この度はグランドメルキュール別府湾リゾート＆スパをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 まずは、お食事に関するお褒めの言葉をいただき、大変嬉しく思っております。 しかしながら、部屋の内装や清掃状況についてご期待に沿えなかったこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。 特に、最初にご案内したクラシックツインルームでの大きな蜘蛛の発生については、非常に不快な思いをさせてしまい、大変申し訳ございませんでした。 お客様のご指摘を真摯に受け止め、清掃管理を徹底してまいります。また、スタンダードトリプルへルームチェンジの対応をさせていただいた際にも、引き続きご不快な思いをさせてしまったこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。お部屋の状態については、注意を払い、より快適にお過ごしいただけるよう改善を図ってまいります。 お部屋のイメージにつきましては、お客様にご期待いただいているイメージと実際のご滞在のギャップが生じてしまい、私たちにとっても大変残念なことでございます。 ご予約いただきましたクラシックツインルームは現在緑色のカーペットのお写真を掲載しておりますが、汚れなどのご指摘を受けカーペットの張替を行っており、グレー仕様の絨毯に順次変更しております。 今後は写真の更新やお部屋の説明をより明確にすることで、お客様にご満足いただけるよう努めてまいります。 ロビーや温泉のラウンジについてもご意見をいただき、ありがとうございます。利用可能時間については、今後のサービス向上の参考とさせていただきます。 お客様の貴重なご意見をもとに、より良いサービスの提供に努めてまいります。 改めましてこの度は誠に申し訳ございませんでした。 グランドメルキュール別府湾リゾート＆スパ
