Beautifully located hotel surrounded by forest. It has multiple pools, excellent spa facilities, and a good variety of dining options. The staff are fantastic—polite, attentive, and always helpful. Special thanks to the bellman with glasses (I didn’t catch his name), and also to the food and beverage team across all outlets for the great service. We were traveling with a small baby, and the hotel made it even more special—they provided a nice crib and even gave him a toy, which was a lovely touch. We experienced two minor technical issues with the TV and the balcony door, but both were resolved within minutes. That was especially impressive considering the hotel was fully booked.
