As our hotel is located next to the forest, it is quite natural for various flying insects, including mosquitoes, to occasionally enter the rooms, especially when windows are opened during warm weather. We understand, however, that this can be unpleasant. Your booked room was spacious, and with the high outdoor temperatures, a room temperature of around 25°C is considered within the normal range. We sincerely apologize for the music in the pool area. As we use Spotify, an occasional song with inappropriate lyrics may unfortunately be played, and we will pay closer attention to this.
