Dear, We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay in room 325. We are truly sorry that the room condition and the issues with the equipment affected your experience. Our Front desk is available 24/7, and had we been informed during your stay, we would certainly have done our best to assist you immediately and, subject to availability, offer you a room change. Our technical team would also have been able to check and resolve the issues with the espresso machine and TV. Regarding the nest on the terrace, we would like to clarify that it was not a wasp nest, but a swallow nest. Swallows are a protected species, and their nests cannot legally be removed. We are truly sorry that these issues were not reported to us during your stay, as we would have had the opportunity to address them and make your stay more comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the bedding arrangement. We understand that this was not in line with what you had booked and expected, and we regret the disappointment this caused. We are also sorry that dinner did not meet the same standard as the rest of your stay. During periods of high occupancy, our restaurant can become particularly busy, which may result in queues and certain dishes temporarily running out. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Regarding the outdoor pool, we would like to clarify that our pools are supervised by professional lifeguards during operating hours. Nevertheless, we appreciate your observation and concern regarding children using the deeper areas of the pool.
