No twin bedroom as booked. Rooms very tired and need updating, Towels old and threadbare No turndown for a 5* Rixos really! Kind housekeeping staff but rooms not cleaned properly No entertainment except for some music/band outside on the terrace but terribly full of smokers, not fit for purpose. Nothing else available at all. Kind waitresses for drinks Food - ok but repetitive, same / similar stuff everyday Very hilly mostly with no support rails Especially going down the small beach, you have to walk down slopes, in fact it was slopes everywhere with no support rails Very dangerous!

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the service throughout the hotel was professional and friendly. The beach and pools were fantastic, and there were plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A special thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and attention to detail. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Rixos Premium Bodrum for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

I have been in Ricos before in Antalia I enjoyed it but not as much as I admired my stay at your hotel Rixos Bodrum. The stay was amazing. The staff was very kind , respectful and helpful and the food was amazing never I ever in my life enjoyed so much my meals before. Thank you so much for everything.

Superb loved it

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum for three nights/four days, and overall, there were many things we genuinely enjoyed. The property itself is beautiful, the location and beach are wonderful, and the staff throughout the resort—particularly those working in the main dining area—were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, there are a few important issues that significantly affected our overall impression. First, I feel the term “Ultra All Inclusive” is somewhat misleading. While the main dining hall is included, the resort’s other restaurants are à la carte and require an additional fee. There is also no included food service available at the beach, pool, or sunbed areas. For a resort marketed as Ultra All Inclusive, and especially at this price point, we expected a more comprehensive experience. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of our stay happened at checkout and completely changed what had otherwise been a wonderful vacation. The day before checkout, I specifically spoke with a manager to confirm whether we could remain on the property after checking out. I wanted to make sure we understood the rules and were not taking advantage of anything we were not entitled to. I was clearly told that we could stay and continue using the facilities for the day, with only dinner requiring an additional charge. We accepted this completely and actually chose not to have dinner at the resort that evening. Despite this, at approximately 10 PM on our final night, while we were trying to enjoy the last evening of our vacation, Guest Relations, Ebrar T and Ozlem A, began messaging me saying that we had to leave by 1 PM or would be charged. I explained that I had already confirmed the arrangement with management and even provided screenshots of the conversation. Instead of simply verifying this internally, I continued to receive messages reiterating “hotel policy.” This created completely unnecessary stress and frustration on what should have been our final relaxing evening. More seriously, the situation with our luggage at checkout was completely unacceptable. The hotel insisted that we leave our luggage, backpacks, and belongings in their care and repeatedly assured us that everything would be safe. When it was time for us to leave, our belongings were nowhere to be found. We eventually discovered that our luggage had mistakenly been given to another transfer and sent to the airport without us. Our passports, money, valuables, and personal belongings were inside. As international travelers returning to the United States, losing access to our passports could have had extremely serious consequences. What made the situation even more upsetting was that initially, we did not feel that the seriousness or urgency of the mistake was understood. We had to become visibly upset before it seemed to receive the level of attention it deserved. After specifically being assured that our belongings would be kept safe, this was extremely stressful and frightening. We paid over $4,800 for a three-night stay, and at this level of resort and price point, guests should be able to expect much better communication, organization, and security surrounding their belongings. It is particularly disappointing because everything had been going so well until checkout. We left with wonderful impressions of the property, beach, and many of the hardworking staff members, but our final experience overshadowed much of that. Sending guests’ luggage—and especially passports and valuables—away with another transfer is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious operational failure that should be investigated so that another guest does not experience the same situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Rixos Premium Bodrum is a beautiful resort with a lot to offer, which is precisely why it was so disappointing for an otherwise lovely vacation to end this way.

A good design, comfortable stay and very good staf and service

We had such a good time at Rixos, everything was great. We loved the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I also recommend booking the private cabanas.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. The facilities were excellent, the entertainment was great, and the whole resort had such a lovely atmosphere. We especially loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. It really felt like a proper all-inclusive holiday where we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about anything. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this resort to families, couples and anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable holiday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were delighted with our room - although high, so quite a hike to get to, the room was comfortable and the balcony had wonderful sea views. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and served us incredibly well - we particularly enjoyed the cocktails, both alcohol and non alcohol - Poco Loco was a favourite of my youngest son. The restaurant and gym / activity staff were fantastic high energy happy people - everyone was amazing but I will mention 3 people specifically: Matt who took us Paddle Boarding most days - really fun and positive person to be around. Kayra who was the pasta chef in the restaurant - it was incredible watching him with a line up, multi tasking to keep the delicious fresh pasta dishes flowing. Mehmet - a table waiter - possibly he was a manager, but he was so attentive and polite / engaging - nothing was too much trouble for him or the team serving us. I would also mention the porters at the front of the hotel & front desk / the welcome team leader at the hotel entrance was incredibly polished and knew before we did if we needed help - and got it sorted. We loved our stay and would love to visit again some day. Thank you to the full Rixos team

Everything was excellent

The resort is great - location, accommodations, friendly staff, food is really good and there are different varieties of it. What I find different about this resort - it is very clean. No garbage or food around pools, cafeteria is exceptionally neat . All is very well organized and easy to find. We liked Kids Club and evening performances for kids. Just be careful in the Market store - check item prices and totals. :) Thank you for the pleasant vacation.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, we were very disappointed by the service especially in Turquoise restaurant. We waited for long time for drinks and nobody was taking care of us. In addition, the personnel was not friendly overall. Except the ones in the pool. They were friendly. We had troubles in our hotel room, there were ants, they did not leave some stuff several times etc. We were expecting higher quality compared to the prices.

We relaxed and truly felt spoilt by this great hotel and staff, was very enjoyable stay.
