We came to take kids to experience the snow parks. Very nice front desk staff in offering to help and check with ski resorts on their openings. The room is big in terms of Japan sizes, kids even have their own futons and are very happy. Breakfast and dinner were great, with large selection and includes specialties from the Daisen area. We wil love to come again soon!

This is a hidden spot in Japan. The hotel is located in the country, on a mountain side. It takes only 45 minutes to drive from Yonago airport which itself is located by the beautiful sea. The hotel is in a lovely spot and has a nice Onsen -Japanese style hot spa. The hotel staff were very nice and kind. I was very lucky to get an upgraded room. The room was massive and it had a sea view. I enjoyed the panoramic view from the room. There were two comfortable beds, TV, a table and a couch in the room and also the Japanese style tatame room was attached. I think that tatame was new, I enjoyed the nice smell of fresh Igusa (Tatami is made of Igusa) fragrance, it was very nice nostalgic. I would love to visit Mercure Tottori Daisen Resort and Spa again.

Rooms are huge, kids can run around and don't feel restricted. Carpet needs to be changed otherwise quite enjoy the stay and onsan experience. Buffet breakfast and dinner were awesome though quite expensive.

丁度1年ぶりの利用でしたがゆっくり過ごさせて頂きました　チェックイン後のラウンジは大山を望みながら多くの子ツバメの航空ショーが楽しかったです　あんな数のツバメを見た事はありません。ビールの温度が高く泡が多いのが残念、つまみは昨年の方が良かったですビュッフェはライブキッチンが少なくて天ぷら握り寿司がありませんでした。部屋の空調はセントラルタイプで懸念はありましたが風量調整だけで快適でしたが一つのベッド下のカーペットが破れが大きくびっくりしました。お風呂は良い湯加減で気持ち良く利用出来ました。 全体的に価格が少し上がっても食事のクオリティが良くなれば、また利用したいと思います♪
