Great hotel with excellent location! The staff is very friendly and helpfull, breakfast is lovely, it’s clean and the art deco decor is tastefull. I don’t have a single negative thing about our stay, and we will definitely chose Splendid for our next stay ik Annecy.

Great staff. Very kind and helpful. Looked after our motorbike gear and helped us find parking. Nothing too much effort. Room (the suite) was old and tired. Needs updating. You may be able to see the lake from autumn to spring but not in summer. Felt like a 90s decor. Comforted and clean and tidy though. Very expensive.

Booked a Superior double room,lake side through Accor. Had been back and forth with hotel about requesting a room with a balcony. Jacques at the hotel was very patient with all my questions. I was able to check in early and was thrilled to get a room with a Juliette balcony, outfitted with a small cafe table and 2 chairs. All staff were helpful with recommendations and very friendly. The location is about a half mile from the train station, easy to find the hotel. Located across the street from the Jardins de l'Europe park. Although room 407 was lakeside, no lake view due to the many trees across the street. Still it was lovely to sit outside on the evenings and people watch from above. Breakfast was fine with hot and cold options including crepes and nice bread and pastries. All in all a good selection and recommend this centrally located hotel.
