The Cape Grace stays true to the typical Fairmont experience. Luxurious, comfortable, and focused on high-level service and experiences. The arrival experience was so warm, genuine and even exciting - truly phenomenal staff. This service and experience level stayed the same throughout our stay. The restaurant for dinner was amazing, I can't recommend this place more. On our second night we went to a fairly famous nearby restaurant which was incredibly disappointing. In our feedback to that restaurant I suggested they go have dinner at the Fairmont to understand what great food and service should look like. The downstairs Whisky bar is such a great space with an excellent vibe, the wide selection of Whisky's was wild. Also loved the relaxing and stylish library bar. All in all, a great stay which exceeded our expectations, I only wish I planned to stay longer than we did.

Housekeeping not good, had to ask both nights to have rooms done, no turn down on the 2nd night. Front desk and Doorman excellent. Breakfast staff Excellent. Lunch staff and lunch was very disappointing.
