Booked a room for a few hours after a work visit/meeting before taking a flight from TFU to return home. Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. Platinum member status recognized immediately. Executive lounge is currently not operational but was offered welcome drinks and also set meals at the coffee house/restaurant. Staff were very friendly and courteous. A very well managed hotel with a fantastic team. Kudos!

离机场很近，房间干净舒适，不足之处就是房间下水道堵了，导致洗澡的时候水全部漫出来，整个卫生间都被水淹了

设施很新，停车方便，酒店员工都很专业，特别是前台美女很棒，给予了很多帮助。房间升级到公寓房，有洗烘一体机，还有冰箱。早餐下午茶牛排套餐出品都很棒，特别能够兼容不能吃辣的小孩子。 想吃辣可以去对面是活力城，有地道的成都火锅。

新酒店设施非常的不错，大堂和餐厅都很漂亮。房间里面配备了浴缸，还有一个小米的净化器。是参加骑行比赛订的房间.前台 Sky 很贴心的帮我做了延迟退房，出去吃饭的时候sky还贴心的给我们准备了雨伞。Thanks for his enthusiastic service

我是6月27日入住该酒店，体验如下： 1、入住酒店前台接待在确认身份和接待态度，不热情，我在指出既是雅高金会员，又是飞猪白金体验会员时，并无任何回应。 2、入住后，酒店的房间温度比较热，我确认面板的温度是29度，设置温度是16度，我曾经有工程经验，在持续一小时后，屋内温度还是在29度，我试图调节温度控制，因为有的空调过低温度会导致调节系统的失灵，但还是没有反应，我在确认无效后调整为初始进入房间的16度，但还是没有变化，和宾客服务叫来了空调维修，但该维修人员用温度计远红外试探出风口是21度左右，因为之前有过一次断电，所以面板自动设置屋里温度为24度，屋内测试温度29度，维修人员告知只有设置16度才能启动制冷系统（完全是不符合常识）、有告知我屋里的落地窗会导致屋内温度无法有效下降（我认为不合理的地方是房间的设计如何都不是无法改变温度降低的效果，如果这样，钢结构玻璃幕墙的办公场所岂不是都存在问题了）我问其空调品牌，回复我是多品牌拼凑（不符合中央空调的常识），该维修人员说有风，然后没有在去看空调系统是否存在问题，我当时休息了一个小时，被热醒了，屋内还是29度，我只有去求助前台，经过20分钟后，维修人员才到位，问题点出在了出风口被遮挡，无法有效出风降温，维修后屋里温度明显下降，维修大概11分钟左右，我做了4分钟的视频录像佐证。 3、我再次找到前台经理，给我一个解释 ，但该酒店值班经理，只是套话回复我，说只有第二天给我一个回复，次天结账，当班经理虽然热情，但所有的回复就是电力系统最近在配合政府作业，配合大运会检查，而不是针对问题承认流程上的问题，给我的补偿结果就是下次来升级待遇，我都不知道下次能不能来这里，这就是话术而已，然后电话我，我说是不是不接受也要接受你们的回复，因为敢时间没有在沟通，当班经理说微信添加也没有再作为，也没有在电话和微信沟通过。 希望酒店给我一个明确的回复及入住带来的休息的补偿结果
