The rooms are in perfect condition so it is excellent value for money. The best of all is that it is located in Puerto Montt, one of the southern cities most visited by tourists.

ibis Puerto Montt is in the south of Chile, which gives us great access to a privileged view of the Andes Mountains and the Fjords of Patagonia. This gives it a great benefit over its surroundings. Undoubtedly, these are the most outstanding attractions located near the hotel. There is also a bus terminal and main roads that give access to the mall, markets and beaches.

Ficamos no hotel em Maio de 2025. Cama ótima. Chuveiro quente. Aquecimento do ambiente funcional. Roupas de cama e banho muito limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções, inclusive frutas e saladas de fruta. Ótimo atendimento...pessoal atencioso e cordial. Hotel ao lado da rodoviária, o que facilita quem vai pegar ônibus. É muito tranquilo pegar ônibus em Puerto Montt...são como nossos micro-ônibus. Passagem para Puerto Varas custa entre 1.500 a 1.700 dolares chilenos. Perto do shopping Paseo Costanera. Única coisa que não gostamos foi: a noite o local é perigoso! Não dá para andar a pé, somente uber ou carro. O Hotel não tem estacionamento. Tem que estacionar no estacionamento da estação rodoviária/mercado...custa 12mil pesos chilenos, mas para hospedes tem 50% de desconto e, portanto, fica 6 mil pesos, algo em torno de 30 reais por dia. Enfim, no geral uma ótima opção de hospedagem.
