Stayed at The Hyde for a destination wedding. Superb location with own private beach. One of the best pools I’ve ever seen. Great range of restaurants. Food was outstanding as was the friendly staff and the service.

Our dream was to spend perfect holiday weekend with the best All Accor hotels, I am a member of Accor loyalty program for many years. Unfortunately our holiday weekend was fully spoiled and it was a disaster not a holiday at a 5 star resort. the hotel itself is new and clean, but there were a lot of things that made the holiday unsatisfied. 1. Entertainment program. Nothing. Just a general music. 2. Pool - was open only 1 day from 3 and was not heated was cold, but why it was closed next two days? 3. Food - most part of the menu should be payed, very small choice of food that is included in so called 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel. The food was very low quality the same as all spirits. The food was the same in all restaurants. One and the same every day with just different names but it was the same! 4. Service. Personnel was not interested in guests at all. 5. 2 of 3 days were total disaster because hotel decided to organize indoor an wedding and started construction works all the day long in all the areas of hotel, lobby, pool (and it was fully closed for guests), all walking areas were in construction, they stop the entrance to the sea. 6. Shock. During the last night when me and my wife were sleeping, personnel entered the room without knocking and started shouting something about Indian wedding. We were shocked scared disappointed and did not sleep the whole night afterwards It was the worst holiday in our life because it was spoiled by the bad personnel and totally no service. We would like to continue stay with th accorded hotels and kindly ask to investigate the situation and also would like to have some compensation, because we spent a lot of money for awful experience no sleep and rest and sounds of construction…

All went well at Hyde, the staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and polite. Facilities were very good. Buffet food was a bit repetitive, especially at breakfast.

The hotel and facilities was really nice. The service from all the staff was excellent and friendly. They never forgot to deliver their order even with 260 guests in our wedding party.
