I was blown away by the hospitality at Cape Grace. We had booked multiple rooms and were celebrating milestone anniversaries and a birthday and the hotel did a fantastic job making the stay special. The rooms were well appointed, especially the rooftop terrace room, which was a dream. The breakfast experience was great as well although we would have appreciated more vegetarian options. All in all a memorable stay at Cape Grace. Hoping to return again soon.

We couldn’t be happier and more pleased with our stay at the beautiful Cape Grace Hotel. Our room was spacious and filled with every amenity possible. The staff truly felt like family, welcoming us ‘home’ each day after a long day of touring. The breakfast buffet was a beautiful spread and fulfilled every culinary wish. The location is superb, within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and points of interest. If we ever are fortunate enough to return to this beautiful part of the world, we would consider it a dream come true to stay again at Capr Grace Hotel!

I arrived in Cape Town on my own with my husband arriving a few days later having driven there from the Artic Circle. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and I was very impressed by the professional but warm service received from the staff. When I explained that I would probably have to extend my stay because of the uncertainty surrounding my husband’s arrival date, the reception staff (and Liz in particular) were very accommodating and offered me an upgrade to one of your penthouse suites, which I was very happy to accept. The space meant that I could keep working from the hotel and felt very much at home while I waited for my husband to arrive. He was also delighted to be able to relax in such a lovely suite when we were reunited, having been on the road since 21 February. The staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent, but I would like to commend in particular, Liz, Mumtaz and Shay (just turned 22) on reception; Aidan and Gerard on the concierge desk; Ananda (hostess) and Lettie (waitress) in the restaurant and the new doorman with the amazing smile! Liz and Aidan were particularly kind to me, checking how they could help me every day and being very supportive. The ethos the hotel has of letting the staff be themselves shines through and it really felt like an home from home. We will definitely return, probably next month, and will be in touch to book our next stay at the Cape Grace. Many thanks for such a wonderful stay.

My stay was wonderful. The staff could not do more to make everything perfect. The rooms were great - lovely and spacious with lovely views over the marina. The location to the shops, bars and restaurants was perfect. Close enough to be an easy walk and far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility.
