Great experience. Pleasant & polite staff. Unable to fault my stay here. Room cleaning every Tuesday & Friday was great. Would recommend to all who what to stay in a upper class hotel in Gladstone. Buffet Breakfast & Dinner downstairs is high quality as well.

I spent one night at Peppers in Gladstone prior to a week at Heron Island. It's on the first floor and is a beautiful, very quiet hotel. The room was large with a kitchen and laundry (washer/dryer combo). I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm i Gladstone.

Staff were so great, they responded to a couple of minor issues when I arrived to keep me happy... bed so comfortable and the gifts left for me were tasty. Love the mini cookies. The gym equipment was lacking. They really need the dual combination strength machines (but would need a larger gym room)

Breakfast is very badly managed. 2 out of the 3 mornings mist food was finished and not replaced in the half hour plus we were in there. Still waiting in some coffee orders.
