The air condition need serious attention. They dont work properly and ventilation problem in the room..

the hotels location is good, Good breakfast spread, nice staff. The only problem i faced was- i couldnt sleep well(due to the positioning of the bed in North-south direction). I did inform the hotel that if they have room sin east -west or west-east direction i shall come back and stay on my return journey, sadly no one called up and i made plans to stay at Taj.

It's perfect for business travellers Suggestion: waiting for checkout formalities for minibar utility check is a waste of time. Should be left to guest declaration. Front desk checkout experience takes a big hit by asking the guests to wait for your team to check if anything has been consumed from minibar.

i felt very suffocated the ventilation was bad, ac wasn’t working well. Called hotel people like 3-4 times they checked but idk still nothing I couldn’t sleep the whole night, it was very uncomfortable the whole stay
