I had an amazing experience at your hotel from the check in I knew I was at home . Achumile was so welcoming and throughout my stay she was always checking on me making sure I’m still enjoying my stay and comfortable. I enjoyed my whole stay . I felt at home.

The hotel itself is quite impressive in every aspect (cleanliness, location, comfy bed, spacious room...), but what really made the difference was the amazing welcome I had during check in process. As a gold member, I have travelled all over the world using Accor properties, but I never felt so welcomed, acknowleged and appreciated as the Pullman Cape Town made me feel when I first walked in. They thanked me several times for my loyalty, upgraded me to a superior room, gave me access to Executive Lounge... And the entire team was so smiling and nice... Especially the lady who checked us in on May 1st. My gratitude to you all.

There is not valet to park the car. Car parking is on level P5. There is no elevator on P5 and it’s an open parking. The buffet is 90% same every morning. Although the staff is nice but the stay was very inconvenient. Didn’t feel like it was worth the buck I paid for.

My stay at Pullman Cape Town was overall a pleasant one. The hotel is stunning, and my room in particular was exceptionally neat, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with added features that made for a very comfortable experience. However, my arrival experience left me somewhat disappointed. I had been informed by my employer that the booking was made using the company card, so I was surprised to be asked for payment upon check-in. While I understand that this may be standard procedure, it would have been extremely helpful to receive prior communication from the hotel clarifying this requirement. As confirmation emails were already sent regarding the reservation, including this detail would have allowed me to make the necessary arrangements in advance. Additionally, I was unable to dine at the second-floor restaurant in the evening, as it had been reserved for a group of international guests. Unfortunately, this was not communicated ahead of time or at check-in. A prior heads-up would have been appreciated, as it would have given me the opportunity to make alternative dining arrangements. Overall, while the property and room experience were excellent, the lack of clear and timely communication around key aspects of my stay was a notable shortcoming and detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
