Very weak breakfast choice as a 5-star hotel

Overall Impression The overall experience was fairly good; however, certain important details and their absence made it unlikely that I would choose to return. While the hotel meets general expectations, it falls short in areas that matter in a five-star setting. Location The location is good, convenient, and quiet. It offers a calm environment while remaining easily accessible. Room The hotel and rooms were clean, with attention to detail. Although the interior was renovated about a year ago, it still feels as though it was built on an older foundation. The bed and bedding were disappointing. The mattress lacked quality, and the synthetic bedding reduced overall comfort. There was insufficient storage space for clothes and personal items, and the layout did not make practical use of the available space. The bathroom was adequate but had several shortcomings. The shower pressure was weak, hot water was inconsistent, and drainage could have been better. For taller guests, the shower setup is particularly uncomfortable. On a positive note, the sound insulation was surprisingly good. Service The staff were polite and professional, though the service did not leave a lasting impression. Breakfast and Restaurant The breakfast selection was sufficient and of decent quality. The variety of vegetarian options and fresh salads was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant experience was mixed. The starters were bland and overpriced, lacking character. In contrast, the main courses were well prepared and offered a good balance between price and quality. Facilities and Spa The facilities are well maintained and visually appealing. The spa services are on the expensive side; however, the overall experience and the professionalism of the specialists justified the cost. Value for Money Considering that this is a five-star chain hotel, the overall experience was underwhelming. While not poor, it did not meet the level expected for this category, and I would not choose to return.

Will definitely come again.Very quiet hotel with amazing SPA with options, which suited everyone. Tasty dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Exactly what we expected and more. Thank you for such an amazing stay.
