この度は、1年ぶりにメルキュール鳥取大山リゾート＆スパへお帰りいただき、誠にありがとうございます。 ラウンジから望む大山と、たくさんの子ツバメたちの飛び交う様子をお楽しみいただけたとのこと、私どももその情景を想像しながら嬉しく拝読いたしました。 一方で、ラウンジでのビール温度や泡の多さ、おつまみ内容、ビュッフェのライブキッチンの品揃えなど、ご期待に沿えなかった点があり申し訳ございません。いただきましたご意見は、レストランおよびラウンジ担当と共有し、改善に努めてまいります。 また、お部屋のカーペット破れにつきましても、ご不快な思いをおかけしましたことお詫び申し上げます。早急に点検・補修を実施いたします。 温泉につきましては快適にご利用いただけたとのお言葉、大変嬉しく存じます。 「価格が少し上がってもクオリティが良くなればまた利用したい」とのお言葉を励みに、よりご満足いただける滞在を目指してまいります。 またお目にかかれる日を心よりお待ちしております。
