The hotel has a nice esthetic and the rooms were pleasant. Amenities including dining options were good. The only negative is the shower which is very hard to regulate. The water temperature was always too hot. This was true for everyone in our group so it’s a hotel-wide problem that needs to be fixed.

Ok first the bad: There are very few wall plugs, only two in the whole room with one of them being far from the bed. Sure if I unplug TV or coffee maker I’d get 1 or 2 more, but there should’ve been more plugs in the first place. There’s a USB wall plug but only for 1 device. There’s no plug in bathroom for electric toothbrush or razors. Non smart TV. No trash can in bathroom. These shortcomings are a shame, because the staffs were top tier. Pleasant, friendly, quick to handle issues.

The hotel itself and staff are very nice. I don’t however like that it is shared with local residents, as a tourist, this is something that feels uncomfortable, as you share the gym, pool and restraunts with them. Also the gym is a joke

I Stayed 1 night for business. Knowing that I was checking out very early, I requested in room breakfast service to be served at 7am. By 7:18am I had to call down to find out why I had not received any service or communication - only to be told yes they are aware of my order but they are running late. I cancelled the order since I needed to leave by 8am, I left without so much as a cup of coffee for the morning.... Very unprofessional and I must say I will likely never stay with your hotel again. I will ensure I book early to secure the Westin as this is never an issue at that establishment.

I appreciated the comfort of my stay – my room, the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff. However, I believe there are a few areas that could enhance the overall experience. Firstly, the parking situation for guests could use some improvement. It would be beneficial to have more designated parking, not only on the fifth floor, and also clearer signage for driving up and down to make parking easier and more accessible. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited. Expanding the variety of food choices would greatly enhance the morning experience for guests, allowing for a more satisfying start to the day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Stayed for 8 nights, all staff were helpful & always attentive. The one lift operating was my only inconvenience, however conversing with staff while waiting was worth the wait connecting with locals.

Service very good. Great breakfast. Dinner is better at the local restaurants. Comfortable rooms but the shower kept changing from hot to cold and back every 30 seconds with weak pressure.
