From the check in to my check out, the stay was seamless and filled with wonderful memories. The staff were polite and tried their very best to make my vacation with my family memorable.

We stayed for two nights. I accidentally booked for a day early. I called the hotel, and they made the change for me on the phone without any extra fees. Our room was one of the renovated rooms (superior). It was quite clean and comfortable for a family of four. They already had the sofa converted for us (you’d be surprised how often this doesn’t happen). The breakfast the next morning was one of the best i’ve encountered. The was a huge variety at the buffet. The pancakes were fresh and really good. The maple syrup was REAL maple. The fruit was freshly cut. The ingredients tasted all fresh. Nothing tasted frozen. The onsen bath was incredibly nice and clean. Relaxing with a great view of the stars at night out in the outdoor bath. Only two critiques: the pillows were not good. There is a smoking room outside the buffet restaurant. That area in front of the restaurant is used for overflow if the restaurant is busy (Saturdays and Sundays). It smelled like cigarettes.

Clean, delicious, and comfortable stay we had. Especially the public bath was excellent! We wanted have free coffee or tea at the guest room, but there were only green tea. My family was mostly satisfied and we can recommend to people to stay here to enjoy “doing nothing”.
