We deeply regret that your recent stay was affected by several shortcomings, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. It is truly disappointing for us that we were unable to provide the level of experience you rightfully expect as a valued Platinum member. First, regarding the odor in the bathroom, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused due to insufficient inspection and housekeeping standards. We take your feedback very seriously and will promptly review our cleaning and inspection procedures to prevent recurrence. Regarding the room type, you had originally reserved a Japanese-style room; however, due to our operational circumstances, we upgraded your accommodation to a room on the top floor. Unfortunately, we failed to properly inform you of this change, which resulted in confusion and a mismatch with your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for this lack of communication.
