It was a great stay comfortable and peaceful. There wasn't too many people in the spa/pool zone so it was really relaxing. We had massages, they were wonderful. The room was small, but it was enough for a short stay. The breakfast was good. Maybe the only draw back was the service in the restaurant during dinner. the server was not pleasant nor attentive

Room temperature was 26C all night. AC wasnt working, expected to relax and enjoy, left without night sleep at all, tired and not in mood and with sickness. During the night tried to open window, but very quick i felt sore through, so closed it. Choose this hotel because i was need to relax after 24hrs of flight and airport maratone, but really dissapointed....

We would like to clarify that the air conditioning system (fan coils) in our hotel heats during the winter and cools during the summer. Since nighttime outdoor temperatures were still dropping below 0°C, it was not possible to switch the system to cooling mode.
