In summary, the room was spacious and cleanly. Bed was comfortable and room facilities worked. The shortcomings are as follows: 1. The Curtains and blockout are difficult to fully close without performing gymnastic moves. 2. The coffee station should come with a few treats. 3. The gym an embarrassment. Old equipment that doesn’t work. For some, this is more important than the room itself.

Staff was superb. When I arrived they offered me an escort to an ATM. Team in lobby was always welcoming and supportive. It is frustrating that I stayed here a year ago with broken lifts and it is still an issue, but I appreciated the service elevator option. Room cleaning was perfect. The room itself was comfortable though I noticed a lot of scuffs and scratches on walls and furniture. That’s the only reason it’s not 10/10.

My biggest struggle was the lifts being out of order. I kept needing to find my way around and always ended up in the back room of laundry or kitchen area, and show through a door I clearly did not belong. I enjoyed the shuttle to waterfront, booking was a seamless process
