Staff were so great, they responded to a couple of minor issues when I arrived to keep me happy... bed so comfortable and the gifts left for me were tasty. Love the mini cookies. The gym equipment was lacking. They really need the dual combination strength machines (but would need a larger gym room)

Breakfast is very badly managed. 2 out of the 3 mornings mist food was finished and not replaced in the half hour plus we were in there. Still waiting in some coffee orders.

Wonderful room, very helpful staff, only complaint is that the Pool bar only had a few bottles of Beer and everyone was coming up to use their free drink vouchers and were told they didnt have any left and needed to restock the fridge
