Beautiful hotel, however customer service was severely lacking. The restaurant staff were not accommodating to a gluten allergy, when asked they laughed or said “don’t know”. When leaving, we were put into the wrong taxi by a member of the reception team, meaning we had to pay our fare twice. When I called the hotel to rectify, I was faced with nothing but blame on myself and rudeness. Not acceptable.

We had an amazing stay at Hyde Hotel. The atmosphere, cleanliness, food and service were all excellent. A special thank you to the receptionist Muzeyyena, she was incredibly kind, welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived, and she made us love the hotel even more. We truly enjoyed every moment and we will definitely come back next summer inchaAllah.

I had a solotrip and my experience with Hyde was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind and nice and I’m so happy I chose to stay at Hyde. Food was great, the different kind of workouts were great.
