We enjoyed our stay at your Hotel in Bodrum. Our rooms were clean, the staff was very professional and polite. The Hotel and gardens were very well kept. It was a very tranquil environment and the food was excellent. We would recommend your Hotel.

I was expecting more to be honest. IT is a beautiful location, common areas are beautiful too, but the rooms are really small and dated. I didn't understand how the A la Carte restaurants were already out of season, when in many other hotels in Turkey were still on. Thas was quite a disappointment, however, I should have checked this before booking. Particularly travelling with children the size of the room was a problem. I enjoyed my stay there, but I won't go back.

First of all, I would like to ask why awesome man Ozan Kaya working in guest relations? My son forgot his cap in Rixy club. I emmediately wrote there and they keep it. But Ozan Kaya after four days after I wrote him answer me: “We have asked for you but it could not been found” I wrote in kids club again, they answer cap still in kids club. Now I waiting from Rixos to sent this cap to Rixos Abu-Dhabi by 21 February 2025 our next stay. Let me thank all Rixos Premium Bodrum team especially ALPER ALP in the reception and people’s restaurant stuff for beautiful service and unforgettable holiday in Bodrum. Accor membership is the most important thing to make usual holiday to be great. I’m Diamond Accor member and I recommend everyone to use it for upgrade, discount and many other good for you things. Rixos Premium Bodrum hotel has large beautiful territory with fantastic views, nice beach with clear blue water, magnificent old olive trees, personal island and many other facilities. I would like to note nice food, especially fresh croissants in morning, spa is large, guest relations team help quickly, Rixy Club kids club team working nice with children. Bodrum city have super interesting Paul’s Castle and yacht charter with good prices. Weather was +24+25, water was great to swim at the second part of October!
