had a good stay at this hotel though the location needs loads of driving. It is located in a nice area of ise Shima which is about 40 minutes away from most sightseeing places in the area.

Good location and rooms for a one-night trip with 8 friends, and prices were affordable. We enjoyed drinks till the lounge closed (23:00). Meals were not our primary objective, but if the restaurant and big bath could be better; the restaurant was crowded, and it was difficult to find a table for 8, also the chairs were too heavy for buffet-style meals (for standing up and sitting down many times..) Regarding the big bath, only a few hair-dryers are available; have to queue for it. Fortunately, there is a dryer in the room, so we used it instead. For ladies' big bath, we don't need chairs, but it's better to have more hair-drying stands or make-up stands.

As an accor gold member, i am entitled to an automatic room upgrade. When i asked about it, i was rejected by the staff citing full occupancy. When i pressed further, then he told me i can have an upgrade. The breakfast and lounge are super crowded and everyone was rushing for the food. I had a hard time looking for an empty table at breakfast.

I had a very good overall experience at Grand Mercure Ise-shima Resort & Spa. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-suited for a family stay, making it easy to relax throughout our visit. * Our room was spacious and comfortable, 😊but badly lit. 🙄 There were only a few spotlights which left parts of the room, notably the area in front of the window, in darkness once the sun had set. 🌇 * There was no milk or cream in the room for our coffee and tea. But a member of of the reception staff provided a small jug of milk. At breakfast, we got more milk in a paper cup. * The temperature in the room was good, so we didn't need to use the air conditioner. However, the large mirror in the bathroom was not heated, so it misted up after a shower, and we couldn't use it until the mist had cleared. 💨 * We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the stay was "all inclusive". This meant that we could enjoy beer or wine or spirits (such as high-quality, Japanese whisky, choya, gin etc) with our meal. These were also freely available in the afternoon and evening in the lounge. 🍷 * The food was good, with a big selection. 🍲But, unlike some other hotels, there was no "dish of the day"; the food offered was always the same. Also, we were disappointed that there was no tempura.🍤 I enjoyed the soft ice cream, which was even available at breakfast! 🍦🍨 * Check-in was easy as the man doing it spoke very good English. There were 5 desks open when we arrived at about 3pm, so hardly any waiting at all! 😊 * However, there only 3 lifts (elevators) and at peak times the queues were long. 😒 * There was nothing to do outside the hotel unless you had a car. We knew this, so it was not a problem for us, but could be for other people. 😁 * We appreciated the hotel bus that took us from the railway station to the hotel at the beginning of our stay, and back to the station at the end. 🚌

約2歳の子どもがいたので部屋の中がタバコ臭いのはすごくショックでした。 また、全館空調なのか室内の温度調整ができず寒かったです。 ラウンジのサービス、子どもの遊ぶ場所などはとても良かったですが、残念な点もあり満足度は下がりました。

部屋はきちんと清掃されておりましたが、共有部のガラスに結構蜘蛛の巣が張ってました。ドリンクサービスやスタッフのサービス等は良かったので少し残念、という事でこの点数とさせて頂きました。

友人と伊勢志摩の旅を楽しんできました！ 大浴場でゆっくりと疲れを癒し、心も体もリフレッシュ♨️ 夕食も朝食もどれも美味しくて、出てくるたびにワクワクが止まりませんでした🍴✨ 美しい景色と美味しいごはん、そして気の合う友人との時間… お部屋もとても広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。 贅沢なひとときを過ごせました。 （ネットフリックスやユーチューブの接続ができなかったのだけが残念でした。）
