Woken up at 01:30 in the morning by workmen cutting pipe work, this was so loud in my room, totally unacceptable. Reported to reception and thought the manager would have contacted me

Wonderful stay. Staff was more than accommodating. Only complaint is that I couldn’t get a printed receipt, was promised an emailed receipt which I never received. Have tried numerous times to call and request my receipt but cannot get through.

My spouse and I stayed at the hotel as our final stop in connection with the Cape Town Cycling Tour. The location was perfect—just a short distance from both the start and finish areas. We also really appreciated the excellent service, especially the late check‑out to accommodate our finishing time and late departure back to Norway. I stayed at Pullman for a conference at CTICC. It was easy, convenient and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and the staff were well trained and attuned to guests' needs.
