not enough natural light, massive wall beside the window, which would of made a perfectly big window. Bed quiet uncomfortably, not enough pillows on the bed. Room service was different for the 2 nights I had it, 1 night got a massive amount of chips with the kids toaster, 2nd night was a handful of chips. Extremely hard parking out the front, not big enough, always parking on the street for parking for staff to park my car. Car always backing up the carpark, such a good hotel for shocking parking

My stay was great, the staff were friendly, the room was beautiful. The only feedback I have is the ability to park to check in. I tried to check in twice, once in the early afternoon around 2pm and could not get into the drive to park for 5mins and check in. Once I returned later that evening around 6pm, I still could not get in the 5min car park or even the driveway to check in and had to circle the area for 20mins trying to find a park close by. This was very frustrating.
