Wonderful stay as always, staff go above and beyond: The hotel is wonderful, the staff are always kind and exceptionally welcoming at the front desk, bar, doormen, and restaurant. And most of the concierge staff, as well. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. And the library bar is always fun for a delicious drink (I appreciate when they include the little snacks with the drinks). If I could make any suggestions, it's that housekeeping can be a bit inconsistent. The person who cleaned my room the first several days was excellent, and the person mid-week was good but not as thorough (i.e.: I could tell the housekeeping staff had changed). If there was a note in the room indicating who cleaned each day, this would be great as it would help ensure I could direct a room cleaning tip at the end of my stay to the right people and not just the last person to clean my room (i.e.: I might leave a larger tip to the staff who was excellent vs. someone average). Thanks as always for a great stay.

The 10% discount clearly advertised during the online booking process on your website was not applied to my reservation. I had to point this out at reception, and after some discussion, I was told the correction would be made. However, when I received the updated confirmation email, only a 5% discount had been applied. I returned to reception to address the discrepancy. Unfortunately, the attitude I encountered was disappointing and unprofessional. I was made to feel as though I was requesting an undeserved favor rather than simply asking for the discount that had been explicitly advertised. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a guest. I ultimately chose not to pursue the matter further, but this experience negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.
