Very nice room, nice experience with reception staffs who made our stay pleasant and gave a nice room. Also helped in allowing access to breakfast during very early morning departure. Overall very nice experience. Only area of improvement, if I must say, would be the restaurant personnel’s behaviour (chef and waiter) in the evening of check-in, that seemed not so friendly and could have been better. Otherwise everything was perfect from check-in to check out. Thank you !!

I would not hesitate to stay again, bed was comfy staff helpful. There wasn’t a welcome gift for a Diamond member, though without prompting we were offered 2 free meals in the hotel after a couple of days, we didn’t take the offer up due to prior commitments but the offer was appreciated.within easy walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, long distance bus station 10 minute walk away and a good bus stop 5 minutes away outside the Archeological museum which takes you to Knossos palace.and local buses. Loads of shopping close by with all the high end and local shops. If you are into museums there are plenty around most within easy walking distance especially a little museum just round the corner called the technical museum which although small is well worth a visit, in fact don’t miss it. We also visited Agios Nickolas and Chania by bus both worth a trip.
