We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the suite upgrade and that the impressive view of Mount Daisen was one of the highlights of your stay. We are also pleased that you found the suite beautiful and spacious. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the lack of timely replenishment in our common areas. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find that several breakfast items and evening lounge beverages had run out before the end of service without being replenished. We will review our monitoring and replenishment procedures to ensure that our guests can enjoy the available services throughout the designated hours. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience regarding your bill. Forgetting to include your charges and subsequently asking you to make a bank transfer, including the transfer fee, was clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. We fully understand your disappointment and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Furthermore, we regret that the condition of the bathroom did not meet your expectations. We are particularly sorry that the torn wallpaper and the worn appearance of the ceiling detracted from your experience, especially as you were staying in a suite. Your comments are valuable, and we will share them with the relevant departments so that the condition of our facilities can be reviewed and improvements considered. Location was good (we had a car). Our room was clean and spacious, but the curtains were not blockout. My wife enjoyed the spa, but it was too hot for me. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we prefer ordering from a menu instead of a buffet style, and we would have liked a cafe (serving food during the day) - we therefore visited local restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets for our meals.

The carpet in our room bad a lot of old stains and looked dirty. Amenity at the common bath was very minimum. The hotel seems to be accepting more guests than it could manage. Breakfast was too crowded, and many dishes were empty.

We came to take kids to experience the snow parks. Very nice front desk staff in offering to help and check with ski resorts on their openings. The room is big in terms of Japan sizes, kids even have their own futons and are very happy. Breakfast and dinner were great, with large selection and includes specialties from the Daisen area. We wil love to come again soon!

This is a hidden spot in Japan. The hotel is located in the country, on a mountain side. It takes only 45 minutes to drive from Yonago airport which itself is located by the beautiful sea. The hotel is in a lovely spot and has a nice Onsen -Japanese style hot spa. The hotel staff were very nice and kind. I was very lucky to get an upgraded room. The room was massive and it had a sea view. I enjoyed the panoramic view from the room. There were two comfortable beds, TV, a table and a couch in the room and also the Japanese style tatame room was attached. I think that tatame was new, I enjoyed the nice smell of fresh Igusa (Tatami is made of Igusa) fragrance, it was very nice nostalgic. I would love to visit Mercure Tottori Daisen Resort and Spa again.

Rooms are huge, kids can run around and don't feel restricted. Carpet needs to be changed otherwise quite enjoy the stay and onsan experience. Buffet breakfast and dinner were awesome though quite expensive.

丁度1年ぶりの利用でしたがゆっくり過ごさせて頂きました　チェックイン後のラウンジは大山を望みながら多くの子ツバメの航空ショーが楽しかったです　あんな数のツバメを見た事はありません。ビールの温度が高く泡が多いのが残念、つまみは昨年の方が良かったですビュッフェはライブキッチンが少なくて天ぷら握り寿司がありませんでした。部屋の空調はセントラルタイプで懸念はありましたが風量調整だけで快適でしたが一つのベッド下のカーペットが破れが大きくびっくりしました。お風呂は良い湯加減で気持ち良く利用出来ました。 全体的に価格が少し上がっても食事のクオリティが良くなれば、また利用したいと思います♪
