The hotel location is good and grounds are great. The employees are helpful and friendly. The foods was also enjoyable. Especially the Turkish dishes in the evening. The only comment I would have is the rooms are in need of renovation, they look dated.

I had a great time at your hotel. Rooms and facilities would need a refurbishment though. The only bad experience I had was my departure day. We ordered a taxi for 6 am, it arrived at 6.30. Almost missed the flight. Was very stressful to be honest. The super kind guy at the reception wasn’t much ready to solve the problem by himself. After all he could at least take over the cost of it. Not because I need money, just for a kind gesture. Furthermore the taxi company would need a serious conversation from your side. I’m in tourism industry myself, so I understand a bit about hospitality. If it would happened with my guests if would do serious efforts to compensate them and reach client satisfaction. + Friendly People, Wonderful Location, Good Food - forgot to fill up minibar every second day - You could only use Spa with reservation and then for 30minutes. So after 1 Sauna round you already need to leave.

I did email the hotel twice before I came over and didn't get a reply. I work for travel counsellors and Bodrum is a very popular destination for us to sell and esp the Rixos. I was hoping for a small walk around to view the other rooms so easy to sell to my clients and also to share with the 1500 other travel counsellors. also when I checked in I asked as well and no one got back to me. I thought the food was excellent, the staff was all great but i felt the cocktails was very poor for the most part with half the time sending them back. Plus on a eco side, there is too much single use plastic being used around the hotel and the beach and sea had a lot of plastic rubbish floating arounf

Good quality hotel with a very good service. The main downside-the drinks are very low quality. The wine is undrinkable and most of cocktails are made with cheap local spirits. Also, the beach beds are always occupied by towels and no people. The hotel should stop this practice of reserving the sun beds by guests and not using them. The food is good, but not great. It is not a luxury hotel, but rather mass market one.

Nice location, spacious rooms, good food. Staff needs some training: though barmen near the pool Burak and waitress in the main restaurant Merve were really hospitable and helpful, the rest is a bit a reluctant and lazy. SPA was a HUGE disappointment! No service at all, broken lockers, no soap in the showers

We had a lovely, well needed break at the Rixos Premium Bodrum. The service, the food, the location, the entertainment and the amenities were first class. Overall though we felt the hotel was a little tired and in need of a lot of work to modernise the facilities. This was especially true for the bedroom, which was in need of an upgrade and the beachside area (the decked areas) looked tired and dated. Finally there was also a conference being held at the resort during our stay, which although the guests were good it did mean that at certain times getting access to food, drink and poolside amenities was problematic.

Very nice villa stay

This hotel is very well located - the scenery is stunning, with sandy beaches surrounded by hills. We were staying in a superior villa - it was spacious, very nicely appointed and was serviced daily with fruits, nuts, beverages and coffee. Villa guests have access to a secluded beach that provides food service throughout the day, near the villas but yet far enough from the crowds. Villas are serviced by dedicated butlers who take you around in golf carts. We have decided to book a villa rather than multiple suites because we had a very difficult time during our previous stay (Rixos Sungate, July 2020) accessing a la carte restaurants and were always told that availability was extremely limited as best tables were "reserved for villa guests". As villa guests at Rixos Premium Bodrum we were interfacing with the hotel through the butler and it was very easy to book restaurants and services and, in fact, we never had to go to reception at all! Totally different experience at a very reasonable price (we paid less that 300 euro per person). The only negative that I can mention is that we were assigned a very inexperienced butler, who told us that all a la carte restaurants close for the season on October 4th, while in fact that was not true. By the time we found out that she was misinformed, the restaurant was fully booked for October 6th.

First thing they closed the island in the hotel without informing us before because of very noisy party!? Secondly for 3 nights we couldn’t sleep because of very very high Muckai of those parties. The food very limited and almost the same for everyday.
