Our stay at NIKO was exceptional, truly living up to a high 5-star standard. From the moment we arrived at 19:00, the valet and check-in process was seamless. While waiting 15 minutes for our room with a refreshing welcome drink, the staff personally guided us and even delivered extra pillows/blankets within 5 minutes. The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything from a smart TV to extra toiletries (shaving kits, slippers). We loved the daily replenishment of mineral water and espresso pods. Our room on the 3rd floor didn't face the sea, but it was quiet and comfortable. The private plunge pool was pristine, though quite cold in June—something to consider before upgrading. The breakfast (7:00-11:00) was a major highlight with an incredible selection and made-to-order eggs. The staff went above and beyond, checking ingredients with the chef and bringing feta directly from the kitchen. We also had an excellent dinner at Mira restaurant on the 5th floor; while pricier than town (€80 vs €50), the stunning evening view made it worth it. The pools on the 5th and 9th floors offer breathtaking, luxury views. However, finding sunbeds with umbrellas is tough, as spots are taken by 9:00 (5th floor) and 12:00 (9th floor) due to guests leaving towels on empty beds. Location is perfect—steps from the beach, promenade, and a 5-minute flat walk to the city center. A special thanks for the personalized 5:00 AM early breakfast in the lobby before our flight. We felt truly pampered and would definitely return!

Lovely hotel , perfect location , staff professional and helpful. Food fabulous . Probably the best breakfast I’ve experienced . Negatives - people up at 615 reserving beds by pool . We never managed to get the whole time there . Towels are not removed after 30 minutes as stated in welcome letter . If you like to use gym daily then you will be disappointed . Very little equipment and gym is tiny .

Friendly, helpful staff. Large, well-appointed room with private plunge pool. Copious breakfasts. All pool areas were very busy, with sun loungers being bagged from 7am. Despite a published rule about towels being removed if left for 30 minutes, this was not policed. This was the only gripe preventing full enjoyment of our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we felt looked after. Welcome drink, escorted to our room with the bags delivered separately. Prosecco with breakfast and the view..... Amazing. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. Room was very clean and comfortable, turn down service every evening. Being offered use of the spa shower before we left was a very nice touch. We did use the spa having 2 treatments each - very professional and friendly. Definitely going on our list for a revisit. We felt thoroughly spoilt during our stay and our batteries well and truly recharged.
