We stay at Peppers every few months, we have noticed a big decline in the accommodation, staff, restaurant. Our room, there was a used coffee pod in the machine, clearly the cleaners didn't check, the dust all over the stove top, and bench was disgusting, there was no shower cap, I had to ask reception for a shower cap, the laundry bags, have now been replaced with paper bags, that ripped as soon as I used it. The restaurant, every time we turn up at 8/8.30 at night (we have been traveling from Brisbane) we are looked at by the staff as disgusted for turning up and are told quite aggressively that the buffet shuts at 9pm. There is no offer for the noodle bar, they start packing up around us, if there are no bugs in the buffet and we ask for them, they will refuse as it's nearly closing time. Some of the staff have been extremely rude. We noticed on a Saturday rooms don't get refreshed until late in the afternoons from 1pm onwards, this time I asked for fresh towels, and for our free refreshments to be topped up, I was handed towels and didn't receive the refreshments for an hour later, no coffee pods were topped up. I am completely disappointed with our stay, if there was another hotel we were able to stay at we would. I truly hope you read my experience, and something changes.

- dead flys throughout the room, including in the bed - no mobile phone reception throughout the hotel - restaurant staff rude - restaurant food terrible - flys all through the food buffet, bowls and plates were dirty - no drinks service in restaurant
