Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to heartily thank you for your service and very good private location of the villa II where I stayed with my family and friends. I liked the location of the beach for villa's quests due to its very privateness and good quality service provided. I would also like to personally thank Ms. Hulia, a waitress from the common restaurant who served our dinners: my family and my friends think that she can be nominated as "The Best waitress of 2021" because she had provided the best-in-class service during our dinners to us and we highly appreciated her high professionalism and a personal kindness and assistance. In overall, everything was great. Several comments: 1/ room 1301 - too noisy because of ventilation from restaurant. Impossible to open the balcony. 2/ Kalamata restaurant - not very nice food, fish was badly cooked. In comparison with main restaurant - very poor experience

Excellent stay in Bodrum during September! As a small family with an infant, we truly enjoyed every moment of it. Service from all the staff is very attentive, the quality of the food is superb, and the sea is breathtaking. Thanks to everyone who made our stay very enjoyable and memorable, and especially to Ms. Gulden Gul for attending all of our requests in a swift manner. If I am to add a few points for improvement, we would love to have better visibility of all the sports activities that are being done as a part of daily animation and concerts in the evening. For my wife, it was time to time difficult to join aqua fitness activities due to a lack of clear information. It would also be great to get the information about live concerts in a common area, such as the Turquoise restaurant. But overall, this was a stay that we will not be able to forget, and looking forward to being back in the following summers!

Nice hotel but not deserved this prices

First thing they closed the island in the hotel without informing us before because of very noisy party!? Secondly for 3 nights we couldn’t sleep because of very very high Muckai of those parties. The food very limited and almost the same for everyday.

Rooms,Facilities, restaurants, foods, pools, beaches are great but more importantly the staff and management are very professional. Guest relations are always around and support assistance without asks by guests to make sure everything is up to the expectations. Guest relations supervisor Meryem is very professional and perfectly on top of her job making sure guests comfort all time . She has been working for more than 4 hours to complete my request. Special thanks to her and to her professionalism. Ofcourse I have to mention the others from the office - Sézin, Emiliya, as well as Sercan and Mehmet.
