Platinum guest can have breakfast in the lounge but if you want to eat like egg sausage you have to order and pay more is non sense. My card cant access to the club lounge and sraff help me to get in there. Staff service is very good.

We were quite worried about safety but have felt really safe at this hotel during our stay, particularly given the security staff and free shuttle to the V&A. Staff are welcoming and friendly, the room was lovely, and as mentioned, the free shuttle to the V&A and back was a great touch - we used this frequently and was a huge help! :)

Very friendly staff and helpful in every occasion. Also late evening on my arrival for calling the police for a scam that happened at airport with a fake taxi driver. For every question I had there was the right answer. When I asked for indications they even stepped outside the hotel to show me the right way.

The hotel has a nice esthetic and the rooms were pleasant. Amenities including dining options were good. The only negative is the shower which is very hard to regulate. The water temperature was always too hot. This was true for everyone in our group so it’s a hotel-wide problem that needs to be fixed.

From beginning to end everything was amazing. Every single hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Providing information which were valuable for our stay. They organized tour for us when it was bad weather and our original tour was canceled. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to and from waterfront. Ok first the bad: There are very few wall plugs, only two in the whole room with one of them being far from the bed. Sure if I unplug TV or coffee maker I’d get 1 or 2 more, but there should’ve been more plugs in the first place. There’s a USB wall plug but only for 1 device. There’s no plug in bathroom for electric toothbrush or razors. Non smart TV. No trash can in bathroom. These shortcomings are a shame, because the staffs were top tier. Pleasant, friendly, quick to handle issues.
