We deeply regret that your recent stay was affected by several shortcomings, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. First, regarding the odor in the bathroom, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused due to insufficient inspection and housekeeping standards. Regarding the room type, you had originally reserved a Japanese-style room; however, due to our operational circumstances, we upgraded your accommodation to a room on the top floor. Unfortunately, we failed to properly inform you of this change, which resulted in confusion and a mismatch with your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for this lack of communication. We will ensure clearer explanations moving forward. Furthermore, we sincerely regret that the condition and facilities of the room did not meet your expectations.
