We would also like to kindly clarify, for general understanding, that within the Czech spa region commonly known as the “spa triangle,” Karlovy Vary is the destination renowned for natural hot springs, while Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně are traditionally known for their natural cold mineral springs, which are used in a variety of therapeutic spa treatments. Your comments are very valuable to us and will be carefully reviewed with the relevant departments to ensure improvements wherever possible.
