Regarding the outdoor pool, we would like to clarify that our indoor pool and spa complex is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, while the outdoor pool operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As the outdoor pool closes one hour earlier than the indoor facilities, it had already reached its scheduled closing time when you visited. We are sorry to hear that your experience in our restaurant did not meet your expectations. Our team always strives to treat every guest with courtesy and respect. At the same time, we also respect our employees and understand that, given the current geopolitical situation and the historical context in our region, some of them may not feel comfortable communicating in Russian. While our waitress understood your colleague's request and was able to provide service, she chose to communicate in another language she felt comfortable using. This was not intended to offend or disrespect anyone. We sincerely regret that this situation left you with a negative impression.
