I returned to this hotel expecting the same high standards I experienced a year ago (welcome letters, fruit plates, etc.), but the experience has really taken a dive. The Room Discrepancy: I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but the room I was given didn't have one. Instead, I got a bathroom with drainage issues; the sink was partially choked and the bathtub partition leaked so badly that I ended up with a pond on the floor after every shower. The TV Issues: The highlight of the stay was the television, which had developed a mind of its own. It would turn itself back on every single time I switched it off. I lived with this electronic ghost for two days before I finally hit my limit. The Service: When I finally requested a room change, I met two very different types of service. Guoda was a total star—empathetic, helpful, and clearly doing her best. Her colleague, however, offered a solution that was truly uncalled for. When I explained the TV was malfunctioning, she looked at me and said: “But you can just take out the power plug and it’s not a problem.” I consider myself a reasonable guest, but being told to crawl around furniture to manually unplug a faulty appliance is not the "service" I paid for. The Verdict: The second room was much better, but I spent a large portion of my trip in a room I didn't book, dealing with maintenance issues and dismissive staff. It’s a shame, as the quality has clearly slipped since my last visit.

Nice and cosy room! Lobby area is very warm and welcoming, receptionist was very lovely. Rooms and hotel itself was very clean and smelled fresh, everything was very well maintained! Definitely will be back in the future.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds, tasty breakfast. One bed was not made for us on arrival and had to go to reception to advise as over the phone noone picked up (been trying to call several times), but thats not a big deal. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

Our stay was the night of October 1. When awarding points, you put them in as if we stayed October 4. We were actually staying in Novotel Vilnius on the 3 and 4 October. The all program will not award points for 2 hotels on the same night so this error has blocked the award of points from the Novotel, the weekend bonus award, plus the 2 nights credit I need to renew my Silver status. I have written to customer care with no response, so this error has become an annoyance and waste of my time.
