Was not greeted in a friendly or welcoming manner. I presented my accor membership and was told that it would be added to the booking. This still has not occurred. I asked for my car to be available at a certain time on the morning of my departure, and it was not. Apparently it was blocked in by other cars.

Recent girls trip away was fantastic, everything we needed was within a half block radius, shopping at your door, massage over the road, cinema across the road and choice of restaurants within half a block.. staff are always very friendly and efficient, rooms are beautiful and the ocean view rooms are especially gorgeous… as always a wonderful stay!

Novotel is a great place to stay while in Devonport . Great views and easy walking distance to all eaters. There are a couple of things that need addressing. The windows are very dirty and need cleaning more regularly and the beds are a bit hard maybe a topper of some sort.
