Got there late 10.00. Disappointed restaurant closed at 10.30. Food selection after that poor, as set menu finished. Staff excellent. Room clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast quite good.

Started out with front desk agent asking me to pay for reservation I prepaid for. I had to show her charge on my credit card to confirm. Room was hot when checked in. Turned on AC and went to dinner. After returning room was really hot because heat was blowing out when set to AC. Front desk agent offered fan but we were unable to sleep all night especially since windows only open a few inches to cool off. Requested manager in morning and they offered no help and barely an apology. Disappointed to say the least. Expected more out of a Novotel.
