Place is nicely located for a seaview resort. A bit out of the city but still a great location. The food is of a wide spread and of reasonable quality. The staff are great. The onsen is both indoor and outdoor.

Front desk staff was caring. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Onsen was great.

Mealtime was a disappointment. People are hogging up the line waiting for the sushi to arrive. In my attempt to take food that are laid out before the sushi, I got scolded by Japanese for not queuing. I don’t blame that silly woman who scolded me, but the hotel for not having crowd control

overall, very good stay, facilities are good, breakfast is amazing, lounge drinks are good, good view of the bay. however, lifts are really slow during peak periods with guests cutting queues, maybe a queue management system needs to be in place.

The room that we stayed was very dated and only one pillow was provided but spacious. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot spring spa. Breakfast offered a good selection of both Western and Asian options. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would return and book a renovated room.
