The hotel was top notch. The setting, atmosphere and food was perfect, but the main show stopper was the room which was out of this world. Customer service was good overall, in particular from the assistants who regularly checked in to ensure you were enjoying your stay. The all inclusive aspect was excellent with all cocktails and drinks included. Even most the fitness classes were part of the package and were all very good. Would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Amazing location, beautiful grounds of the hotel - the gardening team does amazing job, good facilities when it comes to pool, gym, restaurants and bars are great, the food was excellent even though we stayed 2 weeks, we didn’t get bored of the selection. The kids club and the team there headed by Magda was amazing! The hotel had great programming when it came to sports activities and entertainment. The housekeeping team was also great, our room was spotless and amenities were refreshed almost daily even when we didn’t ask / need. We really liked that the hotel was not huge, it was big enough to have nice walks around, but not overwhelming. The nature around it was stunning, I think we will remember the sunset on the beach for quite sometime. The only thing, as we went end of season (last two weeks of October), we wished that the heated pool temperature was higher (it still felt quite cold), and that kids water park was heated too.

We enjoyed our stay at Rixos Bodrum. The facilities were great especially the kids club. The beach was beautiful and clean. My only criticism was that 1-2 a la carte restaurants would have been ideal during our stay.

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing week here. Have been coming to Turkey in October for over 20 years and this was the worst weather we've had! It could have ruined the break but the staff at this hotel are outstanding! Everyone did everything they could to make sure we were ok. They all work very hard and are always smiling. We had a room in the hotel building which was cleaned daily to a high standard . The food in the main restaurant was lovely with plenty of choice and The "people's restaurant" was good at lunchtime! The lounge bar was busy in the evening but we always managed to get a seat and the staff were very efficient (working very hard and always smiling) Enjoyed walking round the island and managed some time on the pier (in between the rain showers) which has lovely views.
