Very quick and easy checkin and also check out. All staff from reception, to bar restaurant staff and housekeeping all very friendly

We spent three nights here and absolutely loved this hotel and spa - it was our favorite hotel of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Greece. The rooms were large and incredibly nice - we had a water front room with plunge pool that had the most amazing views of the sea. The hotels pools were incredible and we spent most of our time at the top floor pool where we never had a problem getting lounge chairs or a cabana. The spa was also wonderful and we had great massages on our last day there. The staff members were all so accommodating and attentive and went above and beyond to take care of us and we’re super helpful with calling us taxis, reservations etc.

We stayed here for a relaxing week in the sunshine. The hotel did not disappoint, it was everything we were hoping for and more. The location of the hotel is a perfect stroll into the center.

The room was very dark and rather noisy due to the low level close to the street. The upgrade was the not desired plunge pool. Accor gold status.

The stay was a belated honeymoon for myself wife and I. On arrival we received a bottle of Prosecco in the room with a note, which was such a nice touch. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional throughout and couldn’t do enough to help. The setting of the pools, bars and restaurant were breathtaking, overlooking the ocean. We ate at the 9th floor and two occasions whereby the food was first class, one of our favourite nights during our 10 nights stay. We probably spent most just over half of our time at the 9th floor pool as it was a little quieter, so special mention has to go to the day and evening staff there. Even helping with a few Greek phrases. All in all, it was one amazing honeymoon and would definitely plan to come back and recommend to friends and family. Wish we were still there!! Efharisto.

My experience was amazing. The services in the hotel from the restaurant, Bar, the 2 pools, the reception, etc. were all flawless. The staff was so kind, professional and kept a smile on all the time. The room was always clean.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues with our room that had a significant impact on our stay. Firstly, the layout of the room was quite different from what was shown in the photos when we booked, which was disappointing. The room also received virtually no natural sunlight, making it feel very dark throughout the day. We specifically paid extra for a sea-view room with a private plunge pool, but the plunge pool and balcony received no sun during the afternoon. As a result, we didn’t use the plunge pool at all during our six-night stay, which was particularly disappointing considering we had paid extra for this room and feature. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. It didn’t work properly and the room remained far too hot at night. We barely slept throughout our entire stay because of the heat, which significantly affected our overall experience. For a resort of this standard and price point, we expected the room to better reflect the photos advertised and for the facilities we paid extra for to be comfortable and usable.

Well located on the beautiful sea front. Breakfast with that glorious view was a joy (and so were the Savory Pancakes!) A relaxing atmosphere. A wonderful week.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast, which was wonderful and very well stocked, with a great variety of options. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room. We expected it to be more spacious, and the bathroom layout did not provide as much privacy and intimacy as we had hoped. We were also not satisfied with the cost of the parking service, which we found to be considerably higher than average. Overall, while we really enjoyed the breakfast, some aspects of the room and the parking cost did not meet our expectations.

When we arrived we was given a room which was for a disabled person we were very disappointed because it didn't suit our needs especially the shower and toilet area .we went to reception and asked to be moved the reception manager natasha sorted it straight away within one day she was fantastic. We thought we would just be fobbed off how wrong we were she was absolutely brilliant. The room they gave us was lovely.

It’s been the second time that we chose this fantastic sea shore hotel in the picturesque Agios Nikolaos. And honestly, it was the best decision we ever took for a greek holiday. From the booking process up to the very end of check out, every stage was joyfull, filled with warm greetings, warm feelings, and we really felt as we were expected, and then treated/pampered like family members by the whole staff of this fabulous hotel. Over here I want to mention Maro from the resa department, Penelope from customer relations department , Katarina , manager from the beautiful restaurant of the 5th floor, Silvia from the Housekeeping department, and the most important to our souls, Mrs Natasha manager of customer relations department. Every need, question, suggestion we ever needed, was brought up to reality immediately. I also want to specially thank the management for the kind gestures they made during our stay, culminating with the last evening superb dinner offered. It sounds exagerrated due to the perfection that everything happened, but it‘s not fiction at all, it was the pure truth. We can tell that such a treatment we never encountered, nowhere, although we‘re Diamond trotters, therefore many luxurious hotels tried in Accor, but none like this one. A delight and a joy having spent 5 magnificent days in this fabulous hotel. It goes without saying that this hotel represent our home away from home in Crete, and we‘re impatient to return !

Mixed feelings of my week there. Reception was fine but my room location was not. Construction site began their noisy work between 7 and 8 in the morning. Room "refreshment" in the evening was not comfortable. Cleaning staff appeared at your door when you were preparing for dinner, which was annoying for everybody. Breakfast coffee service was difficult. Instead of getting your cup of coffee when you wanted it, you have to wait and ask (sometimes few times) a waitress to bring it. But hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Also breakfast was good. Might return some day, because location was nice.

Perfect Location, walking distance from beautiful Agios Nikolaous, fantastic rooms, magnificent views, large pools, “private” beach right in front with small pebble beach, excellent restaurant with live music, delicious breakfast and parking just in front. Can’t get better

The hotel itself is beautiful and the housekeeping and service staff are great! But both pools are crowded at any time and even when we requested a late check-out 2 days in advance, we still had to check out at 12. Which we couldn’t understand because check-in time is after 3pm…
