Had a pretty rough check-in. There doesn't seem to be a lot of coordination between Accor and Pullman. They didn't have my reservation, had no clue of its details and insisted on my paying again for a room I had already paid for. I finally had to speak to the manager and prove to her that I already had a booking. They spent a lot of time checking back and forth with Accor. Until they managed to confirm my reservation, they treated me like I was trying to cheat them. It was pretty awful. In the meanwhile, when I contacted Accor customer service, I received an email from them 3 days later saying it was not their problem but Pullman's problem. Overall very unpleasant check-in experience. Everything else was fine.

For this reason, any outstanding payment will need to be completed directly at the hotel upon check-in. Great overall stay. Service and rooms were top class. Unfortunately the breakfast food was cold. Not up to standard.

Pretty decent hotel. Good room amenities. Issues were that there is a limited number of lifts (2) serving hotel guests. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 8.30am on a Sunday! I understand i didn't put the Do Not Disturb sign out, but 8.30 is very early.

The hotel is fine, service as should be expected. The challenge I've had is that 1) your cleaning staff took my personal facecloth and I reported this to reception three times and was promised a resolve before I checked out. This didn't happen, noone closed the issue or reported anything back to me. 2) I called a week after my visit, 3 times to follow up on a set of headphones that were left behind. Similarly noone returned my query or reported on whether these where found. It seems that your reception team is not equipped to deal with rising issues or concernces outside of checking guests in or out.
