We really enjoyed our stay — the facilities were excellent, and the room as well as the spa were truly impressive. Everything felt comfortable and well‑maintained, contributing to a very relaxing experience. The only drawback was the restaurant: while the food wasn’t bad, it didn’t quite meet the quality standards we expected from a 5‑star hotel. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall.

We have been visiting this hotel for a very long time. It is a pity, but during the last visits I noticed that the level of the hotel has dropped. There is no longer a mini bar in the rooms, there are no longer any hotel toiletries, the music in the bathroom doesn't work anymore, the water from the shower barely runs out, which is really annoying. We celebrated New Year's Eve, which I didn't really like, compared to the level of events there were a few years ago. There used to be big, grandiose celebrations. Now all that is gone. It is a pity, I really wanted the hotel to be as luxurious as before. I really like the spa, which is still just as great.

Regarding the technical aspects in the room, such as shower water pressure, we regret any inconvenience caused. While many guests appreciated the more intimate and cozy format of the event, we understand that preferences may differ, especially when compared to previous years’ larger-scale celebrations. The overall experience was great! The staff was really friendly and professional. The room was changed quickly because it was cold. I stayed with a little child and it was really child-friendly hotel. The coffee quality during breakfast was low. Even the espresso was mixed with lots of water. The only thing that was not ok - the warning for 20 euro penalty near the entrance of breakfast room. I never saw such warnings in other countries. It was not pleasant to read. People here come to relax and not interested to take away food. But even if somebody took an apple to the room, it should not be a problem for a 5 star hotel. Guys, please think about removing this disgusting warning about penalty!

Had a great time celebrating New year . Stay was amazing . Hotel room very warm and makes you feel like a home . Beds very comfortable including sofa bed .It was snowing so was breath taking beauty true a hotel window . Staff very friendly and helpful.
