Good and efficient international style business hotel. Well equipped room , if a little bland in decor. Bathroom was spacious. Gym was good but the pool is really just a noisy bar with a large tub attached, not useful if you just want to relax at the end of the day.

The initial impact on arrival was very disappointing. The general condition of the reception, plus the dress code a. manner of the reception staff was tardy a. was below expectations. The first bedroom offered was in very poor condition. It was claustrophobic, paper peeling of the wall, upholstery showing obvious sign of wear a. soiling. We asked for a change of room. The second room was slightly better in condition so we were about to settle in but then found there to be a large soaking wet area of carpet. Note the time was now around midnight. Thankfully the night manager Imran was now on shift. We reported all to him a. he was able to swiftly relocate us to a room we were now completely happy with. We felt that Imran’s quick, professional, kind a. understanding response really turned everything around for us, which led us to a very happy remainder of our stay at the Pullman. Thank you Imram you were marvellous. Looking forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future.

Very good hotel. Nice location, wtih walking distance to the city centre and 10 min taxi to V&A Waterfront. The room is spacious, nice bathroom, wide table desk. The only thing to improve - after had made a booking via accor.home, i couldn't change it to prepaid tariff, even couldn't make a payment. Only had to wait to check-in and paid on the reception.
