We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage and are delighted to hear that you generally enjoyed another comfortable stay with us, as well as your experiences at other Mercure hotels. At the same time, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during this visit. We regret that the hot water dispenser on your floor was not functioning properly, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We are also sorry to hear that some aspects of the breakfast did not meet your expectations this time. Your comments regarding the smoothies and the Vietnamese pho noodles, including the absence of fresh lime, have been shared with our culinary team for review and improvement. We deeply apologize for the discomfort caused by the condition of the carpet in your room. We will review and improve our cleaning and inspection procedures to ensure a more comfortable environment for our guests. We are also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the limited amenities in the public bath, as well as the overcrowding and insufficient replenishment during breakfast. We will work on improving our replenishment system and overall management according to guest volume to provide a more pleasant experience. Furthermore, we appreciate your comments regarding the confusion with pre-check-in, the limited allergy-friendly options, and the lack of variety in the menu for guests staying multiple nights.
