Very pleased with this hotel. Great location close to port and Main Street of town. Staff were extremely helpful when we asked for help to book a day trip to Spinalonga and for restaurant recommendations. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and spotless! Breakfast was incredible-so much choice! Great price too. I didn’t like the black interior of the stairwell as it felt a bit dark and ‘seedy’ but don’t let this put you off. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a triple room but the third bed was a sofa and very hard and uncomfortable. The sound proofing is poor and you feel like you are sleeping in the airport. The bathroom had no door. The air-conditioning was not on and when we asked reception they said they controlled it. They put it on for few hours over night but in the morning it was off againI had to call reception twice before it was out on. All three of us had a very poor night's sleep. The roof bar was nice.

I stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. The rooms were a great size and the view nice. It was quiet as well.

All the staff were wonderful! The hotel itself was great. Although we were only able to stay 1 night, we enjoyed it. The included perks were great. Breakfast was delicious. I gave a rating of 9 instead of 10 because of a few annoying details, which honestly could not be changed by any of the staff.... 1) We were not able to visit the rooftop bar on our 1 night because it was closed for a private event. 2) We were told we could return to the parking garage after temporarily leaving, but when we returned it was full and we had to park elsewhere. 3) Although our room was a "suite" (bedroom + living area with sofabed), the bathroom area had no door between the sink area and living room (what architect did that?!?). So to avoid waking our daughter while using the bathroom, we ended up giving her the king size bedroom, and we took the sofabed. Not ideal.
