The hotel is a bit old, but still fine. Breakfast and lobby a great, staff is friendly. It's a bit far from the city centre but there is a public transport next to hotel.

It will be great to have kettle and tea/coffee available in room and maybe some vanity set as well.

This ensures consistency across all ibis hotels and unfortunately cannot be changed. Standard rooms do not include a kettle or fridge. However, some of our rooms are equipped with these items. In such cases, simply inform our team in advance, and we will be happy to assign a room with the extra amenities for your convenience. Concerning vanity kits, we do not provide them as part of our commitment to ecology and reducing single-use plastic. Instead, our bathrooms are equipped with refillable hair and body care products to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience. NO Laundry Service Be Aware.

Friendly clean hotel. BUT a big problem if you need laundry done, when I complained I was told that they could organize pick up on the Wednesday following week and return on the Friday a whole week later at quite some expense as well. They told me it is not on the official website so I screen shot were it is 100% on the website. All they said is they will organise to take down...and did I want to organize the pickup for Wednesday..WHAT hotel does not do laundry. I told the company I was here to see (One of the largest in Czech) they couldn't believe it either and are having them removed from their client's hotel lists.
