Everything was good overall, and the staff generally work very well. The downside would be the slow service — for example, in the morning the coffee is brought when everything has already been eaten. The housekeeping staff do not speak English; in the morning they knock on the door and shout “Clean!”.

This is our 3rd visit to the same hotel and we continue to love it. The facilities are fantastic as always, and we loved the view from our room. The food and drinks were delicious as always. The whole resort is immaculate and not too crowded at this time of the year at least. The tennis courts being free to use was great. Just a few small feedback points For some reason, the pool side QR code said that there was a charge of 5-10 EUR/bottle for beer but this was not the case when going to the bar or when asking a waiter. It just made it more inconvenient to order beer vs cocktails. Would recommend adding some non alcoholic cocktails to the QR code menus. We did not use the AI assistant, but it would be a huge shame if this ultimately replaced the human holiday assistants, who were great as always. It would be good if red bull could be added to the mini bar.
