I was happy with the room but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Honestly, it was one of the poorest breakfast I’ve had in a while.

It was a nice pleasant stay but inspite of telling the front desk that it’s my first wedding nights no special arrangement was made even when front desk mentioned that they’ll send something to the room. Even request for in room breakfast was denied

We were put in 401 , mattress had big stain ,hair and worst part was that the bedsheet was not even changed from previous guest . Hair on bedsheet along with yellow colour spots . We were put in another upgraded room , but very very disappointed , specially after hectic long day of travel . Quality of breakfast has to improve as well .Not at all upto Mercure we stayed at London .
