Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the check-in process was smooth. While some areas could use a little improvement the staff were polite and responsive. A decent option for the price. Breakfast was good.

Overall the stay was good but i would have expected that my room was checked before cleared for occupation. The door of the bathroom was defective, linen was not changed, there were no hand towels. It took me well over an hour to rectify all the deficiency.

Cons: 1. Sofa has multiple stain marks. 2. Washroom has a spider 3. We had to ask for a change in Towels, Bedsheet, Pillow covers. They all had stains. Pros: 1. Location 2. Staff Behaviour 3. Food

The hotel itself is pleasant and generally comfortable, and the common areas feel well maintained. That said, the rooms don’t quite live up to the brand expectation. They feel closer to a three star standard at best. The shower drainage was a consistent issue, with water not draining properly and spilling outside the shower area. There was also a noticeable smell of smoke in the room, which took away from the overall comfort. It’s an okay stay for a short visit, but the room quality and maintenance details could definitely use improvement to match what you’d expect from how they advertise themselves.
