My tv did not turn on in the room, but the trainee girl sorted it straight away, and moved me to another room, was very friendly staff.

After checkout, the hotel contacted me about a missing hair dryer. They said they had found an old hair dryer in the room while theirs was missing, effectively asking whether I had replaced theirs with another one. That was already an uncomfortable way to approach a guest. Soon after, I realized my Gucci cap was missing. It was last worn at the hotel, and I am quite sure it was left in the room. What made the situation especially strange is that the hotel initially acknowledged that the cap had been found, but said they could not offer shipping. When I then arranged to send someone to collect it, I was told it was no longer found. That sequence is very hard to understand. The room had clearly been inspected after I left, the item appeared to have been located, and then it suddenly became unavailable once collection was arranged. I am left with very little confidence in how guest belongings and lost property are handled here. Not the standard I would expect from an Accor hotel.

The first day there was no breakfast buffet, nothing at all, just empty shelves. I was in a hurry and could not wait for something to be prepared. It is now what you expect in this class hotel. Manager informed that there was not sufficient number of clients to prepare breakfast buffet. I was not informed about that in advance, so I could plan morning time accordingly. Also, the second day my room was not tided. Just no one came to do this. And in the shower I saw black hair left from other people.
