Staff was superb. When I arrived they offered me an escort to an ATM. Team in lobby was always welcoming and supportive. It is frustrating that I stayed here a year ago with broken lifts and it is still an issue, but I appreciated the service elevator option. Room cleaning was perfect. The room itself was comfortable though I noticed a lot of scuffs and scratches on walls and furniture. That’s the only reason it’s not 10/10.

My biggest struggle was the lifts being out of order. I kept needing to find my way around and always ended up in the back room of laundry or kitchen area, and show through a door I clearly did not belong. I enjoyed the shuttle to waterfront, booking was a seamless process

Stayed for our 50th birthdays and the hotel did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, with room upgrade and cake/wine to our room on the big day. Kelly was extremely helpful to accommodate our birthdays and breakfast was also good with a nice choice. Some lifts out of order due to maintenance but did not see or here any other works going on as per past reviews. Would definitely stay here again if visiting capetown
