Dear Neil and Sue, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mantra Gladstone. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mantra, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that your comments through the various sites including Google and Tripadvisor have been passed through to the Sports Clubs management. Thank you for providing further details of the breakfast issues, ie. no food in the bain-marie's, as the Google review did not leave any details as to the comparison with McDonalds. May I also ask what time you went for breakfast as I cannot see it listed on your hotel Invoice. This will provide further details to Club management for training of the restaurant team. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future and look forward to hearing back from you.
