Hyde exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was outstanding. I was there for a special occasion and they truly made it even more special. I also attended FITFEST, which was very well organized. I had a great time. As someone who really cares about food, I really appreciated the quality and variety offered. We visited this hotel last year and were extremely satisfied with our experience, so we decided to come back again. This time, we traveled with a large group of friends, and once again everything was outstanding. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. They were among the most helpful, friendly, and professional hotel employees we have ever encountered. A special thank you to Berkay and Mr. Tolga for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Beautiful hotel, however customer service was severely lacking. The restaurant staff were not accommodating to a gluten allergy, when asked they laughed or said “don’t know”. When leaving, we were put into the wrong taxi by a member of the reception team, meaning we had to pay our fare twice. When I called the hotel to rectify, I was faced with nothing but blame on myself and rudeness. Not acceptable.
