The Ibis hotel was a good fine. Reasonable rates and clean comfortable room. Good location too - we walked from the ferry port and close to restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast is great! Only complaint was the room was hot and the a/c did not work well.

Excellent hotel on all counts. We had a wonderful, big, comfortable room on the 5th floor, with 2 walls of windows facing the harbour and the fort as well as a view of the mountains beyond the city. (The view would likely not be as good from the lower floors.) Large wrap-around terrace with a chaise and a table with two chairs. Great bed, nice big bathroom, excellent service from the front desk and the cleaning staff. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Very well located, so you can easily walk to the best shopping and dining in the city. Strong recommend!

I love this Ibis Styles in Heraklion. The staff are the best. Polite, welcoming, Efficient and professional. Fromm check in to check out. The rooms are well appointed very comfortable and clean. Bed and bed linen excellent. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is delicious and generous. Breakfast staff are caring and alert very organized and efficient. Quality of food is excellent and beautifully presented.!

I had a great stay. Hotel is in a great location, is clean and modern, and the hotel staff were wonderful. I was late checking out because I was stuck in a meeting, and was very grateful that the reception team were so lenient and didnt charge me.
