Nice to be greeted with a smile from the lovely ladies in reception who were very helpful. Great rooms, Great Beer, Great Food certainly will making this my go to place when I'm in Gladstone..

Thought I was in the wrong hotel to begin with, felt slightly anxious when I walked in as the hotel was very fancy to what I am used to. Reception staff were amazing, removed any anxiety i had almost immediately. Will definitely be back next time we visit Gladstone.

We were welcomed and the check in was fairly smooth. Loved the room size for a family of five, spacious and comfortable but not very clean, the chairs and soft stool was stained with dried food. Ours was inclusive of breakfast plus we booked the dinner buffet as well, having travelled extensively we are used to good hotel buffets but unfortunately this one was just bad, the food was stale, the pasta hard and overcooked and gluggy, the desert bar wasn’t restocked, other dishes just drap, the worst experience ever! We went to bed hoping for an amazing breakfast but that too was just average, slightly better than the dinner though, the staff were unfriendly and seemed in a hurry to clear up rather than assist us, didn’t expect this from a hotel like Mantra

Great rooms, clean with a full kitchen. Air-conditioning units on deck were a bit loud and the location was a bit unusual. Nothing really close by.
