When you raised your concerns about noise from the neighbouring room, our night receptionist promptly went to speak with the occupants and politely asked them to lower their voices. We also recognise that, for guests travelling from the United States, the time difference can affect sleeping schedules, making consideration for others particularly important during the night. As the hotel was fully occupied at the time, an alternative room was unfortunately not available. Our team nevertheless took immediate action to address the situation once it was brought to their attention. We have also noted your observations regarding the doors, sound insulation and room categorisation. Thank you for taking the time to share these points with us. While I fully respect your perspective, I must admit that a rating of 2/10 comes as a surprise, particularly in light of your positive comments about the hotel itself and the service provided by our team.
