As a proud holder of the internationally recognized Green Globe certification, our hotel places a strong emphasis on sustainability and responsible environmental practices. In line with the premium standards of the Mövenpick brand worldwide, our daily turndown service is designed to refresh the room and remove any accumulated waste. Bed linen replacement is carried out on the third night of stay, in accordance with brand standards and our environmental commitments. Similarly, our air-conditioning system is not intended to operate continuously at maximum capacity. Guests can individually regulate the temperature to their comfort while we maintain an energy-efficient operation, consistent with our sustainability objectives. Regarding pricing and invoicing, our rates are displayed in EUR due to the large number of international guests we welcome. At the same time, in compliance with Hungarian accounting regulations, invoices can only be issued in HUF. This is a legal requirement applicable to all businesses operating in Hungary and is not a hotel-specific policy. We fully understand that regulations, brand standards, and local legal requirements may not always be familiar to every guest.
