This was my first stay at Ibis; a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the room allocated to me was good with a scenic view of the Pacific Ocean. Though I was on a business trip, I felt good and relaxed when I walked back in my room. The Ibis team at the reception and restaurant was always smiling and welocoming- ready to help!

We stayed one night at the Puerto Montt IBIS, which is located inside the Bus Terminal. SO convenient when we were arriving from Chiloe and flying to Santiago the next day. We got a great room; a free glass of wine with our tasty roasted chicken lunch, and a breakfast box for our early morning flight. They arranged a 4:30 am taxi for us with a gentleman who was on time and a very good driver. In the past, I have stayed at IBIS and other Accor hotels for 5 to 10 days, and thus, was less surprised by the great service. I was overwhelmed by such EXCELLENT service for just a one-night stay. Great place, great people.

Nice bed and clean room. I recommend adding more shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Not enough space to keep own toiletteriees around the sink
