Great location so close to everything. I had wanted to use the gym in the mornings and it was not a great gym. No weights. Just a few cardio machines. (I would rather walk outside)

I had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Styles Heraklion. From the moment I arrived (very early due to a flight) the reception staff made me feel very welcome and appreciated. Offering me breakfast on arrival, making sure I had sunscreen before I left to explore the city. Such personal and friendly service is what I really appreciate. The hotel itself is very well located - close to the main areas of the city for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping but quiet without the noise. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having my own private terrace. The roof terrace bar on the top floor is a great place to view the city and relax. Breakfast was excellent quality and continually replenished. My stay at Ibis Styles Heraklion was a wonderful welcome to Crete.

We booked a delux room for the 5 nights and during the whole stay were happy with a spacious room looking into the sea, very helpful staff and the breakfast choice. Also, the complementary drink upon arrival was a surprise ( not sure if it was ment for Accor member but it was very pleasant). Just a small comment on central location, it is convenient for the city travellers not for those who seek beach vacation.

I completely loved this property. The hotel staff was amazing from the day I checked in, the daily interactions during breakfast, questions, checking out, and securing a taxi to take me to the airport. I really enjoyed the stay and I plan on making this my home for every time I return to Heraklion.

Newly build hotel in central location. Walking to marina takes 5min. Rooms are clean, spacious and some have a balcony, which is a great add-on. Parking can be done directly under the hotel as valet-parking for 12€. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar overlooking the marina. Breakfast was very good, lots of food selection. We will book again.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable bright and clean. The beds, pillows and bed linen and towels are very good quality. The breakfast is the best ever!! Very generous. Here in this hotel the Cretan hospitality and warmth excels. The staff are professional and efficient on every level from checking in to check out.
