We understand how disappointing it must have been, particularly given that you had reserved five rooms and had even been considering returning with your wife for another holiday. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered, including the sewage odour, the delay in fulfilling your request for an iron, the repeated requests for your passports, and the concern regarding the in-room safe. These are certainly not the standards we strive to deliver, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that our hotel operates with a centralized air conditioning system, which requires the balcony doors to remain fully closed for the system to function efficiently. We are sorry if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. With regard to the in-room safe, we have not experienced recurring issues with this equipment. Had this been reported to us during your stay, our Security and Engineering teams would have responded immediately by either resolving the issue or providing an alternative safe to ensure your valuables were securely stored. Your comments have been shared with our Management, Engineering, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams for a thorough review. We are carefully evaluating the concerns you raised to ensure that the necessary corrective actions are taken, particularly regarding room maintenance, quality control, and operational procedures. We are especially sorry to hear that your stay changed your plans to return to Hyde Bodrum.
