Everything was fine until I had an issue with the room key card, which couldn’t open my door of the room. With my granddaughter after all day at the swimming pool wasn’t good experience go back to reception with her to have it replaced. As I only stayed for one day, this is generally based on my limited experience. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained. However, I think the outdoor pool imidiatelly outside should have a lifeguard, at is quite deep and is full of children. The food was very good, and overall, apart from the issue with the key card, my experience is positive!

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel and it was our anniversary. Our son was with us so we had an amazing time outside with lots of activities in those pools.

Everything except te crowds in the restaurant was good. You should have a bigger dining space.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Fruške Terme. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with housekeeping every day. The minibar was included, the bed linen was changed very frequently, and we could always find a place by the pools, even when the hotel was busy. Overall, everything was great. The only frustrating part was trying to extend our stay by one night. It was very difficult to get a clear answer about availability, and we were asked to come back and check again every day. In the end, we were not able to extend the room. Also, the food and fast-food options available during the day are quite expensive. Apart from these points, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the hotel.
