Food Bill was removed as it was inedible-on my return to Gladstone we chose to stay at the Oaks due to the poor food at the Mantra-thankfully the Manager removed the food bill and was most apologetic, there were several other coupleswho refused their food as well.

Staff were amazing but unfortunately the food was dreadful-a 1 hour wait for dinner and then it was burnt and inedible, the manager deducted the dinner from our bill!! Very Thankful. We choose to cancel our reservation on the 26th and stayed at the Oaks due to the quality of the Food. Thank You, Dr. Michael D.

Great mostly, new buffet was terrible. Food was awful, dropped gravy and sauces all around the curries. Salads looked like they were tipped out of a packet. Best thing was the small bread rolls.Won’t be back their again. Pacino was good.

Unfortunatley I was unaware (and dissapointed) that my booking didnt have a balcony this time

All staffs are very friendly and efficient, starting from the cleaner to the front desk attendants. I must mention one particular incident. I was in the Gym and I left my Bose Earbud there. I did not even remember till I checked my bag on my return to home. I rang up the reception and whata pleasant surprise awaited me. Yes the earbud was awaiting for the owner's claim. A cleaner picked it up from the Gym and handed over. You have amazing people working for you.

As expected and advertised. I spend 1 night a month in Gladstone and stay wherever the company sends me. The Mantra is the only motel that has decaf coffee and yet there was no kettle in the room. Apparently I was not the first to request one for that room.

Apologies that there was not a kettle within the room, an item that come sin handy if we provide coffee, tea,, sugar and coffee cups. This has been passed through to the team to keep eyes open as well as where to locate spares. I would also like to add, seeing that you are an Accor loyalty member to advise your team/ravel agency of this so that you gain the recognition if booked direct rather through a online website. The rates are the same and will see you gain the points for each of your stays here or any other Accor property. My stay at the hotel was hassle free as I found the hotel easy to find, check-in was seamless, room was comfortable and clean, meals were available and tasty, check-out was also seamless.
