I was satisfied with hotel room, services, and breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the dinner menu. I didn't enjoy the food that was served at dinnertime. The salads were plain and vague, and desserts were basic.

This is arguably the best hotel experience I've ever had. Beautiful interiors, amazing spa, incredibly nice and helpful staff, great food.

Please offer fresh milk for tea and coffee in room. Creamer is not good enough in your hotel. Everything else was great. Staff very helpful.

Firstly, the new hotel is beautiful, finished with high attention to detail and amazing matterials, we really loved staying indoors. An the very own spring was also fun, just like the ability to dance to a DJ on Saturday evening. We were disappointed by some features the spa was missing, which I believe are standard today - there is no warm jacuzzi or saunas. However we loved the treatments. Otherwise, there were some tiny things like - the cleaner left two bottles of cleaning supplies on one day, and a rag on another day behind, and did not replace dirty towels they took. We survived, but still :-) There are some signs still missing and/or are confusing, so at the beginning we got lost. Also, the receptioninst during the night time checkin was a bit startled and did not tell us anything - when the breakfast begins, where the spa was and what were the opening times, what other facilities we can use (bar, etc.)... I loved the cosmetics - I would love to get a small gift of the cosmetics you use (the one in the room) and perhaps buy the full size if I knew how.
