Common areas renovated perfectly

You did a great job with common areas. Food service and buffet were excellent variety and quality and decor comfortable and clean. Towels for the Onsen please!!! Room bones (as with the hotel) are great. Just need refinishing.

Thank you for your kind feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the common areas, as well as the variety and quality of the food and buffet. It's great to know the decor and cleanliness met your expectations as well. We appreciate your suggestion regarding towels for the onsen and will certainly look into this. We're also glad to hear that you liked the structure of the rooms, and we acknowledge your comment about refinishing — we'll continue to work on enhancing the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

We had an issue with the Accor membership WIFI login. After some tires, although it was late at night, the reception staff took the extra mile by calling a lot of stuff (I believed they were off duty) to have it fixed within 30mins! Beds were comfortable and we almost overslept everyday! Highly recommended

Dear JK, Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We're glad to have you as our member and to see that you enjoyed the stay in our hotel. It makes us incredibly happy to know that we were able to help you and that you had a good rest. We'll continue working hard to provide you with an excellent experience. Staffs were not prepared (educated) well at all. Dinner was terrible but very expensive!

First of all, staffs are not prepared well to help customers. They couldn't answer any of our simple questions, e.g. Is there any touristic attractions near by in the foggy days?; Are there any restaurants near by?; Which JR stations closer from the hotel, either Houki-mizoguchi or Kishimoto? etc. We stayed there for two days, and both days were cloudy/foggy, no Daisen mountain was seen. There was any shuttle services or public transportations to any of the places including train stations. We had to use taxi all the time, costed 30… yen, most of the time, since we did not have a car. They should comment about that (no public transportations, no shuttle services!) Another thing upset us more was dinner! There was no restaurant near by, so we decided to have dinner at the Hotel, which was a big mistake! It was a buffet style costed 8000 yen per person, but the quality and variety were terrible! When we went the dining room at 8:30 pm (buffet started at 7:30 pm), some of them were already gone or very little left. And some of the (supposed to be hot) stuff was luke warm. We just picked up a few things for 8000 yen! One of their excuses was the 8000 yen included alcohol. It was not very clear to us! Even so, they should have charged with or without alcohol different prices. We were very disappointed about the Next morning a manger (?) and chef came to us to apologize, but only saying sorry didn't change our disgusted feelings!
