Well prepared for Covid-19, only the breakfast buffet could be improved: Use of disposable gloves, as every guest uses the grippers and the hood of the cheese, sausage, scrambled egg platter with their bare hands and these are not disinfected! Nearly no one of the guests were using the available desinfection doser before entering the buffet! Rest of my stay was perfect! My room was clean when I arrived and no one entered the room during my stay! In total very good desicion!

Polite and friendly people, the hotel is located in an industrial area, close to the University of Plzeń, with access to a shopping center nearby, Kfc, Mc Donald's and Burger King, Kaufland and Tesco. the reception of the hotel and the restaurant is modernly decorated but the rooms deserve an improvement. No refrigerator in some rooms and some areas with poor internet. I stayed at this hotel twice a week, it was never cleaned and the towels were not changed.

The recent reconstruction of the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant helped a lot. As I stay in this hotel reguarly I like to enjoy the new environment that shifted this part of the hotel from 3* to 4* in my opinion. The service by the staff despite the limited capacity was excellent.

My room was good, bathroom excellent. Just having a little problem with a/c but doent matter for me. Mainly there is just small TV with not much programs. Wifi super, room super, bathroom super, breakfast 100 procent worth, personal also awesome.

I used your hotel as a stoppage on my way back from business trip. You have nice personnel, nice rooms and restaurant. I expected better quality of beer, as hotel is situated in Pilsen.

Very positive front desk experience; competent and friendly staffer. The room cleaning was somewhat sloppy. While the sheets were changed, tea was not replenished, nor was the tea cup rinsed/serviette replaced. More toiletries would be welcome.

Vidim, ze stale mame jeste prostor pro zlepseni a proto budu moc rada pokud s nami budete sdilet vice Vasich postrehu - at jiz prostrednictvim emailu ci behem osobniho setkani pri Vasem dalsim pobytu (doufam, ze jeste bude nejaky). Nice hotel, looks like some refurbishment is necessary, especially in bathromm/shower. Fan/whistling noise from air conditioning (even when switched off) was audible the whole night. Breakfast was good, waffles were dried like one day old. Prize was fair.
