Service was excellent and made us feel like desirable guests from the very start. Breakfasts were very variable and tasty: fruits, bakery, hot dishes, cheese, fish and etc, with the great combination of armenian and european cuisine. Room was very quiet, comfortable and tastefully designed.

I was visiting your hotel since the very first opening, and i was keep coming, i introduced it to my colleagues as well, unfortunately this was my las time after your manager refused to give me late check out with very rude way. My company have contract until February 2027.. i was going to spend a lot of tame at your hotel with my colleagues. Just to mention, my company booked more than 60 for me and my colleagues... And the thanks from your manager was to refuse any help whith very unprofessional way.. i told her that was my last booking at you hotel.. i ask to check my previous visit.. the money i spent in your hotel without even all the facilities ready!!! She just ignored me... Thanks!

Perfect stay right at the main square of the city, everything was comfortable, i would like to thank all the people who are working with guests - restaurant and reception staff, great team and very attentive to every request. Cleaning is a bit questionable but overall was fine. The only disappointment is that spa doesn't work yet
