Overall experience was good. However, a little more warm gesture by hotel staff would have better. Also some improvement in food taste.

Well it starts and ends with one individual Mr Mridul at the front desk. Hated it last time I left this property. Mr Mridul not only ensured smooth check in , he ensured that we are felt welcome in the property. He single handedly ensured that my opinion of this property is changed. Someone in management needs to treasure this asset and turn the rest of your nonchalant staff to be more like him. Another highlight was Mr Balwant from the bar, understood the Accor benefits and got us some amazing drinks.
