The hotel was clean and well presented and the staff mainly very polite. We did have a few issues, there was a mix up with the rooms as we were allocated a room with another guest already in it ! We also had a problem as we had booked 2 rooms for our party of 4 only to find one room didn’t include breakfast! This may have been a fault on the part of the booking agent but I had emailed the hotel prior to our arrival and they confirmed breakfast was included so was not expecting to have to deal with this issue. Also on the last day of our stay we arranged the shuttle bus to pick us up at the V&A waterfront. We were at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the pick up time, we waited over half an hour but it failed to turn up. We were leaving for the airport so had to walk back. We were offered no apology or explanation from the lady who booked it.
