During my whole stay there was only one elevator working. Taking in consideration that the the hotel elevators are very slow as a baseline, having just one working made going up and down like a nightmare. Specially during the rush hours. In my opinion having to wait like 20 minutes every time for the elevator is very annoying, specially if you are staying for work. Beside this the card key system wasn’t working for us and me and my partner have to go down every time we got in because our key cards were demagnetized as we were told in the front desk (for no apparent reason).

There was some confusion on check in as to whether I had cancelled or not; (which I hadn’t and this was rectified later that morning). Also I had requested early check in and as had never received notice this had not been granted arrived at 7am after travelling 24 hrs to find there may not be a room or early check in. I had previously asked if I needed to pay for early check in and not received sn answer. The staff were excellent in their efforts to find us a room and managed to get one we could use immediately. Thank you; as we were very tired. The only other issue I want to mention is the ‘scented’ air freshener/cleaning substance that was used in the hallways ….. reception and public areas. This was overwhelming and as I have scent related allergies made for uncomfortable breathing experience in those spaces. There are a lot of people who suffer with regular breathing problems that worsen with scents: I would suggest scent free products.

It was asked a reservation for a day, but was registred for a week after. It was asked and payed breakfast included, but it wasn't in the registration. Everything was solved, but it wasn't a good experience for the stress instead of relax of the moment.
