Disappointed that rooftop bar was never opened. Ventilation system quit noisy.

Because our rooftop terrace is an open, uncovered space, its operation is always subject to weather conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. We regret that this impacted your plans. Additionally, we appreciate you bringing the noise from the ventilation system to our attention. Our maintenance team has been notified to investigate and address this issue promptly. We have been a great welcomed by Vaclav at the reception, who took care of us during the whole stay. We planned to stay one night, but this warm welcome and the hotel facility convinced us to stay for an additional night. The only rooftop bar in town was an unexpected bonus on top.

From the very first phone call to make my reservation until the moment I checked out, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly makes this place special are the people. Every interaction was warm, professional, and heartfelt. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the spa, housekeeping, or any other area of the hotel, every team member contributed to making my stay memorable. No wish was left unfulfilled, and the level of service was exceptional throughout. As an ALL Accor member, recognition of loyalty is very important to me, and this is one of the few hotels where I truly felt appreciated. Thank you so much for the wonderful suite upgrade – it made my stay even more special and showed genuine recognition of my loyalty. You are true Heartists, and your passion for hospitality shines through in everything you do. The only downside of my stay? I seem to have developed a serious addiction to the chocolate-covered marshmallow bears from the minibar! 😅 Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
