約2歳の子どもがいたので部屋の中がタバコ臭いのはすごくショックでした。 また、全館空調なのか室内の温度調整ができず寒かったです。 ラウンジのサービス、子どもの遊ぶ場所などはとても良かったですが、残念な点もあり満足度は下がりました。

Grand Mercure Ise-shima Resort & Spaをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。 この度のご滞在におきましては、お部屋の中に煙草の臭いを感じられましたとのこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。当館は全室禁煙、喫煙場所は館内、敷地内あわせて、２階のガラス張りのコーナー、一か所のみでございます。清掃時に、臭いに気付き、適切な処理をするに至りませんでしたこと、申し訳なく思っております。尚、ご連絡いただき、ただちにご対応させていただくに至りませんでしたことも心苦しく思っております。申し訳ございませんでした。今後は更に、お部屋の臭いにつきましても徹底した注意を払っていく所存でございます。空調につきましては、全体空調でございます。室内では風量を調節いただくようになっております。微調節が効かず、寒い思いをされましたとのこと、申し訳なく思っております。重ねてお詫び申し上げます。 お寄せいただきましたご意見、ご感想をもとに、設備上難しい点もございますが、お客様により快適にお過ごしいただけるホテルステイをご提供できるよう、スタッフ一同更に尽力して参ります。 是非また伊勢志摩へ、そして当館にもお越しくださいますように。お客様のまたのご来館を心よりお待ちしております。

部屋はきちんと清掃されておりましたが、共有部のガラスに結構蜘蛛の巣が張ってました。ドリンクサービスやスタッフのサービス等は良かったので少し残念、という事でこの点数とさせて頂きました。

友人と伊勢志摩の旅を楽しんできました！ 大浴場でゆっくりと疲れを癒し、心も体もリフレッシュ♨️ 夕食も朝食もどれも美味しくて、出てくるたびにワクワクが止まりませんでした🍴✨ 美しい景色と美味しいごはん、そして気の合う友人との時間… お部屋もとても広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。 贅沢なひとときを過ごせました。 （ネットフリックスやユーチューブの接続ができなかったのだけが残念でした。）

アルコール(ビールは18時まで)やドリンクが２3時まで飲み放題がよかったが、食事会場はメインの会場があまり広くないため通路や別会場な座席からだと食事を取りに行くのが不便であった。
