Hotel carpets are disgusting especially 4th floor holes in the carpet, severely damaged walls etc. We found hair in bathroom, not cleaned properly and no towels. Then final straw is poor WiFI which they knew about and only when we complained did they give us a Rakuten dongle. None of the staff speak English including hotel manager so we had to file complaints direct to Accor.

We love everything there - large rooms, fantastic breakfast, 2 happy hours for all guests, good onsen. We also used their laundry room and bought great farm vegetables at the lobby. Good job.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and professional. This hotel has very large onside on indoor and outdoor.
