Check-in was very slow, person at reception not very friendly. All other staff were very friendly though. Room was good, although not all amenities are provided e.g no shower cap or face cloth Kettle plug is very awkward to get to if you want to use the kettle as the coffee maker was plugged in Dinner menu had absolutely no options for vegans and staff were not very aware of what vegan means e.g. chef said they could make the vegetarian pizza as vegan by leaving out the cheese, then it arrives with garlic butter on the base! Previously i was sent a veg curry with cream in it. Breakfast was much better though could also do with some additional option for a vegan even if on request e.g. soya sausage or tofu etc.

The stay was nice, the room was very clean. (10 out of 10) The email and phone communication with the hotel is bad, because I asked twice via email a receipt of a dinner, no one answered. At the phone call, I tried to call different times this number +2…, no one answered. (0 out of 10) So, my average evaluation is 5 out of 10.
