I have traveled all over the US and Europe so I am pretty picky. I would like to say that all the staff was courteous, and friendly and put up with me. Paulina went out of her way to assist with finding a laundry service for us. She even printed out some instructions. THANKS PAVLINA. Marie, Anna, Natty, Bara thank you also. Breakfast was great. Price is a bit high

Unfortunately, prices can vary depending on demand, hotel occupancy and type of booking. However, there are ways to get a discount, such as using the Accor hotel network loyalty programme, prepayed or advanced booking, then you can get a lower price. I have booked Room with 1 double bed + 1 extra bed equipped with the new bedding, even though there was two of us travelling because with 1 Double bed you are stating there is Queen size bed and with the one I booked there is King size + single bed. So even though it is same price, you are expecting to arrive to a different room - we were given the Double room with 1 bed. The receptionist was very kind and gave a key from the room we booked to see for ourselves that there is no king size bed in Ibis. Other than that I think it was quite alright, nice breakfast restaurant. I was expecting a waffle maker, instead there was pancake maker which is harder to operate as there is not right tools (but that was just my expectation from last time I stayed in Ibis and from pictures on a website). We would have considered other hotel have we known that there is no king size bed and we might next time. Also, system for cards not working, so we got only one access card to the hotel room, which demanded that we needed to change our plans.

Je nám líto, že velikost postele neodpovídala Vašim představám, nicméně ráda bych podotkla, že na našich webových stránkách https://www.hotelibisplzen.cz/cz/ si můžete dohledat veškeré informace o ubytování a zmínka o Queen Size postelích je tam také, tudíž klamavou reklamu opravdu nikde nešíříme. Jelikož patříme do sítě Accor, naše pokoje jsou vybaveny dle standardů značky Ibis, vč. speciálně navržených posteli Sweet Bed by ibis. Mrzí nás nepříjemnost s hotelovými kartami, které v důsledku výpadku nebylo možné vytvořit, náš tým intenzivně pracoval na obnovení systému a zajistil hostům alespoň 1 funkční kartu, kterou jste obdržela i Vy. Ještě jednou bych Vám ráda poděkovala za zpětnou vazbu a doufám, že Váš příští pobyt bude lepší než předchozí. S pozdravem Lucie Váňová, Front Office Manager

The lady at the check in was very kind and ready to help us have the best valentine we could have. Also the lady at the check out was very well behaved and kind as well. I've experienced people just coming into our room without knocking to tell us to get out, but this lady just knocked and patiently waited until we opened to ask us if we'd want to extend the check out time. Overall 10/10 experince. Room was clean and well tidied, staff was great, there even was an AC so we weren't cold at night.
