We greatly appreciate your comments regarding the Wi-Fi connection. It is very important to us that every guest can enjoy a fast and reliable internet connection, whether traveling for business or leisure. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can further improve the guest experience. Regarding the housekeeping service, we carefully reviewed the aspects you mentioned. During your stay, housekeeping service was provided on all days except when the "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed on your door. In accordance with our procedures and to respect our guests' privacy, our housekeeping team is not permitted to enter a room when this sign is displayed. After some time, the room is checked again to see whether the sign has been removed. In your case, the sign remained displayed during those follow-up checks. On the days when the sign was not present, or when it was removed later in the afternoon as you mentioned, the housekeeping service was completed accordingly. With regard to the restaurant pricing, we would like to clarify that all prices listed on our menus correspond exactly to the charges presented on our guests' bills. Additionally, all menus clearly state the 10% service charge, which is also reflected on the final receipt. Thank you very much for sharing your perspective with us.
