd floor lounge with free drinks, snacks and entertainment such as game cards, uno cards, manga etc. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
