Having 1 working elevator was extremely frustrating and ruined our stay. As an Accor Gold member arriving and being told our room won’t be ready until 8:05pm was horrendous. With all the traveling we have done on our lifetime that has never happened and set off a very negative stay.

The most elevators are in maintenance. You need to wait 5 minutes to get an elevator. The pool is very small and the water dirty for this size of hotel. 6 sunbirds for a hotel with 11 floors. The water in the shower needs 5 minutes to get colder. I’ve been 5 days there and it wasn’t possible to become a upgrade or to use my suite nights as a platinum member. The room is so small and old. The breakfast is very bad. And the breakfast restaurant is colder as a fridge.

I was very impressed with the service and friendliness's at Pullman-and the cleanness. The hotel staff did every effort to make our stay as a unique luxury experience . In general in hotel is lovely, clean and secure as a room key is required to get to the elevators. The room I had was nicely decorated, comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast options are delicious, fresh and the variety is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the elevators. There are three for guests but only one is functional with the staff elevator as an alternative. Very inconvenient situation for staff and guests. My group got stuck briefly in the staff elevator because so many crammed in trying to get to our rooms quickly it may have been overloaded. Not a safe situation to be in. I would stay here again but I would only if elevator situation improved.
