A very warm, friendly and helpful welcoming by Pie who spoke good English. Nice resort. Only parts of the resort has been renovated. Not all rooms are renovated. Fortunately we got upgraded to a renovated room which was much appreciated. They have a huge restaurant with lots of seating areas. The breakfast and dinner buffet served the same food as the Mercure in Munakata. Lounge, souvenir shop and kids reading area on the ground floor with reception. Also another kids area on the 3rd floor. This resort caters for kids. Highly recommend for families with young ones. The rooms are good size. Smart tv in the renovated rooms but not connected to the internet. That was disappointing. Overall I enjoyed the facilities and amenities at this resort. Looking at returning in the near future with the family once the suites renovations are completed. A big shout out to Bigat. Thank you for showing me the suites, thank you for the room upgrade. You sure know how to look after the Platinums. See you again!
