They do not provide air conditioning They say there is central air conditioning and the temperature control in your room is not in your hand I have woken up both nights in sweat because the room feels like a furnace and all they say is the ac is on !!!!! Worst experience ever The outside temperature feels Better than the room temperature I wish o could give negative stars but the option is not available Also they open the rooms when you are not present without your permission And for that their reply was that they rang the bell three times and since no response was there the opened the room. What if I had been sleeping or in the washroom How can you invade the guests privacy like that Infrastructure is good but Not recommended at all

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel and had a very disappointing experience regarding a basic membership benefit. As an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Gold member, I am entitled to a welcome drink. Upon checking in, I asked about redeeming this benefit and was directed to the bar on the second floor. I had redeemed the same welcome drink at this exact bar during a previous visit in December, so I followed the instructions and went there. However, when I asked the staff to redeem my voucher, I was abruptly told that this bar was “not part of the hotel.” This was extremely confusing because there is no signage, no information, and no briefing from the hotel indicating that the bar is not eligible for voucher redemption. Naturally, I tried to politely explain that I had redeemed the same voucher at the same bar during my last visit. Unfortunately, the situation became worse due to the behaviour of the manager, Vivek. Instead of helping resolve the confusion, he was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. My wife and I were treated as if we were trying to misuse the benefit, which was quite disrespectful considering we were simply following the instructions given by the hotel staff. What was most disappointing was his complete unwillingness to even approach the reception or clarify the situation, despite our polite request. As loyal Accor guests, we expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, but this interaction fell far below that standard. This entire incident could have been avoided with clear communication and basic courtesy. I hope the hotel management reviews this matter seriously and ensures that staff are better trained in both guest service and proper handling of membership benefits.
