I am pleased to hear that you appreciated our location; however, I sincerely regret the difficulties you encountered during your check-in process. I do apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your booking and the payment method. Unfortunately, the payment option on the Accor platform is not integrated with our hotel’s payment system. For this reason, any outstanding payment will need to be completed directly at the hotel upon check-in. Our Revenue and Engineering teams are currently working on resolving this integration issue to improve the experience going forward.
