The hotel is located next to Puerto Montt biggest Mall, and has a direct connection to It. The people at the hotel are very friendly and always looking for ways to help.

Amazing View, but poor breakfast

Pdb Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We booked our stay with the All app. Our travel plans changed and because of the way we had booked I was told I was not able to cancel the booking. Once we arrived at the hotel, despite being told I had paid by the app, I needed to pay and by paying in USD with a credit card, I didn't have to pay VAT which was the price I had been quoted by the All app, had I paid by debit card I would have paid VAT. When I asked the hotel they said this was a south american thing, however I think that means I would have been able to cancel my booking... The room was large but slightly dated, the wall paper was loose in places but the selling point was the view and the balcony. For the price we paid I feel it reflected the room we received. I appreciated the bath although a bit smaller than European size and I utilised the desk. The bed was large and comfortable with cotton sheets and we slept well. I was sadly disappointed with breakfast, the breakfast-included extras seem to be getting less and less. The spread was limited. The croissants were tiny and not necessarily the standard I am used to from staying in Novotel's previously although that was in Europe. The hotel is above a shopping centre/mall and the doorman when we stayed was exceptional, we arrived early and he made the effort to go above and beyond with his customer service. He was there in the morning when we left and wished us safe travels as he opened the door.
