The hotel view is nice. The basin in our room has many may cracks which does not serve the standard of Acoord. The tube has some dots as well. When I used the water machine in the floor, there’s a spider. The slipper was reused which was not acceptable with May sand in it. When I require a new one, I need to go to the reception to take it. No room service which was not expected. The facility and service was so so at this price.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, the onsen was relaxing, and some staff were welcoming. There are a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. The TV was not connected to the internet, so YouTube and Netflix were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing for a staycation. Also, although my room preference is one bed, I was assigned a room with two beds. I understand preferences cannot always be guaranteed, but I would appreciate them being considered whenever possible, especially for Accor Gold members. Aside from these points, I was satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

Located at Beppu Bay, the spacious hotel offers a lovely view of the city with a view of the bay at the window. It is family-oriented, offering facilities for everyone in the family. For the children, there were games in the games room and activities, for the older folks, a reading room, and for everyone, a pool, and not forgetting an onsen with a view of the sea. There is happy hour in the afternoon and evening, with free flow drinks (including alcohol like beer, wine and sake!) and both sweet and savoury snacks. Ample parking with 4 electric car charging points. It is a gateway to Beppu.
