There were bedbugs in the room. The hotel took a swift action and desinfected the room, but still there were bedbugs.

On behalf of our team let me once again apologize for the inconvenience caused. Let me assure you that our team do all they can to prevent this issue in the future. However, currently You were the only guest to report this problem to us and we immediatly response. The room has been desinfected right away according to the regulations. We are monitoring the situation closely. We would like to emphasize that this issue is not caused by non-compliance with hygiene standards from our side, but by an often changeable clients who bring bugs with their luggage. Perfect hotel but poor breakfast and slow check-in

Nice hotel, enjoy staying there and visit a few times per year. Staff is friendly and there is always enough parking available. Rooms a good and I generally sleep well. The only 2 areas of improvement ist the breakfast and the speed of check-in. The breakfast is below average for Ibis and does not meet the international standard of IBIS. Poor quality products and bad coffee. Especially the bread and croissants are not up to standard. For the check in the process is slow, every time we stay here the same problem. Even my colleagues notice this and complain about it. Last time I tried the express check-in online but I was still requested to wait in line until it was my turn. Strange enough my name is often written wrong, despite correct writing in the booking and my Accor accounts. It seems that the local system is not connected? Strange

One of the better Ibis hotels I have stayed at to date. Good for a stopover when transiting through The Czech Republic, as it's easily accessible from the main motorways and out of the city center. Great bar/restaurant for food and drinks with Pilsner Urquell on tap. A good sized car park with plenty of space.
