I reserved a 67.000CHP room for 2 online and I was charged above 100.000CHP at check-in we arrived late and exhausted I had informed it was for 2 people and they were not expecting us although I contacted the company via Whatsapp and had emailed the hotel after I had left a note on my reservation mentioning all the details. they were not friendly with us ether at the entrence by security, who while looking at us decided to wait a soled 2 minutes before standing and opening the door after we rang the bell, and at the front desk they charged me this insane rate difference and added an extra 20.000CHP for an extra person. the room was okay clean but the bathroom specially the tub seemed not only dated but not clean enough, evident rust. tv all in Spanish no language setting and really old setup and poor audio.

Got there late 10.00. Disappointed restaurant closed at 10.30. Food selection after that poor, as set menu finished. Staff excellent. Room clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast quite good.

Started out with front desk agent asking me to pay for reservation I prepaid for. I had to show her charge on my credit card to confirm. Room was hot when checked in. Turned on AC and went to dinner. After returning room was really hot because heat was blowing out when set to AC. Front desk agent offered fan but we were unable to sleep all night especially since windows only open a few inches to cool off. Requested manager in morning and they offered no help and barely an apology. Disappointed to say the least. Expected more out of a Novotel.

Liked the hotel, but the parking experience is a disaster. We arrived on Saturday afternoon - the parking is shared with a very busy shopping centre with NO spaces reserved for the hotel itself, so it took over an hour to get a space. When we left on Sunday morning, the carpark was dark and we had to find a guard to unlock one of the exits.
