It was an enjoyable and successful experience. The food was fresh and tasty. There’s a wide variety of activities, and the staff is amazing. Our room was located very close to the lobby, and there was some noise in the evenings when the kids were sleeping, which was a bit disappointing. In addition, the passage between the hotel and the play area could benefit from being enclosed. Overall, it was very good.

We stayed 3 nights at Mövenpick BalaLand. The room was very nice, and the kids club, waterpark, and family park are absolutely amazing — truly a paradise for children and families. On the downside, when we arrived no one greeted us or helped with our luggage, and we had to carry everything to the room ourselves, which didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. The water in the bathtub took around 10 minutes to get warm, and the balcony could really use some kind of heater. Unfortunately, the dinner food was also quite bad on 2 out of the 3 nights we ate at the hotel. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for families with kids because of the facilities and activities, but the service and food definitely need improvement to fully match the hotel’s level and price.

We were surprised by the attention to detail in making everything accessible for children – such as children's restrooms everywhere, sinks designed for kids in the rooms, a huge playroom with so many activities, a pleasant and fun pool and slide area, and a magical kids' club offering a variety of activities. We arrived before Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. There was also significant attention given to Hanukkah, the Jewish holiday we celebrated there. The children enjoyed every moment, and so did we, the parents. Unfortunately, it was too cold outside, but this is just another reason to come back in the summer, as the outdoor area also looked very inviting.
