i have booked for 3adults and 1 kid, but room was setup for 2adults. we have arrive at room around 10:00 pm then took around 20min for another room to arrange then we finally could enjoy hot spring for around 20min. Also hot spring staff told us only 20min left to close hot spring and hurry. This is not my first time experience with your hotel group, same issue happen at different location in the past.
