It was very easy to reach the hotel from the train station. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and although the hotel was very busy, the food at breakfast was replenished very quickly when necessary.

There was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the hotel — in the room, in the corridor, and even during breakfast. Water was completely shut off for half a day, and even the toilet was not functioning, which caused significant inconvenience. Service was inconsistent — some staff did not respond to basic greetings like “good morning” or “good evening.” On the positive side, the location is quiet, the price is low, the rooms are suitable for a family of three, and there is a large free parking area.

The unpleasant smell you described is certainly not in line with our standards, and we are very sorry for this experience. It was most likely an isolated situation, but please rest assured that we take such feedback seriously. Regarding the water issue, we would like to kindly mention that we did not record any general water outage in the hotel during your stay. In cases where such interruptions are necessary, we always aim to inform our guests in advance. If there was a problem with water supply or flushing in your room, we truly regret that you experienced this and would have very much appreciated the opportunity to resolve it immediately on site – our reception team is available 24/7 and always ready to assist. We are also sorry if any member of our team appeared unwelcoming. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, as we place great emphasis on a friendly and attentive approach to all our guests throughout their stay. Concerning the online check-in, we understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. We are continuously working on improving this process to make it smoother and more efficient, however we still have to double check the details of the guests upon arrival. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel room was quite satisfying. The breakfast was excellent, and we didn't have any issues during our stay. A big plus is the very large parking area.
