I have been staying at Novotel Chandigarh whenever I visit Chandigarh, both for official and personal trips, and my experience has been wonderful since my very first stay. A special mention to "Simran" at the front desk, who is always smiling, welcoming and ready to help whenever I need anything. Her warm and positive attitude really makes a difference. The rest of the staff are equally polite, courteous and helpful, which makes every stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are always neat, clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoy the breakfast, which has a great variety of options, including several healthy choices. The overall service, cleanliness, hospitality and attention to guests make the hotel feel very welcoming.
