At the very starting of check-in they spoiled my mood with their service. Which i didn’t expected from any luxury hotels management. Secondly after we entered the lift power went out for several minutes , didn’t know what happened there but still we kept our calm. After entering the room after few hours theroom temp. Still felt warm. Which shouldn’t be as the AC was on 18 still theroom was not cool enough , whole night we had to sleep without blanket. The basic amenities of the hotel in the room were paid. Which are of no cost according to the rules of ministry of tourism. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Just one suggestion, please include more options for a Satvik food menu i.e. without onion and garlic food . Please provide a towel hanger in bathroom.

Three excellent night in this new and elegant hotel. Both breakfast and restaurant food were excellent in terms of quality and with a good array of choices. The personnel from the moment of our arrival until check out were very courteous, attentive and professional. Very, very satisfied.

It was ok, there wasn’t the feeling of true attentiveness that I have felt at other Mecure hotels. I was happy with the hotel and room overall however I felt the staff were slightly stand off ish and only greeted you when you greeted them.
